I am building my first Gaming PC

So I've decided to take my interest in Computers to the next level and build my own gaming PC. My motivation? Gonna lay off the beer in order to save the money so it's a win win. I plan to buy these parts piece by piece over the course of the next couple months so I don't go broke straight away. I have it mostly sorted out but the only thing I am debating is which CPU to go with. It's a toss up between the Intel Core i5-4460 which is a good pure gaming CPU or the AMD FX-8350 which can handle most gaming and is real good at multitasking which could be good in the future for a podcast. The thing with the AMD FX-8350 is that it would require a CPU Cooler which  is $75-$100. Here is what the PC Parts List looks like thus far, click on the link to see a picture.
