The episode began with a cold opening from Commissioner Sting. He named some matches that he had signed for the "Christmas Chaos" edition on 12/23/2021. This is a joint venture with NWA: Femme Fatales that will air live for two hours.
Shawn Michaels will defend the NWA: Show Time Legends Championship against Edge inside a steel cage.
Kevin Nash and Scott Hall will defend the NWA: Show Time Legends Tag Team Championship against Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard in a "No Disqualification, No Countout" match in which no seconds will be allowed at ringside.
Rok-C will team with Maya Yukihi and a partner of their choosing to battle "Anarchy" in a "Six-Woman Tag Team" match.
"The Mighty Don't Kneel" will defend the NWA: Show Time Tag Team Championship against "The Varsity Club."
Adam Cole will defend the NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins.
More matches will be announced on Femme Fatales World Thursday.
William Regal, Mauro Ranallo, and Jim Cornette did the customary program opening and threw it over to Cathy Kelley for the Women's Division match.
Match One ~ Diosa Quetzal vs. Reina Obscura vs. Amira Blair
This was a highly competitive match-up, with the luchadoras flying around. Blair was trying to keep up by using her European ground and pound to slow her opponents down. Near the end of the match, it looked like newcomer Quetzal had it in the bag. But, Amaris Blair from NWA: Femme Fatales Americas came to ringside and clocked her in the head with a purse. The referee was tangled up with Obscura and Amira and missed the interference. Amaris then walked over to Amira's side of the ring and whispered something in her ear. Obscura grabbed the referee and tried to get Amaris thrown out of ringside. During the argument, Amira caught Reina with an "O'Connor Roll" and grabbed a handful of tights to secure the pinfall.
Winner = Amira Blair by pinfall in 11:03
Amira and Amaris celebrated up the ramp as Obscura protested and Quetzal rubbed her aching head.
As the episode returned from the break, Charly Caruso was trying to get a word with the Blairs.
Charly Caruso: "Ladies! What just happened out there?"
Amaris Blair: "We just made a statement! That's what happened! I was signed to NWA: Femme Fatales, but I knew I needed to be in NWA: Show Time, because the beautiful British bombshell, Amira Blair, is here! So, I had to introduce myself. And, you saw what happened. I became an immediate good luck charm!"
Caruso: "And, it is an amazing coincidence that your names are almost identical."
Amira Blair: "It's no coincidence, Charly! It's fate! We were meant to come together tonight! I can feel the energy in the air!"
Amaris Blair: "Did we just become best friends?!"
Amira Blair: "Sure did, mate! Do you want to form a team and rule this Women's Division?!"
Amaris Blair: "Sure do, queen! Now, if you'll excuse us, Charly, we have some plans to make."
The two strutted off and Cathy Kelley picked the broadcast back up. She threw it over to the Legends Commentary Team.
Match Two ~ Bully Ray Dudley with D-Von Dudley vs. Booker T with Stevie Ray
This was more of an alley fight than a wrestling match. Stevie Ray has come back part time to help his brother against the Dudleys. The presence of seconds outside the ring marred the finish, as Stevie and D-Von both got involved.
Winner = no contest in 10:18
Commissioner Sting made an appearance and booked a "Tag Team Tables" match between the two teams next week.
After the break, it was main event time. Jim Cornetite took his leave from commentary
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship ~ "Suzuki-gun" (Davey Boy Smith, Jr. & Zack Sabre, Jr.) with Minoru Suzuki vs. "The Revival" (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) with Jim Cornette
This was a late contender for match of the year in NWA: Show Time. Both teams pulled out all the stops. It was tag team excellence and precision at its finest. Both teams shined individually, and collectively with tandem offense and team defense. The champions employed a bruising submission style, while the challengers attempted to stretch the match into deep waters (time wise) in an effort to tire their opponents. After a grueling thirty minutes, "Samoan Dynasty" walked out onto the entrance ramp. This got the collective attention of "Suzuki-gun," which has been embroiled in a year-long feud with the island family. Dash and Dawson, ever the opportunists, knocked Smith out of the ring with a "Running Knee" to the back by Dawson. Sabre turned around and went for a right hand. Dawson ducked and sent Zack into the ropes. When he bounced off, "Shatter Machine" awaited him.
Winners and NEW NWA: Show Time Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions = "The Revival" by pinfall in 31:10
The Samoans smiled and walked out of sight as Dash, Dawson, and Cornette celebrated. Minoru was livid. Regal closed out the episode congratulating the most successful tag team in Show Time history.
