"Femme Fatales" TV Taping Number 90 (Week 179)

Madusa Miceli: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest hour on television, Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa Miceli. With me are Renee Young and Melissa Santos! Girls, last week we saw the match of the year, no doubt! Then, we saw the reunion of the year!"

Renee Young: "Io Shirai defeated Charlotte Flair in an instant classic! Then, she was attacked by 'The Four Horsewomen' and Kairi Hojo made the shocking save for her longtime rival!"

Melissa Santos: "They say the enemy of my enemy is my friend! Well, it seems that way with Kairi and Io. They have warred off and on since 2015, but now they have a common enemy in 'The Four Horsewomen!'"

Miceli: "They produced some of the greatest matches we've ever seen! Now, they're on the same side of the ring! Fans, this developing story is already the most intriguing thing on television! Well, we're two days removed from Christmas, but the giving keeps on coming! What an episode we have lined up for tonight! 'Fly Kicks' will defend the Tag team Championship against Hikaru Shida and Syuri! We'll get it started with Britt Baker taking on Rachael Ellering! Let's go to the ring!"

Match One ~ Dr. Britt Baker, DMD with Katya vs. Rachael Ellering

Winner = Britt Baker by submission in 11:45

Miceli: "Great win by Britt Baker! What a submission!"

Young: "She calls that 'The Retractor' as a nod to the dentistry world!"

Santos: "If she takes care of teeth as well as she performs in the ring, she'll have a long an lucrative career either way!"

As Baker and Katya were walking back up the entrance ramp, they were stopped in their tracks by this entrance theme:

Rosemary came stalking to ringside slowly with Priscilla Kelly behind her.

Baker had a shocked look on her face. Rosemary reached out to touch a frozen Britt, but Katya stepped in front of her. Rosemary laughed as Priscilla stepped beside her. There was a tense stare down between Katya, Rosemary, and Kelly. Baker cowered behind Katya. Finally, Rosemary laughed and led Kelly through the entrance to the back.

Miceli: "What was that about?! Fans, we need to take a break. We'll be back with more action in just a moment!"

Miceli: "We're back! It's time for the Tag Team Championship match, which should be a barnburner! But first, let's hear from the champions, 'Fly Kicks!' Alex Gracia is standing by with them."

Alex Gracia: "I'm here with Nixon Newell and Dakota Kai, collectively known as 'Fly Kicks.' More importantly, they are the NWA: Femme Fatales Tag Team Champions. You are set to defend in mere moments against the formidable tandem of Hikaru Shida and Syuri. Are you prepared for their strike focused attack?"

Nixon Newell: "There's no doubt that Shida and Syuri are one of the best teams in the world. They've held these titles twice themselves. So, we're not taking them lightly. But, if they think we can't trade strikes with them, they've got another thing coming!"

Dakota Kai: "That's right, Alex. We strike hard and fast too! Our kicks are the best around, and we'll lay them in tonight! Shida and Syuri are a great team, but we're the champions for a reason! We'll prove it tonight! We have yet to be pinned or submitted. That won't change anytime soon."

Gracia: "Thank you. Madusa, back to you..."

As soon as Gracia uttered that phrase, Rosemary stepped right up beside her smiling. Priscilla Kelly stepped in behind Gracia. Rosemary came almost nose to nose with a paralyzed Gracia before the camera cut to commentary.

Miceli: "Rosemary and Priscilla Kelly seem to be stalking the entire roster tonight! Man, what a weird duo! Fans, it's Tag Team Championship time! Let's go back to the ring!"

Match Two ~ NWA: Femme Fatales Tag Team Championship ~ "Fly Kicks" (Nixon Newell & Dakota Kai) vs. Hikaru Shida & Syuri

This was a strong style master class. All four ladies unloaded on each other. The frequent crowd chants of "Ohh!" and "Holy s***!" accompanied most of the exchanges. There was a point where all four ladies were down in the ring after nailing each other with kicks. That got a "This is awesome!" chant going. In the midst of the final fray, Syuri went for a "Frog Splash." Nixon pulled Kai out of harm's way. She then slid into the ring and nailed "The Shiniest Wizard" on Syuri. Kai hit the "Kai-O Kick" on Shida before she could get into the ring to stop the pin.

Miceli: "What a match! And, what a finish!"

Young: "Dakota Kai and Nixon Newell have set the tag team division on fire since arriving here! Tonight was no different! That was the tag team match of the year, in my opinion!"

Santos: "Phenomenal match-up! 'Fly Kicks' just beat a top flight team to keep their streak intact! They've still not been beaten inside the ring!"

Miceli: "Fans, let's take another commercial break. When we return, GM Perez and Commissioner Aikawa have a big announcement planned! Stay tuned!"

Miceli: "We're back! Let's welcome General Manager Karlee Perez and Commissioner Yuzuki Aikawa, for what we've been told is a special announcement!"

GM Perez and Commissioner Aikawa appeared on the tron from backstage in the GM's office.

Karlee Perez: "As NWA: Femme Fatales closes out two thousand eighteen, we do so with anticipation of our biggest year yet, because two thousand nineteen is coming in with a bang!"

Yuzuki Aikawa: "With that in mind, we begin the new year with next week's episode. The main event will feature a 'Ladder' match for the Television Championship. Six participants will compete in the match."

Perez: "These six competitors will be determined as a result of two separate six-woman tag team matches to be held next week. All twelve names will be drawn at random in what we are calling a 'Lethal Lottery.' The teams will be formed as the names are drawn. The winning teams from these two matches will be entered into the main event. These are the kinds of matches you can expect for the coming year."

Before GM Perez could finish, "The Four Horsewomen" came bursting into the area.

Charlotte Flair: "Do you mean to tell me that you're going the entire episode without addressing the elephant in the room?!"

Flair: "Are you kidding me?! The fact that I got robbed last week! The match ended in a draw and you restarted it on a whim! I wasn't ready when the bell rang and Io got the drop on me!"

Aikawa: "That's not the way we remember it."

Becky Lynch: "Then, I guess you two have selective memories!"

Perez: "Is that so? Well, let me remind you who you're talking to. I am the General Manager of this company and she is the Commissioner. That means we're the bosses around here. Watch your tone."

Flair: "It's obvious we're not getting anywhere with them. I'll just call my dad. He'll talk to Jordan Richards and get this whole thing straightened out!"

Perez: "I wouldn't advise that, Charlotte. I am very close with your dad. I'm also Jordan Richards' personal assistant, or did you forget that little detail? Jordan put me in charge of this company and he gave me implicit instructions to run it the way I see fit. We had our highest rating of the year last week. I'd say I'm doing a fine job. Now, I like you. I like your dad. I like every one of you girls, in fact. But, the bottom line is you got pinned by Io Shirai. So, it seems to me that she's the one you have a problem with, not me. But, we can rectify that problem very quickly. Commissioner, I'm thinking that you should sign a tag team match for tonight, for right now in fact. How about we have Charlotte here and her outspoken friend Becky on one side. On the other side, let's see. How about Io Shirai and...Kairi Hojo? Yeah, that sounds good. Make the match."

Aikawa: "It's done. The match is made and will be next."

Flair: "What?! You can't just throw us into a match unannounced!"

Perez: "We can and we did. You might want to get out to the ring."

Flair: "This isn't over!"

Miceli: "Oh my! What a huge set of announcements by GM Perez and Commissioner Aikawa! A 'Ladder' match next week and a dream tag team match tonight! We'll go straight to that after the break! Stay with us!"

Miceli: "We're back! A main event for the ages is next! Let's go to the ring!"

Match Three ~ "The Four Horsewomen" (Charlotte Flair & "Lass Kicker" Becky Lynch with "Money in the Bank" Mercedes KV and Bayley Rose) vs. Kairi Hojo & "The Ace" Io Shirai with Manami Toyota

Io and Kairi were anxiously awaiting their entrance for the match.

They started out hot, fists afire. Flair and Lynch were on the defense from the get go. They tried to powder to the outside and regroup, but Io went to the top and hit a scintillating "Moonsault" that took out all of "The Horsewomen" at once. She and Hojo were cooking. Eventually, Kairi fell victim to the dirty tactics of the group when she got distracted by KV and Rose, allowing Lynch to take over. Hojo was isolated for several minutes while Flair and Lynch worked her over. Shirai chomped at the bit to get into the ring. Hojo finally unleashed "The Interceptor" on Flair that put them both down. Hojo crawled toward her corner as Charlotte rolled over and tagged Becky. Lynch came in and tried to grab Kairi's foot, but was kicked off. Hojo lunged and tagged Io. The fans erupted as Shirai cleaned house, even knocking KV and Rose off the apron. Io hit the "619" on Lynch and had her set up for the "Moonsault." As she jumped to the top rope, Bayley shoved her off, causing the DQ.

Winners = Kairi Hojo & Io Shirai by disqualification in 10:51

Toyota got dropped on the outside by KV. Then, all four unloaded on Shirai and Hojo until "Fly Kicks" made the save to even the odds.

Miceli: "We didn't expect to get this match tonight, and boy was it a fight! The cheap DQ gave Kairi and Io the win, but they won't be satisfied with that! Fans, we're running out of time! Please join us next Thursday on TNT for more Femme Fatales! For Renee Young and Melissa Santos, I'm Madusa Miceli! Keep on rockin' and rollin'!"

As the credits were rolling, the fight was still on inside the ring. Eventually, "The Four Horsewomen" bailed out to the floor and Hojo, Shirai, and "Fly Kicks" stood tall and called them back in. The episode faded to black there.
