William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me are Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette! Men, we have quite a few intriguing stories developing around here!"
Mauro Ranallo: "Indeed we do, William! It's a veritable cornucopia of action and excitement, a soliloquy of hatred and vengeance, and our company will never be the same in a few short weeks!"
Jim Cornette: "We have a blockbuster match at Halloween Havoc, whereby once and for all, either 'The Richards Collective' or 'The Magnificent Seven' will be no more! Meanwhile, this lunatic 'The Fiend' is terrorizing everyone! Although, I can't say I'm not happy that 'OI4K' got their comeuppance from him last week!"
Regal: "Indeed. That's how we ended the program one week ago. Bray Wyatt is on another level in terms of his psychological warfare. He hasn't even needed his henchmen. He's taken care of things all on his own. Just imagine how deadly he'll be once he invokes his fellow 'Faces of Fear!' Fans, we have a big episode lined up. The Usos and Sefa Fatu will vie against 'Euro Trash!' Braun Strowman defends the Television Championship against a former titleholder in fellow big man Jason Justice! And, our main event will see Adam Cole and Nick Aldis battle members of 'OI4K!' Let's get this action underway!"
Match One ~ "Euro Trash" (Zack Sabre, Jr., "The Villain" Marty Scurll, & Aleister Black) with "Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo vs. "Samoan Dynasty" (Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, & Sefa Fatu with Jacob Fatu and Trinity Uso)
This was a fabulously smash mouth affair. The Samoans hit hard and often. The Europeans grind away and use joint manipulation better than anyone in the sport. Both teams worked to their strengths. Eventually, the women got involved with one another as well. They had been arguing throughout the match. But finally, Trinity and Deonna went after each other with a vengeance. Jacob Fatu attempted to break them up, pulling Purrazzo away. This angered Marty Scurll, Deonna's beau, who jumped down from the apron and shoved Fatu. Jacob shoved back. This brought out Sabre and Black. The Usos and Sefa, recognizing the fight was being taken outside, all took a flying leap over the top rope and took out their opponents. The referee started his count and no one responded. He didn't even finish the count, but rang the bell, throwing the match out.
Winners = double disqualification in 13:29
Regal: "That one turned ugly very quickly!"
Ranallo: "What started out as a brilliant match devolved into a brawl outside! Those seven men and two women are going at it!"
Cornette: "They're acting like savages! I love it!"
Regal: "Fans, we'll take a break and try to restore order out here. We'll be back in a moment!"
Regal: "We're back! Fans, the scene out here was one of chaos! Speaking of chaos, 'The Fiend' has been causing quite a bit of it recently. We don't know his exact agenda. We just know that, when the lights go out, someone ends up laid out! Vanessa Craft is backstage with 'Spirit of Abigail' Maria Kanellis for an interview. This should be interesting."
Vanessa Craft: "I'm here with Maria Kanellis."
Maria Kanellis: "Don't misspeak, dear. You're here with Sister Abigail. Now, what is your question, child?"
Craft: "Um, we've seen 'The Fiend' unleash a path of destruction in recent weeks, but he doesn't seem to have a specific target as of yet. What's going through his mind right now?"
Kanellis: "What's going through young Bray's mind is revenge, little one. What you see as random attacks are targeted aggression against those who have hurt him. Retribution is the rule of the day. All will be known when the time comes."
Craft: "So, what's next for 'The New Face of Fear?'"
Kanellis: "The family is lying in weeds, as it were. When they are needed, they will surface. For now, they wait in eager anticipation. The world will know when the time comes. Bye bye now, dear child."
Kanellis walked away slowly.
Regal: "Maria Kanellis is a strange bird ever since she was overtaken by the spirit of Abigail. Wow! Okay fans, we'll head back to the ring for our Television Championship match!"
Match Two ~ NWA: Show Time Television Championship ~ "The Monster Among Men" Braun Strowman with "The Goddess" Alexa Bliss vs. "Ticking Time Bomb" Jason Justice
The battle of the big men did not fail to impress. Justice, at 330 lbs. himself, stayed right with the 365-lb. Strowman. They took it to each other with their meat hook like hands. Justice had a bit of a quickness advantage, although Braun is deceptively fast. They collided like two semi trucks in center ring, in which Jason actually hit his vaunted 'Psycho Slam." This took both men down, so he couldn't make the cover. As they regained their footing, Justice went on a rampage with lefts and rights, staggering Strowman. He bounded off the ropes, but was tripped by Bliss. The referee saw it, but instead of disqualifying Braun, he ousted Alexa since the match had a title on the line. As Justice was jawing at the dejected Bliss, Braun snuck up from behind with a "Double Axe Handle." He followed up with his "Running Powerslam" in an impressive display of strength for the victory.
Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Television Champion = Braun Strowman by pinfall in 15:17
Regal: "That was a big win for Braun Strowman, although Alexa Bliss did make her presence known!"
Ranallo: "She changed the trajectory of the match for her bae, that's for sure!"
Cornette: "All I know is that, without the trip from 'Little Miss' Bliss, Braun Strowman might not be walking out with the title intact!"
Regal: "You said it, Jim."
Cornette: "I don't know if I like you agreeing with me so much, Willy!"
Regal: "I don't either. Okay fans, we'll take a break. When we return, it's main event time!"
Regal: "We're back and ready for more action!"
Match Three ~ "The Richards Collective" (Adam Cole & "National Treasure" Nick Aldis with Dr. Britt Baker, DMD and Kamilla Kaine) vs. "OI4K" (Madman Fulton & Jon Moxley with Solomon Crowe)
This was Cole and Aldis' first time as a team, but they were brilliant. They had such fluidity, you'd have thought they were born partners. On the other side, Madman and Moxley were wild and unruly, so they kept the match in doubt throughout. After a long and arduous fight, Aldis hit Fulton with a "Diving Elbow Drop." As Madman eventually staggered to his feet, Cole hit "Panama Sunrise" while Aldis dumped Moxley through the ropes.
Winners = Adam Cole & Nick Aldis by pinfall in 20:44
As soon as the match was over, all of "OI4K" and "The Magnificent Seven" hit the ring for a perceived beat down. They were thwarted by the rest of "The Richards Collective," along with "Samoan Dynasty" and Killer Kross. As the massive melee ensued, the lights went out. When the house lights came back up, everyone was down. Then, the ominous laugh rang out in the arena:
Regal: "Fans, he's struck again! 'The Fiend' has taken out everyone! What's next?! You'll have to tune in next Tuesday on TBS to find out on another edition of the Show Time Power Hour! For Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette, I'm William Regal,. saying ta ta for now!"
