William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me are Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette! Men, we're back and we're ready for action! It's the push to Great American Bash!"
Mauro Ranallo: "William, we are heading into one of my favorite times of the year! The summer brings sun, fun, and hot pro wrestling action!"
Jim Cornette: "Back in my managing days, the gear-up for the Bash was always a pivotal point in the wrestling year!"
Regal: "Tonight fans, we begin the 'Bash Series,' which will determine the next challenger for Seth Rollins and the Heavyweight Championship! Braun Strowman will battle Aleister Black and 'The Fiend' takes on Kevin Steen in a surprise match! Apparently, Seth Rollins is dispatching his henchmen to help protect his title reign! But first, we'll go to Cathy Kelley and our Legends Division match!"
Cathy Kelley: "We're coming off our first pay-per-view, 'Night of the Legends,' and 'The KliQ' has established itself as our first set of champions! Like it or not, they rule the roost! Tonight, we have tag team action with 'The Rock-n-Roll Express' takes on the Dudleyz!"
Match One ~ "The Rock-n-Roll Express" (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) vs. Bully Ray & D-Von Dudley
This was a back-and-forth match in the early going. Midway through, Bully and D-Von took over on Morton. Ricky was the babyface in peril for several minutes. Morton finally did his famous "Morton Roll" and got to Gibson for the tag. Robert came in a house of fire. Before the match could conclude, however, "The KliQ" hit the ring and destroyed all four competitors.
Winners = no contest in 12:08
Match Two ~ "The Monster Among Men" Braun Strowman vs. Aleister Black
Match Three ~ "The Fiend" with Alexa Bliss vs. Kevin Steen with "Modern Day Messiah" Seth Rollins & Scarlett
