William Regal, Mauro Ranallo, and Jim Cornette welcomed fans to the program and hyped the aftermath of Starrcade 2K21, in which "The Fiend" was set on fire. Regal stated that "Fiend" was extinguished backstage, but left the scene he could be taken to a hospital. He has not been seen since. Cathy Kelley then opened the episode with the Women's division match.
Match One ~ Winner Receives a One-on-One Match for the NWA: Show Time Women's Championship ~ Rok-C vs. Maya Yukihi
This was a highly competitive match-up that had the fans cheering. After a back-and-forth encounter, it looked like Rok-C might have the final advantage. Suddenly, several women came out of the crowd and attacked both competitors.
Winner = no contest in 13:20
After the merciless beating, the vicious women posed in center ring. They were Ava Lawless, Heather Reckless, and Violet Payne. They were led by Tara Zep and Riley Madison, who grabbed a microphone.
Riley Madison: "It's time for this women's division to get a little violent! (dramatic pause) It's time for this women's division embrace 'Anarchy!'"
"Anarchy" is the newest stable signed to NWA: Show Time's women's division.
After a break, Kelley was back for the Legends Division match, and handed it over to the Legends Commentary Team of Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, and Tony Schiavone.
Match Two ~ "Fatal Four-Way" match ~ "Olympic Hero" Kurt Angle vs. "Rated R Superstar" Edge vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Booker T
This four-way had significance in determining a top challenger for Shawn Michaels and the Legends Championship. There were many bright spots for each competitor to shine. In the end, after a sequence where everyone was down, Edge nailed Jarrett with a "Spear" and collapsed on top of him for the pin.
Winner = Edge by pinfall in 15:44
It was now time for the main event, which would determine the next challengers to the Tag Team Championship. "The Mighty Don't Kneel" (the champions) sat out on commentary.
Match Three ~ "The Revival" (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) with Jim Cornette vs. Jimmy & Jey Uso with Trinity Uso vs. "War Machine" ("WarBeard" Hanson & Raymond "Death" Rowe) vs. "The Varsity Club/Minnesota Stretching Crew" ("The Beast" Brock Lesnar & "Gold Standard" Shelton Benjamin) with "Original Bro" Matt Riddle
What a match. There was so much tag team talent in the ring, no other promotion could have gotten a match like this to happen. "Revival" and the Usos represented tag team precision. "WM" represented high impact offense. "VC" represented vicious ground and pound, along with several trips to "Suplex City." Eventually, "The Revival" got into an argument with "TMDK" and they began to tussle outside the ring. The referee could not stop it due to the "No Disqualification" nature of a multi-team match. The Usos were confronted by long-time nemeses "Suzuki-gun," which yelled at them from ringside. They left the ring and dressed down their adversaries. This left "WM" and "VC" in the ring. Hanson was "Suplexed" over the top rope by Lesnar, who then scooped up Rowe and delivered a thunderous "F-5." Benjamin then landed his "Springboard Shooting Star Press" for the win before anyone else knew what happened.
Winners = "Varsity Club" by pinfall in 23:53
Regal closed out the episode in typical fashion "Ta ta for now."
