William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me are Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette! We are still reeling from the revelation that Sting has been hired by Jordan Richards as the new Co-Commissioner!"
Mauro Ranallo: "Momma Mia! The icon Sting is in NWA: Show Time, and boy did he hit the ground running last week, putting CM Punk and Matt Riddle in a Tag Team Championship defense!"
Jim Cornette: "I know Sting very well, and if I'm certain of anything, it's that he'll maintain law and order around here! What a get for Jordan Richards!'
Regal: "Indeed. Sting immediately went to work last week, and he hasn't stopped this week! Listen to the line-up he's put together for tonight! We'll see Killer Kross take on Shelton Benjamin, with the winner receiving a Television Championship match next week against Braun Strowman! 'OI4K' will battle 'Samoan Dynasty' in an eight-man 'Grudge' match! And, Kota Ibushi will defend the Cruiserweight Championship against Ricochet in our main event, and it's going to be a 'Lumberjack' match, with both 'The Magnificent Seven' and 'Richards Collective' at ringside! What an hour we have in store! Let's go to the ring to get is started!"
Match One ~ Killer Kross with "Smoke Show" Scarlett Bordeaux vs. "Gold Standard" Shelton Benjamin with "Olympic Hero" Kurt Angle
This was an interesting contrast of styles, with the methodical Kross using his MMA background to throw strikes and kicks at Benjamin. Shelton, on the other hand, used his athleticism and aerial ability to thwart those attacks. In the end, Shelton went for a "Springboard Bodypress," but was caught in midair by Kross in the "Kross Jacket Choke." Benjamin eventually went out and the referee called for the bell.
Winner = Killer Kross by submission in 12:52
Regal: "Killer Kross with the brilliant counter for the finish!"
Ranallo: "Kross will get the chance to regain the Television Championship next week!"
Cornette: "Great match between two great athletes!"
Regal: "Let's take a break. We'll be back with more action in just a moment!"
Regal: "We're back! Fans, we have a huge eight-man battle ahead next, but first, Vanessa Craft is standing by with Co-Commissioner Sting."
Vanessa Craft: "I am here with Co-Commissioner Sting. You have hit the ground running in your first full week on the job. What's your goal in NWA: Show Time?"
Sting: "My goal is simple: to restore law and order. Over the years, there has been quite a bit of favoritism shown to certain wrestlers. Jordan Richards himself even admits that. With CM Punk as CEO and Ric Flair in his back pocket, it has gotten so out of hand, something had to be done about it. That's where I come in. Everything they're trying to do, I will counterbalance and make sure that justice is done. Just like last week's Tag Team Title match, where Punk had 'OI4K' interfere to skirt around my stipulation, I'm not going to tolerate that sort of rule-breaking anymore."
Craft: "How can you overcome the efforts of the CEO and Co-Commissioner, who clearly are working with each other?"
Sting: "Don't forget, the owner of the company is on my side as well. I'm not alone in this fight. I promise you and everyone else one thing. When it's all said and done, order will be restored to this company. Thanks, Vanessa."
Craft: "Back to you, William."
Regal: "There you have it...a very matter-of-fact promise from our new Co-Commissioner Sting. I'd take him at his word. Let's go back to the ring for more fierce action!"
Match Two ~ "OI4K" (Madman Fulton, Jon Moxley, Crimson, & Matt Cross with Solomon Crowe, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, "Death Machine" Jessicka Havok, and "Killer Queen" Neveah) vs. "Samoan Dynasty" (Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Jacob Fatu, & Sefa Fatu)
True to his word, Sting immediately restored law and order, especially in this match. Halfway through, he came out and banished the ringside members of "OI4K" to the locker room for multiple incidents of interference in the earlier parts of the match. Once it was four-on-four, things got very intense. The Samoan cousins used their speed and skill to counteract the frenetic offense of the enemy. At one point, all four Samoans hit simultaneous "Super Kicks" on each of their opponents. The crowd leapt to its feet at that sequence. In the end, "OI4K" got themselves disqualified due to multiple members trying to break up a pinfall attempt.
Winners = "Samoan Dynasty" by disqualification in 19:10
Regal: "Blatant interference spells the end of that one. They lost the match, but 'OI4K' preserved the pin."
Ranallo: "The Samoans had it won fair and square, but 'OI4K' made sure it didn't happen!"
Cornette: "But, that's still a win against the US Tag Team Champions! That's a big deal!"
Regal: "Yes, it is! That could put 'Samoan Dynasty' members in line for a title opportunity down the road! Fans, let's take another break. We'll return shortly with our huge main event! Stay with us!"
Regal: "We're back, and it's Cruiserweight Championship time, with lumberjacks to boot!"
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Cruiserweight Championship ~ "Lumberjack" match ~ Kota Ibushi vs. "The One & Only" Ricochet
Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Cruiserweight Champion = Kota Ibushi by pinfall in 19:15
Regal: "Kota Ibushi won it, but he got a big assist from WALTER on the outside!"
Ranallo: "WALTER waited until the perfect moment to strike and cost Ricochet the match and the title!"
Cornette: "There's no question that WALTER changed the outcome of that match!"
Regal: "Fans, 'The Magnificent Seven' come out victorious once again with more trickery! Will this ever end?! We're all out of time for this week. Please join us again next Tuesday on TBS for more of the Show Time Power Hour! For Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette, I'm William Regal, saying ta ta for now!"
