As the episode came to air, every member of the NWA: Femme Fatales roster was standing at ringside stoically. The heroes were on one side of the aisle while the villains were on the other side. Then, a ten-bell salute followed. This video then aired:
The scene went back to the arena where several wrestlers were visibly crying. The fans then stood to their feet, applauding and starting a "Thank you, Hana!" chant.
Madusa's voice quivered as she began the opening.
Madusa: "Ladies and gentlemen, we want to welcome you to this week's edition of Femme Fatales. We have an action-packed hour on tap. We're beginning the round robin tournament to determine which team will challenge for the NWA Women's World Tag Team Championship at Great American Bash. We also will have a very special cage fight between Ronda Rousey and Paige VanZant in our main event. But first, we want to take a moment to remember a beautiful soul we've lost way too soon. Hana Kimura, who was a member of this roster for years. She had recently left NWA: Femme Fatales to refocus her career in Stardom and to be part of a reality show in Japan. After an incident on the show where she had lost temper--but subsequently apologized for--she then received tons of awful messages by cowards who decided to bully her from behind a keyboard. They carried this on to the point that she went into a deep depression and ultimately ended her own life. This has to stop! Hana Kimura was twenty-two years old! She hadn't even lived life yet! When is all the hate going to stop?! When is the culture going to shift?! What will it take?! All I know is that a precious young soul is gone before her time. Hana, we love you. We miss you. We'll see you again in the next life. Okay, as always, I have my ladies Renee Young and Melissa Santos with me. Girls, chime in."
Renee Young: "All I will say at this point is that I am in shock and my heart hurts so badly for Hana Kimura and her family. Hana, you will be missed, my darling."
Melissa Santos: "Hana was universally loved by everyone in the locker room and everyone in this company. She was a shining star and brought warmth, laughter, and life to every room. We love you, little mama."
Madusa: "Okay, we have an episode to get to. Hana would have wanted the show to go on, no doubt about it. So, tonight, we have two tag team tournament matches and a big main event fight between Ronda Rousey and Paige VanZant! Let's go to the ring!"
Match One ~ NWA World Women's Tag Team Championship Qualifier Tournament ~ Round Robin ~ "The IIconics" (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce) vs. "Kabuki Syndicate" ("Pirate Queen" Kairi Hojo & "Empress of Tomorrow" Kana) with Manami Toyota

The four best friends eventually shared a "Horsewomen" embrace after the fall.
After the match, Jessicka Havok, Neveah, and Max the Impaler from "OI4K" hit the ring with lead pipes and destroyed all four competitors. Havok then grabbed a microphone.
Jessicka Havok: "It's time for 'OI4K' makes its presence known in this company! Neveah and I demand to be in this tag team tournament! We wanna fight next week! Whoever's in charge, make it happen!"
GM Karlee Perez came out.
Karlee Perez: "I'm the one in charge around here. You want in the tournament? Fine. You want to wrestle next week? Fine. In fact, you will wrestle in two tournament matches next week. You don't dictate what goes on here. I do. If you want to be in this tournament, you will play by my rules! See you next week."
Perez left while Havok and company fumed in the ring.
Madusa: "Wow! 'OI4K' shows up, takes out 'The Four Horsewomen,' then got booked in two tournament matches next week! What a sequence! We need to take another break. When we return, We have a huge surprise for our main event! Stay tuned for the action!"
Madusa: "We're back! Fans, our main event is one that has been brewing for months and months! Ever since Paige VanZant signed a developmental contract with NWA: Femme Fatales, she's been the target of verbal and physical intimidation by 'Submission Magicians,' most notably Ronda Rousey! These events came to a head last week. And finally, we will see Ronda Rousey versus Paige VanZant one-on-one! But, GM Karlee Perez made the decision late last week to harken back to these women's UFC careers by having their first combat be in the octagon! An MMA cage has been set up in another local arena and we're proud to simulcast this big time fight! Three rounds of fighting! It's tap out or knockout only! Let's get it on!"
