Before the episode officially went to air, a cut-in from Femme Fatales hostess Madusa Miceli aired. It was recorded earlier in the day before air time to discuss the situation with three Japanese talents whose work visas were denied, necessitating outright releases from their NWA: Femme Fatales contracts.
Madusa Miceli: "Hello fans. I am Femme Fatales hostess Madusa Miceli. Before we air our broadcast, I need to inform you of an unfortunate development today. Newly signed superstars Machi Ohota, and Bantamweight Tag Team Champions 'Night and Day' were placed under contract while their work visas were being processed. Ohota had yet to debut for NWA: Femme Fatales, but 'Night and Day' became the Bantamweight Tag Team Champions just a couple of weeks ago. The problem is that unforeseen circumstances have caused the work visas for all three of these ladies to be declined. The good news is that their former promotion, World Idol Pro Wrestling, has agreed to renew their contracts. However, Commissioner Yuzuki Aikawa has been forced to strip 'Night and Day' of the Bantamweight Tag Team Championship, effective immediately. The titles have been returned to the previous champions, 'Power Stones.' This will not be reflected in tonight's broadcast, which was previously recorded. NWA: Femme Fatales has entered into a working relationship with World Idol Pro Wrestling and will be announcing new signees in the very near future. We are committed to bringing you the very best in women's wrestling each week, and tonight's episode will be no different. So, sit back and enjoy the ride!"
The traditional show opening then took place.
Madusa Miceli: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest hour on television, Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa Miceli. With me are my mamacitas Renee Young and Melissa Santos! Girls, we have a big night lined up!"
Renee Young: "Yes we do! Last week, we saw 'The Four Horsewomen' capture the Tag Team Championship from 'Joshi Mafia!' After the match, a masked Yumi Ohka, along with 'Oedo Tai' and 'The Dynasty,' attacked 'Joshi Mafia' and Manami Toyota was injured! We know that she is still suffering some blurry vision, but is otherwise okay. She has demanded a match with 'Oedo Tai' and 'The Dynasty' against 'Joshi Mafia.' Commissioner Aikawa will be answering that challenge tonight!"
Melissa Santos: "That will be a massive match if signed! We do know that we'll see Priscilla Kelly take on Kairi Hojo in a number one contender's match here tonight!"
Miceli: "That will be our main event, and it should be a good one! We're going to see a couple of debuts here tonight as well! The first one is up next! Let's got to the ring!"
Match One ~ The Starlight Kid vs. Amber Nova
The Starlight Kid is a dynamic young lady. She is the smallest Femme Fatales signee ever at a tiny 4'9" and 80 lbs. But, she wrestles like a bigger athlete and has great strength for her diminutive size. Nova is a great athlete as well. The former member of "The International Bad Girls Club," who has decided to strike it on her own as a Bantamweight competitor, was looking to establish herself in the division. This was a great back-and-forth struggle. Kid hit a beautiful running "Moonsault" on Nova. Amber responded with a "Nova Lights Suplex." Kid hit her trademark "Shiranui" ("Sliced Bread #2"). Unfortunately, the referee could not reach the three-count before the time limit expired.
Winner = time limit draw in 15:00
Stralight Kid and the fans, who were instantly enamored with the masked marvel, cheered for five more minutes of time to be allotted the competitors. Nova declined and walked away defiantly to boos.
Miceli: "What an impressive debut for The Starlight Kid! She's a little 'Mighty Mouse!'"
Young: "Amber Nova held her own, but I think another two or three seconds of time and The Starlight Kid would have been victorious!"
Santos: "Yeah, she had Nova on the run! I can't believe someone so small can hold her own like that!"
Miceli: "Fans, we'll return with our second debut of the night after the break!"
Miceli: "We're back! Let's go to the ring for the debut of Makiko Saito, granddaughter of legend Masa Saito!"
Match Two ~ Makiko Saito vs. "Cuddle Bunny" Rena with "Popping Sugar Rabbit" Mizuki
Saito certainly has her granddad's infamous mean streak. You can tell she grew up studying him, as she used some of his signature moves, like the "Prison Lock." She used a scintillating quick-strike corner attack against Rena that left her reeling. Saito finished the "Cuddle Bunny" off with a vicious "Saito Suplex."
Winner = Makiko Saito by pinfall in 7:03
Miceli: "Wow! Saito made super quick work of Rena! Her grandfather would be proud!"
Young: "She showed flashes of Masa Saito in that match, even winning with his innovated finisher!"
Santos: "She'll be one to watch in the Bantamweight division, which keeps getting better by the week!"
Miceli: "Yes it does! Fans, we'll go to break..."
Before Miceli could go to commercial break, this video aired on the tron:
"The Four Horsewomen" came out with their championship belts all shined up and big smiles across each of their faces.
Charlotte Flair: "Woooo! This is what I promised would happen all along! I told you all that 'The Four Horsewomen' would run this company! Look! The proof is in the pudding!"
All four hold up their championship belts.
Mercedes KV: "We are the bosses of NWA: Femme Fatales and it's going to stay that way for a long, long time!"
Becky Lynch: "We have kicked every lass in here! Who's next?!"
Bayley Rose: "The better question is who's left?! When we're done, they'll be talking about us a hundred years from now!"
Flair: "Diamonds are forever, and so are 'The Four Horsewomen!' Woooo!"
The quartet left the ring to a huge mixed reaction.
Miceli: "Whether you like them or not, the results speak for themselves. They are running it right now! Fans, now we'll take a break. Be back in just a moment!"
Miceli: "We're back and it's time to hear from Commissioner Aikawa concerning Manami Toyota's challenge."
Commissioner Yuzuki Aikawa came to the ring with a full battery of Security personnel.
Yuzuki Aikawa: "I am here with our Security force because I want to address the parties face-to-face. At this time, I'd like to bring out 'Joshi Mafia.'"
All of 'Joshi Mafia' came to the ring, led by "The Boss" Manami Toyota (wearing an eye patch).
Aikawa: "Now, I would like both 'Oedo Tai' and 'The Dynasty' to come out."
"Oedo Tai," led by a masked Yumi Ohka and "The Dynasty," led by Bantamweight Champion Sumire Nastu (sans Reika Saiki, who requested her release), made their way to ringside together. The Security force stood between them and "Joshi Mafia," which was in the ring.
Aikawa: "Now, let's discuss what has happened recently. First, Yumi Ohka was burned and scarred by Manami Toyota and that will take months and several surgeries to repair. Then, Manami was injured by Ohka and who knows when her eyesight will be fully restored? Normally, I'd take you two and put you in a grudge match. That would be that. But, since Manami is officially retired, that is not possible. So, all three of these factions have been at war in the meantime. I don't see any end to this in sight unless one or more factions is destroyed. But, at what cost? I have to protect the members of my roster. So, I have been thinking of a way to end this once and for all. Next week, we will have a two-ring 'War Games' match. it will be seven-on-seven. Manami Toyota will captain 'Joshi Mafia' against 'The Superpowers,' as you have been dubbed before, captained by Yumi Ohka. The traditional 'War Games' rules will apply. Once all fourteen women are in the ring, the match is official. The captains will have white towels. When one of them 'throws in the towel' for her team, the match is over."
The crowd wailed at this announcement. Yumi Ohka was screaming her affirmation, as was Manami Toyota.
Aikawa: "Before you agree to this match, you must know one more thing. To make sure that this ends it all, I have added one more stipulation. The losing team must disband as a faction! That means that either 'Joshi Mafia' will disband or that both 'Oedo Tai' and 'The Dynasty' will disband. Now, if you accept those terms, I will sign the match."
After a few moments of deliberation, Manami Toyota nodded her head. Yumi Ohka seemed more reluctant, but eventually nodded her approval.
Aikawa: "So, we have a match! But, I am demanding that none of you lay a hand on anyone from the opposing team. If you do, the match is off and your faction will be disbanded immediately!"
Miceli: "Oh my Lord! What an announcement! 'War Games' on this program next week, and the losing team must disband! Mind blown!"
Young: "I can't wrap my head around it. Either 'Joshi Mafia' is done or both 'Oedo Tai' and 'The Dynasty' are!"
Santos: "Something's gotta give and it will next Thursday, unless they can't keep their hands to themselves between now and then!"
All the principals left ringside unscathed with the Security escort.
Miceli: "We've gotta catch our breath! We'll take a short break and be back with the main event!"
Miceli: "We're back and it's time for our huge number one contender's match! Let's go to the ring!"
Match Three ~ "Number One Contender's" match ~ Kairi Hojo vs. Priscilla Kelly with Sakura
Before Kelly made her entrance, these macabre images displayed on the tron:
They were followed by her traditional entrance theme.
Sakura sneered as she followed behind her leader. Kelly was all smiles, a rare departure from the norm. She suggestively manipulated the ropes before entering the ring. Hojo's entrance was in stark contrast.
She came out to massive cheers and greeted fans on the way to the ring. The match itself took the same sort of "polar opposites" look. When Hojo was in control, the match was faster paced and exciting. When Kelly took over, the tilt was more deliberate and sadistic. Kairi is all about athleticism and quality of her work. Kelly just wants to hurt people and get her jollies in their misery. The referee took a spill after getting caught in the crossfire. Kairi hit her vaunted "Diving Elbow Drop" on Kelly and had her covered for an eternity. Sakura finally tried to interfere with a steel chair, but Kairi hit an "Enziguiri" that knocked the chair out of Sakura's hands and into the ring. Kairi picked the chair up and the fans beckoned her to blast Kelly with it, but she relented and threw the chair down, ever the beacon of sportsmanship. The referee was coming to and Kelly, seeing her opportunity, threw the chair to Kairi and flung herself back to the mat. Kairi caught the chair just as the referee looked up. Seeing what she thought was the aftermath of a chair shot by Hojo, the referee rang the bell.
Winner = Priscilla Kelly by disqualification in 22:16
Hojo was beside herself as the fans voiced their disapproval. She tried to explain the deception to the referee, but her pleas fell on deaf ears.
Miceli: "Are you kidding me, ref?! Kairi just got jobbed!"
Young: "What a crock! Kairi Hojo just had that match stolen from her!"
Santos: "Priscilla Kelly went the old Eddy Guerrero route of lying, cheating, and stealing that win! Now, she's back in the driver's seat as number one contender!"
Miceli: "Kairi hit that elbow and the match was over! Wow! What a way to lose without actually losing! Fans, unfortunately we're out of time for this week. Please join us again next Thursday on TNT for more Femme Fatales! For Renee Young and Melissa Santos, I'm Madusa Miceli! Keep on rockin' and rollin'!"
