Last week was my anniversary and I did not post any events because I was out of town with my wife. This will be a highlights episode for the sake of brevity.
Before the traditional episode opening, Priscilla Kelly was shown working out at the "Show Time Dojo" facility over the weekend in Tampa, Florida. She was approached by Skye and Jordan Blu.
Skye Blu: "Hey Priscilla, good job out there coming back from that attack by 'VXT.'"
Jordan Blu: "Yeah, and to get the win on top of it, that showed real guts."
Skye: "We were impressed. So, if you ever need it, we got your back."
Priscilla Kelly: "That really means a lot. Thanks."
Just then, Mia Yim and Shayna Baszler walked up.
Mia Yim: "Girls, let's go. We got work to do."
The foursome walked off with Mia staring a hole through Priscilla Kelly. The camera faintly picked up Baszler pondering, "What were you doing talking to that loser?"
Madusa opened the episode as normal, but referenced what we had seen by mentioning that Priscilla Kelly was in action again against Maria Manic one-on-one. But, in a special challenge stipulation, the loser leaves Femme Fatales. Renee Young and Melissa Santos gave the rundown for the rest of the card. The action was then thrown to Chiharu and Ai Hara from Bangladesh.
Match One ~ "Triple Threat" match ~ "AphroditE" (Utami & Saya Kamitani) vs. Suzu Suzuki & Miu Watanabe vs. "Oedo Tai" (Bea Priestley & Jamie Hayter with "Captain" Natsuko Tora, Sumire Natsu, and Saki Kashima)
After a tough back-and-forth match that saw several instances of "Oedo Tai" distraction and interference, "AphroditE" got the win on Miu. Priestley hit a "Bea Trigger," then was tossed onot her mates at ringside by Utami. Saya hit a "Phoenix Splash" on Miu to end it while Utami took care of Suzuki.
Winner = "AphroditE" by pinfall in 15:34
After the break, Nigel and Katarina came to us from Wales.
Match Two ~ "British Invasion" (Xia Brookside & Candyfloss) vs. Indi Hartwell & Lena Kross
The former World Bantamweight Tag Team Champions fought valiantly against their larger foes, but it was not be. In the midst of a foruway scrum in which the referee was trying to separate Xia and Indi, Candyfloss was stopped dead in her tracks by Kross and Hartwell's best friend Steph De Lander. De Lander came from the crowd and hit Candy with a vicious "Chokebomb." Kross cleaned up the scraps with a running knee to the skull.
Winners = Indi Hartwell & Lena Kross by pinfall in 17:48
After another break, we were back to Madusa, Renee, and Melissa in sunny Florida for the "Loser Leaves "Femme Fatales" main event.
Match Three ~ "Loser Leaves Femme Fatales" match ~ Maria Manic vs. Priscilla Kelly
Manic imposed her physical will on Kelly, who would not give in. She kept coming back for more punishment. Toward the end of the match, "VXT" was led out by Paige, seemingly for another attack. They were halted, however, by Skye and Jordan Blu, who were wielding steel chairs. They chased off the group before they could do any damage. In the ring, Maria went for her "Alabama Slam" finish, but Kelly scooted over her back and turned it into a "Sunset Bomb" that got the surprise three-count.
Winner = Priscilla Kelly by pinfall in 18:02
