William Regal, Mauro Ranallo, and Jim Cornette welcomed everyone to the program. They were interrupted by Alexa Bliss, who was pacing back and forth on the entrance stage. Bliss demanded competition. She demanded a rematch for the Cruiserweight Championship. Instead of new champion Johnny Gargano, his wife Candice LeRae came out. Those two began arguing. They were ambushed by Dr. Britt Baker, Shotzi Blackheart, and Brandi Lauren. Baker had a microphone and ran down her two adversaries for getting multiple opportunities on the brand while they have to invade another company to get matches. They challenged the would be opponents Bliss and LeRae to a tag team match, which Alexa accepted. Candice had a very apprehensive look on her face.
Cathy Kelley and the Legends announce team introduced match one.
Match One ~ "The Rock-n-Roll Express" (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) and Christian Cage vs. Bully Ray & D-Von Dudley and "Olympic Hero" Kurt Angle
This was a fun match that saw a spectacular "Triple Dropkick" on Angle after a sly distraction from Edge.
Winners = "Rock-n-Roll Express" & Christian Cage by pinfall in 12:32
Match Two ~ Alexa Bliss & "Poison Pixie" Candice LeRae vs. "worst Case Scenario" (Dr. Britt Baker, DMD & Shotzi Blackheart with Brandi Lauren)
This was a highly competitive match until the very end. Alexa and Candice actually co-existed well throughout and had "WCS" on their heels. Then, Bliss dropped Candice out of nowhere with a "DDT" and left her for fodder. Dr. Baker's "Lockjaw" finished it off.
Winners = "Worst Case Scenario" by submission in 13:28
Commissioner Sting announced, via pre-taped segment, that a new tournament would be held in the month of September, the "Show Time Breakout Tournament." More info will be forthcoming.
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Television Championship ~ Twenty-Minute Time Limit Waived ~ Jacob Fatu with Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Sefa Fatu, & Trinity Uso vs. "Murderhawk" Lance Archer with Davey Boy Smith, Jr., Zack Sabre, Jr., & Minoru Suzuki
It's a good thing the time limit was waived, because these two hosses needed the extra moments. They beat one another from pillar to post. Their outside seconds kept the factions at bay, for the most part. In the end, it was the fearsome champion who proved to be the alpha male, finishing off Archer with his insanely athletic "Pop-up Springboard Moonsault."
Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Television Champion = Jacob Fatu by pinfall in 22:04
Fatu and the rest of "Samoan Dynasty" stood tall to end the program.
