Before the normal program intro aired, the scene opened to Manami Toyota on her cell phone.
Manami Toyota: "Yes. Yes. I understand. Thank you very much. See you soon."
Manami then hung up and walked off with a concerned look on her face.
Madusa Miceli: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest hour on television, Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa Miceli. With me are my fine mamacitas, Renee Young and Melissa Santos! Girls, we've got a huge night lined up!"
Renee Young: "Yes, ma'am! As we saw last week, AJ Lee challenged 'International Bad Girls Club' to a six-woman tag team match tonight!"
Melissa Santos: "Also, 'The Four Horsewomen' will make their triumphant return to the program, as we'll see Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch take on Taya and Sexy Star in what should be a heated confrontation!"
Miceli: "And, we'll see Hikaru Shida and Syuri get their final rematch against 'Foreign Exchange' for the Tag Titles in the main event! Let's go to the ring for six-woman action!"
Match One ~ "The Asylum"--AJ Lee, "Crazy" Mary Dobson, & Ruby Riot vs. "International Bad Girls Club"--Tenille Averil, Toni Storm, & Amber Nova
This was a great match-up in terms of in-ring action, but it took a weird turn from the opening bell. AJ Lee was going to start the match for her team, but immediately got tagged out by Dobson. Lee did not get involved in the match until the very end, as Dobson and Riot tagged each other in and out the entire time. The commentators continued to speculate on the issue at hand. Lee finally got tagged in almost accidentally, as Riot looked to be going for Dobson, but was tripped by Nova and fell into Lee. AJ came in like a house of fire. The crowd was on its feet as she nailed all three opponents. She then locked in "Black Widow" on Nova, who was writhing in agony. Suddenly, both Dobson and Riot came in and blasted Lee from behind, then began to berate her in the ring. They hit a "Spike Piledriver" on her and left her laying. Dobson and Riot then spat at AJ and left the ring. Tenille ran in and made a cover, demanding the referee count the fall.

Miceli: "What the heck are we seeing here?! Mary Dobson and Ruby Riot just turned on AJ Lee when she had the match won!"
Young: "I know this group has been mentally unstable, but this defies all logic!"
Santos: "AJ brought them into the company last year and they've been best friends for such a long time! I just don't get it!"
Miceli: "Laura Cruz is backstage trying to get a word with them. Let's cut away."
Cruz did catch up with Dobson and Riot backstage.
Laura Cruz: "Mary! Ruby! What's going on?! Why did you just attack AJ Lee without provocation?!"
Ruby Riot: "Without provocation?! Have you watched how AJ treated us, since day one of us coming to this company?! She made every decision! She made challenges without consulting us! She committed us to matches without our consent! We're tired of it!"
Mary Dobson: "AJ has always made us take a backseat to her! Well, that ends tonight! The inmates are taking back 'The Asylum!' AJ Lee is finished!"
The two then stormed off.
Cruz: "Back to you, Madusa."
Miceli: "Wow! We had no idea there was ever any trouble brewing. What a shocking turn of events! Fans, we have to take a break. When we return, we'll see 'The Horsewomen' take on 'Lucha Royalty!' Stick around!"
Miceli: "We're back! We're still trying to process what we saw in our first match. AJ Lee was helped to the back by trainers, but she took off out of the training room in a blind rage. She's looking for Dobson and Riot. When she finds them, all hell might break loose!"
The scene shifted to backstage, where AJ Lee was stomping through the locker room area, screaming at the top of her lungs. She spotted Mary Dobson and Ruby Riot and charged them, hitting a "Crossbody Press" that took them both down. She began to pound on both of them. They struck back, but before any further damage could be done, Security rushed in along with several wrestlers to break up the melee.
Miceli: "Whoa! This situation has turned ugly fast! We'll keep our eyes on it, but let's go to the ring for our next match!"
Match Two ~ "The Four Horsewomen"--Charlotte Flair & Becky Lynch vs. "Realeza Lucha (Lucha Royalty)"--Taya & Sexy Star
As Taya and Sexy were coming to the ring, it sounded like Taya was insinuating that Flair and company might be behind the recent attacks and unmasking of Sexy Star. This seemed to get the Latina's blood boiling. This was a great back-and-forth match. Flair and Lynch are a well-oiled machine, but so are Taya and Sexy, who have teamed together for years. In the end, the match had broken down to a four-way brawl. Becky and Star were in the ring, while Charlotte and Taya fought on the apron. Lynch hit a middle-rope "Legdrop" on Star and made the cover. Sexy put her foot on the bottom rope at the on-count, but the referee did not see it from her vantage point. As Taya and Flair were fighting on the apron, Taya kicked Sexy's leg off the rope. The assumption is that this was inadvertent. Either way, it cost them the match, as the referee continued to count without realizing Sexy ever had her leg on the rope in the first place.
Winners = "The Four Horsewomen" by pinfall in 15:02
Miceli: "What a tough break for Taya and Sexy Star! Taya accidentally kicked her partner's leg off the bottom rope and cost them the pin!"
Young: "Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time!"
Santos: "Taya was caught up with Charlotte, and I guess she didn't even realize what she did!"
Taya and Sexy looked shocked in the ring, as Sexy tried to explain that she had her foot on the rope.
Miceli: "Fans, we'll take another break as they try to sort this mess out in the ring. When we come back, we'll have our Tag Team Championship main event!"
Miceli: "We're back! Let's go to the ring! It's main event time!"
Match Three ~ NWA: Femme Fatales Tag Team Championship ~ "Foreign Exchange"--Nicole Zhao & Tay Melo with Julia "WillKilla" Ho vs. "Joshi Mafia"--Hikaru Shida & Syuri with "The Boss" Manami Toyota
Shida and Syuri fought like this was their last opportunity at the titles, because it was. They were furious in their pursuit. The champions were up to the task, however. The end came down to a well-paced bit of timing. Melo had Syuri on the top rope and set up for a "Hurricanrana." She hit it, but Shida, who had dispatched Zhao out of the ring, caught her partner in mid-air and executed a "Sitout Powerbomb" that dropped Syuri onto Melo (who on on the mat after completing her move).

Miceli: "They've regained the titles! What a finish!"
Just then, the lights went out. Then, this video played on the tron:
The lights came back up and Shida and Syuri were down on the mat. Then, this entrance video aired:
Which brought out Women's Champion Priscilla Kelly alone, at first.
She was soon followed by Bray Wyatt and the rest of "The New Face of Fear." The remaining members of "Joshi Mafia" hit the ring and tried to fight off the large men they were opposed against, but the numbers game got the best of them and they were tossed to the wayside by Wyatt, Strowman, Rowan, and Kelly. The entire "Richards Collective" group hit the ring, with Jordan Richards walking behind. He stopped and high-fived Manami Toyota as a massive brawl ensued in the ring and at ringside.
Miceli: "We've never seen anything like this on our program! This is awesome!"
Eventually, the combination of "Joshi Mafia" and "The Richards Collective" drove "The New Face of Fear" back. Jordan Richards took a microphone.
Jordan Richards: "Bray Wyatt, we had a feeling you'd show up! So, when my favorite women's wrestler of time, Ms. Toyota here, called me today, I had no problem bringing in reinforcements! Bray, understand this! I don't care if you think you're a god or not! You don't run a dang thing around here. I do! Next week, on this program, I want you here with Priscilla Kelly, because you two will be taking on Io Shirai and Brock Lesnar!"
Miceli: "O...M...G! I can't believe what I just heard! This is going to be epic!"
Young: "What a main event Jordan Richards just made for next week! An 'Intergender Tag Team' match for the ages!"
Santos: "My mind is blown right now!"
Miceli: "Fans, you've gotta join us right here on TNT next Thursday for that blockbuster match on Femme Fatales! We're out of time for this week. For Renee Young and Melissa Santos, I'm Madusa Miceli! Keep on rockin' and rollin'!"
The program went off the air with the scene of "Joshi Mafia" and "The Richards Collective" in the ring and "The New Face of Fear" at ringside seething.
