Madusa: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest hour on television, Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa! I am here at WRAL studios in Raleigh, North Carolina, for a special Starrcade preview episode. We'll look at the big 'Winner Takes All' match between NWA Women's World Champion Nixon Newell and NWA: Femme Fatales Women's Champion Rosemary! Someone will be back on this program next week wearing at least two title belts! In rosemary's case, she would hold three titles at once! We're going to hear from both ladies tonight as they prepare for this showdown. Also on the program, we're going to have a huge 'Fatal Five-Way Elimination' match for Sienna the Savage's Heavyweight Championship! That division is heating up! Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, Utami, and Jordynne Grace will take their shot tonight! We're going to get this hour started with a special chronicle of Starrcade! Roll it!"
A video retrospective aired, which discussed the history of Starrcade, as well as offering a preview of the big event on Thursday. This was the same package that aired on Show Time Power Hour. After the package, the episode went to commercial.
Madusa: "We're back! Fans, I told you we have a title match tonight! Five women will vie for the Heavyweight Championship as they challenge 'The Hive's' own heavy-hitter in Sienna the Savage!"
Match One ~ NWA: Femme Fatales Heavyweight Championship ~ "Fatal Five-Way Elimination" match ~ Sienna the Savage vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Jordynne Grace vs. Utami
No one in this match expected to go out quietly or quickly. In fact, it was over fifteen minutes in before the first elimination happened. It came unexpectedly, as Jordynne Grace hit her "Fall from Grace" finish on Utami. Before she could make the cover, Sienna hit a "Running Double Knee Smash" to the back of Jordynne's head. She pinned her quickly.
Jordynne Grace was eliminated.
Sienna then covered Utami, but she kicked out at the last possible moment. The continued for several minutes more until Utami, who never really recovered from being dropped on her head, was finished with "Riptide."
Utami was eliminated.
The final three participants battled like gladiators. Charlotte hit a "Double Spear" to drop both of her opponents. She then cinched in the "Figure Eight Leglock" on Ripley, who refused to submit. Charlotte bridged up with all of her might, but Ripley continued to fight. Sensing her opponents were vulnerable, Sienna climbed to the second rope and delivered a "Legdrop" to Rhea to get the pin while she was still trapped in Charlotte's grip.
Rhea Ripley was eliminated.
Charlotte and Sienna then faced off for another eight minutes or so before the final outcome. They struggled against each other with no clear dominant female. Charlotte then caught the champion with a "Yakuza Kick." Charlotte signaled for her signature "Leglock" once again, She performed the "Spinning Toe Hold," but Sienna kicked her in the back and sent her flying into the referee. Sienna scooted out of the ring. As Charlotte approached her from inside the ring, Sienna struck Charlotte in the head with a chair shot. Flair staggered, allowing Sienna to get back into the ring and deliver her "Discus Lariat" for the victory as the groggy referee made the count.
Winner and STILL NWA: Femme Fatales Heavyweight Champion = Sienna the Savage in a total match time of 42:27
Madusa: "A big victory there for Sienna, but not without a little help from her steel chair friend. Fans, we'll take a break. When we return, we'll hear recorded comments from Nixon Newell and Rosemary!"
Madusa: "We're back! Quinn McKay sat down with both Rosemary and Nixon Newell ahead of their all important match at Starrcade. Quinn joins me in the booth now. Tell me about those interviews."
Quinn McKay: "I had the privilege of interviewing both Nixon Newell and Rosemary. I got what I expected from both. Nixon is a firecracker and full of energy. Rosemary, on the other hand, is slow, methodical, and creepy in her delivery. There was a totally different vibe for each interview. I left them both coming away with very different feelings."
Madusa: "I imagine so! Quinn, we're going to take a look at some highlights from those two interviews."
A video package aired showing clips from both interviewees. The comments were edited to show clips alternating from one woman to the other.
Nixon Newell: "Rosemary has run roughshod over this company for long enough! She doesn't even belong in Femme Fatales! This is my chance to shut her up for good!"
Rosemary: "The meat suit known as Nixon Newell is in over her head. She cannot possibly combat the shadow and the 'Demon Assassin' at once. She is doomed."
Newell: "I'm sick and tired of 'The Hive' trying to take over my company! This dark war has to end, one way or another!"
Rosemary: "If Nixon Newell has it in her silly little mind that she can defeat us, and thereby win the dark war, she is sadly mistaken. It's time for Nixon Newell to be taught a lesson and for us to add another trinket to our collection."
Newell: "I am the NWA Women's World Champion. I've earned everything I have. I didn't have to cheat or rely on my friends to win! Rosemary doesn't have the heart to carry this title! I have to beat her on Thursday!"
Rosemary: "The shadow fuels my desire for more. We cannot be satiated. We must continue to take territory. Nixon Newell will be consumed. Starrcade will be her final resting place."
Madusa: "Well folks, there you have it! Starrcade is in two days! London, England has never seen an event like this! Make sure you order this pay-per-view! Nixon Newell versus Rosemary for all the marbles! It's going to be fantastic! Fans, we're out of time for this week. Please join s again next Thursday on TNT at our normal time for more Femme Fatales! For Quinn McKay, I'm Madusa! Keep on rockin' and rollin'!"
