Fight 1: Royler Gracie vs Yuhi Sano
I'm not gonna suffer through this again, I've watched it in it's entirety 2 or 3 times (don't ask me how) and this is how it goes. Sano takes down Gracie and is on top of him...for like 20 minutes or so. Doing LITERALLY NOTHING. I mean no submission attempts, no strikes, no nothing, he's literally just on top of Royler and that's it...well this just kinda shows how meh the Gracies can be because even faced with this Royler still takes like 25 minutes before he does anything and attempts to finish the fight.
He starts kicking the shit out of Sano's face from the ground...Sano is so clueless about fighting he just keeps hovering over Royler on the ground and getting his faced kicked repeatedly...Royler eventually captures him in an armbar and submits him. The last 5 minutes are mildly entertaining...the first 25 minutes or so are crap, and Sano is pretty much helpless in there the whole time.
Fight 2: Akira Shoji vs Juan Mott
Mott I assume was a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu guy, but apparently not an especially good one. He was throwing some low kicks at Shoji in the beginning, but Shoji pretty quickly shoots in on him and gets a takedown. He eventually winds up getting his back, after a few shots to the side of his head he locks in a choke and gets the submission.
Fight 3: William Roosmalen vs Ralph White (Kickboxing Match)
Like the first Pride Event, this one has a Kickboxing match on the card. Again they're using the weird "Enter the Dragon" gloves again, but it's a Kickboxing match. Pretty fun fight here as Roosmalen turns out to be a pretty tough customer, to look at him early he doesn't look especially imposing as he's a little soft around the middle, but the guy can fight. I thought Roosmalen got the better of the 1st round he landed some heavy low kicks and heavy punches up top. White did some good work of his own, but Roosmalen did better. White does a bit better in the 2nd round and possibly gets the better of the action there, but he winds up limping back to his corner after more heavy low kicks from Roosmalen. Roosmalen starts clinching and kneeing the inside of White's legs too...very painful tactic. Ralph White really taking a beating as the fight goes on, it just keeps getting poured on and Roosmalen is standing in between rounds eyeballing him lol.
Round 4 sees White coming out of his corner on obviously sore legs, a knee to the body drops Ralph White and that's it!
Roosmalen wins via 4th Round KO with a left knee to the liver.
