Madusa Miceli: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest hour on television, Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa Miceli. With me are Renee Young and Melissa Santos! Girls, Starrcade was off the chain! We're a week removed from the big event and we saw some fantastic matches!"
Renee Young: "Congratulations to Toni Storm for becoming the NWA Intercontinental Women's Champion!"
Melissa Santos: "And, Io Shirai came within an eyelash of becoming the NWA World Women's Champion! She had the match won!"
Miceli: "Yeah, that one was unfortunate. Io Shirai should be the World Champion right now. We also saw Kairi Hojo defeat Charlotte Flair two falls to one to retain the Women's Championship in the match of the night! Forty minutes of action! They tore the house down! Tonight, we'll see new Intercontinental Champion Toni Storm in action with her best friend Viper, as they take on 'The IIconics' to try and settle a score on the behalf of partner Tenille Dashwood! Mayu Iwatani will challenge Priscilla Kelly for the Television Championship! And, in the main event, Io Shirai tries to bounce back against the challenge of the ever dangerous Shayna Baszler! What a night! Let's go to the ring!"
Match One ~ "The IIconics" (Jessie McKay & Peyton Royce) vs. "The UK Connection" (Toni Storm & "Vixen of Violence" Viper)
Storm came in a ball of fire, displaying her newly won championship.
Storm and Viper overwhelmed the Aussie besties in the beginning with power wrestling. Viper used her size to squash both opponents. Eventually, McKay and Royce righted themselves and took over. They kept Storm on the defense for several minutes. Toni finally came back and got the tag to Viper, who cleaned house. In the end, all four were in the ring. Storm and Viper double-whipped "The IIconics" into each other. McKay bounced off Royce and right into the awaiting arms of Viper for the "Viper Driver."
Winners = "The UK Connection" by pinfall in 12:07
After the match, Tenille Dashwood got in a couple of hard slaps to McKay and Royce. Then, inexplicably, Storm and Viper turned on Tenille, laying her out with a "Double Clothesline." They fans began to boo furiously. Royce and McKay were stunned, but then began to cheer them on. Lana Austin ran in, but they immediately laid waist to her. "The IIconics" tried to shake hands with Storm and Viper, but were denied. Storm said, "Not today" to Royce before they left the ring. McKay and Royce snuck in a couple of kicks to Dashwood and Austin for good measure.
Miceli: "We saw an exciting and competitive tag team match, followed by a shocking turn! What precipitated this bizarre betrayal by Toni Storm and Viper?!"
Young: "We thought 'UK Connection' was riding high, especially after Toni's big win over Faby Apache! Why would they turn on their friends?!"
Santos: "Especially after they fought that match specifically for revenge on 'The IIconics!'"
Miceli: "We really need answers! Fans, we'll take a break, but I want to try and run down Toni Storm and Viper and see what's going on inside their heads! Stay tuned."
Miceli: "We're back! Fans, Laura Cruz has tracked down Toni and Viper. She's going to try and get a word from them!"
Laura Cruz: "Toni! Toni! Viper! One moment, ladies! What just happened out there?!"
Toni Storm: "What happened out there was a long time coming! When we formed this group with Tenille, then added Lana, we were supposed to dominate this company! I was TV Champ for a while and Viper won the Heavyweight Title immediately! But, Tenille and Lana haven't done anything! They dragged us down! We deserve the best! Now, without them, we'll make NWA: Femme Fatales take notice! I'm the NWA Intercontinental Women's Champion, which means that I will defend this belt all over the world! And, Viper is a world renowned superstar! They got what was coming to them and now, so will we!"
Viper: "We are two of the best in the world! Now that we've taken out the trash, we're going to prove that those two were dead weight and we are the real stars!"
Cruz: "Back to you, Madusa."
Miceli: "So, Toni Storm and Viper said that Tenille and Lana were dragging them down and they took out the trash! Wow! Fans, it's time for the Television Championship match! The big question is, what shape will Priscilla Kelly be in after the vicious attack from NWA: DFW's Rosemary last week?! We haven't seen her since! Yuki Kamifuku is standing by with with Mayu Iwatani to get a few quick words from the challenger before the match. Let's go backstage now."
Yuki was backstage approaching Mayu Iwatani for their scheduled interview.
She was jumped by Maki Itoh and Mizuki. Mayu defended her and kept the two assailants at bay until Mina Shirakawa showed up and nailed them from behind. Maki and Mizuki fled at that point. Mayu stayed with Mina and Yuki for a moment until Mina told her thank you, but to "go win the belt!" Mayu then headed toward the ring.
Miceli: "That came out of nowhere! Why has Yuki Kamifuku become a target of 'Team Crazy Cute?!' She's an interviewer! Man, thank goodness Mayu was there to help! It looks like she's headed this way for the match."
Match Two ~ NWA: Femme Fatales Television Championship ~ Priscilla Kelly vs. Mayu Iwatani
Kelly looked like her normal self, but she seemed more subdued and somber.
Mayu was ready and took the fight right to Kelly. She ran circles around her. Mayu always works quickly, but Kelly seemed to be stuck in mud. The commentators were trying to put their finger on the problem. They didn't know whether she was injured at Rosemary's hands or if she had been "changed" somehow. Either way, she wasn't herself and her deficiencies were obvious. Still, Kelly's skillset kept her in it, but not for as long as one would have thought. Mayu finished her off with a "Missile Dropkick" and "Snap Dragon Suplex" with bridge.
Winner and NEW NWA: Femme Fatales Television Champion = Mayu Iwatani by pinfall in 9:11
After the match, Rosemary made another surprise appearance and threw a limp Kelly over her shoulder, walking her to the back just as she had done two weeks earlier.
Miceli: "Congratulations to Mayu Iwatani on winning her first Television Championship! But, we saw Rosemary once again haul Priscilla Kelly off! What's going on with those two?!"
Young: "This is surreal to see 'The Demon Assassin' on our programming and to have her be fixated on Priscilla Kelly with no real rhyme or reason is just weird!"
Santos: "It's off the rails all right! But, let's not take away from Mayu's accomplishment! She dominated a previously dominant champion in Priscilla Kelly!"
Miceli: "No question! This was a significant win for Mayu! Priscilla Kelly owned that title until tonight! Fans, we'll take a break and be back with our huge main event next!"
When the episode returned to air, the scene was backstage in the locker room of "The Four Horsewomen."
Charlotte Flair: "All right, Io! Tonight's the night you redeem yourself! You lost at Starrcade! Now, you need to make it right!"
Io Shirai: "You lost to Kairi again! What about you?!"
Flair: "Hey, I won the first fall! I should be champion again! But, you got beat by Makoto, who isn't even good enough to be here anymore! That never would have happened to me! You need to prove yourself to me!"
Shirai: "Prove myself?! I have been loyal!"
Flair: "Loyalty is not enough! You're supposed to be one of the best! Prove it against Shayna!"
Shirai: "I will beat her and prove I am 'The Ace!' And, I will prove I'm better than you!"
Flair stood up and got in Io's face. Cooler heads prevailed as Becky Lynch, Mercedes KV, Manami Toyota, and Bayley Rose stepped in.
Becky Lynch: "Whoa, whoa, whoa! I know it's been tense around here recently. We've had our titles stolen and taken a couple of losses. But, that ends tonight! Io will get us back on track! Now, let's squash this. All for one and one for all!"
Flair: "She's right. Io, go whip her a**!"
Shirai: "Done!"
Match Three ~ "The Ace" Io Shirai with Manami Toyota vs. "Queen of Spades" Shayna Baszler with "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey
Winner = Io Shirai by pinfall in 21:24
Miceli: Huge win for Io Shirai, getting back some much needed momentum for 'The Four Horsewomen!'"
Young: "That was a fantastic outing for both ladies! It could have gone either way!"
Santos: "Shayna Baszler is such a weapon, but Io can beat you from all angles!"
"The Four Horsewomen" came to the ring to celebrate with Io and had a tense staredown with the MMA "Four Horsewomen" contingent, as Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir had come to ringside as well. Rousey led her group to the back as Io and company stayed in the ring.
Miceli: "What a match and what an hour! We're all out of time. Please join us again next Thursday on TNT for more Femme Fatales! For Renee Young and Melissa Santos, I'm Madusa Miceli! Keep on rockin' and rollin'!"
As the episode was going off air, the camera was still in the ring with "The Four Horsewomen" and Io Shirai. Io was heard telling Charlotte Flair, "That's how it's done!" Charlotte stepped up to her once again as the scene faded to black.
