The summer and fall of 2022 has been insanely busy for NWA: Femme Fatales owner Jordan Richards (as evidenced by lack of posting since July) but has been even busier for the company itself. Once again, NWA: Femme Fatales has expanded its scope and reach.
Already the NWA's only worldwide territory, the company has expanded its roster and number of divisions. What once was a three-division territory (Americas, All-Asia, Europa) has doubled to include six divisions (CanAmBbean Queens, Reinas Luchas, European Eutopia, Mediterranean Majesty, Oriental Empresses, & AfroArabAsian Ascension) with full 70-wrestler rosters in each.
The three current NWA: Femme Fatales Commissioners (Sarah Stock, Saraya Knight, and Bull Nakano) were allowed to pick which division they would head, as well as choosing the new Commissioners for their corresponding divisions. Stock chose to take over the Reinas Lucha division and chose AJ Lee to become the new Commissioner for the CanAmBbean Queens division. Knight took over the European Eutopia division and chose her daughter, "The Glampire" Paige, as the Mediterranean Majesty division. Knight concluded, "Is it nepotism? Sure. But I spent my career as a heel. So, that's a heel move." Bull Nakano took over the Oriental Empresses division and chose Takako Inoue as the new Commissioner of the AfroArabAsain Ascension division.
New championships were introduced for each division, with all the former regional championships remaining in effect. Championship histories have been updated in that thread on the NWA: Femme Fatales section of this forum.
Charlotte Flair continues to reign supreme as the overall World Women's Champion, both in NWA: Femme Fatales and the NWA at large. Flair has been forced to relinquish the America's Reina de Reinas Championship, due to her contractual obligations with the NWA as a whole. Coming out of a one-night tournament to determine a new champion, young phenoms "Prodigy" Roxanne Perez and Skye Blue have come out of the mix as the finalists. Speaking of Perez and Blue, the pair shocked the world by defeating "LUX" on 11/30/2022 to capture the World Bantamweight Tag Team Championship.
The two will now do battle to determine the new America's Reina de Reinas Champion on 12/25/2022 in the historic Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, NC.
"The Hex" reigns supreme as the World Tag Team Champions. However, the duo now works for the company.
New signees Lei'D Tapa and Sarona Snuka took the World Heavyweight Tag Team Championship recently.
"Jumbo Princess" Himeka has been a dominant World Heavyweight Champion, while Anna Jay has been a fighting World Bantamweight Champion.
Kairi Hojo has a stranglehold on World Television Championship.
All other regional champions remained the same (Mila Smidt since April & Giulia since November).
The goal will be to post updates monthly going forward, as time avails itself.
