William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. Joining me is my hall of fame partner, Michael Hayes! Michael, we are coming off a huge pay-per-view in the NWA's 'Great American Bash!' We did see NWA: Show Time involved in two very controversial matches. We'll recap those in a few moments."
Michael Hayes: "I always did love working the 'Great American Bash,' which was a month-long tour back in my day. But, I don't remember one where one group dominated the event quite like 'The Bullet Club' did on Sunday. This was the first event where we really saw the McMahon family plot begin to take global effect."
Regal: "Yes, and 'The Bullet Club' were in title match after title match, which comprised nearly every bout on the card. Concerning our promotion, though, the first contest of the night saw CM Punk defend the NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship against former champion Kevin Steen. Fortunately, Summer Rae was not sanctioned by the NWA to serve as a referee on this event. Alas, it did not matter, as the wild finish saw three different referees take part. Eventually, after interference from Kazuchika Okada and Raymond Rowe, Steen regained the championship. Punk tried like mad to kick out of the final pin attempt, but both of his legs were being held down by the aforementioned Okada and Rowe."
Hayes: "That was a sickening decision. Steen with the belt back around his waist quells whatever momentum we had begun to seize!"
Regal: "Indeed. 'The Bullet Club's' Adrian Neville came within an eyelash of winning the World Historic Middleweight Championship, but was thwarted by Prince Devitt, who has thus far spurned advances to return to the group that he started. Mio Shirai very nearly stole the NWA World Women's Championship from Heidi Lovelace. However, the referee witnessed the attempted interference and disqualified her. In the main event, our own Brock Lesnar defended the NWA World Championship against Kazuchika Okada, who was quite active on the night. This match was marred with interference as well. It appeared as though Okada had taken the 'ten pounds of gold,' but a second referee ran to the ring and informed the assigned official of the blatant rule breaking and restarted the match. Lesnar promptly 'F-5'ed' Okada into oblivion, but the McMahon family have already filed a protest with the NWA Board of Governors in an effort to gain a rematch for their charge."
Hayes: "I'm glad Brock kept the title, but I still can't believe that Kevin Steen walked out with our Heavyweight Championship."
Just then, "No Chance in Hell" blared to bring out the McMahon family, Commissioner Scott Hall, and "The Bullet Club."
Vince McMahon: "Well, well, well. Order has been restored to the world once again. Kevin Steen reigns supreme as the NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Champion. The only title we don't own is the Television Championship. We demand that Ricochet grant Adrian Neville a chance at the title tonight!"
Ricochet came out with Carmella and promptly accepted the challenge, looking to get a measure of revenge stemming from Neville's debut, when he attacked Ricochet. Commissioner Scott Hall quickly made the match official and designated Summer Rae the referee. Typically, this would be the part of the episode where CEO Jordan Richards would appear and add a second official to the match. However, he was conspicuous by his absence.
Match One ~ NWA: Show Time Television Championship ~ Ricochet with Carmella vs. "The Man That Gravity Forgot" Adrian Neville with the McMahon family, Commissioner Scott Hall, "Under Boss" Bad Luck Fale, & Yellow Barbie ~ Referee Summer Rae
Ricochet had the match well in hand from the opening bell. Neville did get some innovative offense in, but Ricochet countered everything. This was a phenomenal, fast-paced affair. Ricochet hit the "630 Senton Splash," but did not cover because Fale grabbed Carmella, holding her hostage. Triple H and Vince McMahon yelled to Ricochet to quit the match or his new companion would have bodily harm inflicted upon her. Ricochet relented and forfeited the match and the title. Referee Summer Rae was all too happy to ring the bell.
Winner and NEW NWA: Show Time Television Champion = Adrian Neville by forfeit in 9:13
Regal: "Seriously?!"
Hayes: "Are you kidding me?! They now have every single Show Time belt once again!"
Regal: "Fans, we have to go to commercial. Stay with us."
Regal: "We're back. In case you've just joined us, Ricochet was robbed of the Television Championship by 'The Bullet Club,' as you might imagine. He was forced to forfeit a match he had won when Bad Luck Fale took his valet Carmella hostage."
Hayes: "I guess he couldn't justify putting her in harm's way. I probably would have done the same thing."
Regal: "While I certainly cannot fault the man, it is a crying shame that 'The Bullet Club' has overtaken all of our championships once again. This thing is coming to a head. As we saw with the pay-per-view, the McMahon family is beginning to get a real show of solidarity from its various 'Bullet Club' members across the NWA. As much of a travesty as this was, what is even more inexplicable is the fact that our CEO is nowhere to be found."
Hayes: "Yeah, something's not right about that. He has fought to maintain some fairness and justice throughout this entire war. There's no way he'd just sit by and let this kind of cheating take place!"
Regal: "I agree, Michael. Although, I was just handed a note by our woman on the scene, Laura Cruz, which states that he has not been seen at NWA: Show Time corporate headquarters this week either."
Hayes: "Something's not right. This is bad!"
Regal: "Fans, let's go to the ring."
Match Two ~ BUSHI with Tetsuya Naito vs. Ritchie Steamboat
The trainee who has come back from a debilitating back injury looked great against the member of "Los Ingobernables." Still, BUSHI had the advantage throughout. He got caught in a "Small Package," however, and was stunned with the surprise pinfall.
Winner = Ritchie Steamboat by pinfall in 5:42
After the match, Steamboat celebrated with the crowd and his dad, hall of fame legend Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, one of the NWA: Show Time Trainers. At the same time, the Mexican contingent of "Los Ingobernables" stormed the ring and began to berate BUSHI and Naito. EVIL joined the proceedings in defense of his friends. Both groups were shouting at one another. Finally, Marco Corleone took a microphone.
Marco Corleone: "You Japanese guys are making us look bad! BUSHI got beat by a trainee! That is unacceptable! We've had enough! Next week, we challenge you to a six-man tag! The winners stay in Show Time as 'Los Ingobernables,' and the losers pack up and head back home!"
Tetsuya Naito: "We accept!"
Regal: "Oh my! Just like that and we have a civil war on our hands between the Mexican and Japanese delegations of 'Los Ingobernables!'"
Hayes: "They need to be working together with the rest of the roster to get rid of 'The Bullet Club,' not fighting among themselves!"
Regal: "I agree, sir. We have to show some solidarity if we're to defeat these rogues once and for all! Fans, we need to take another break. back in a moment."
Regal: "We're back, and it's time for the main event, which will feature, members of 'The Bullet CLub.' Still conspicuous by his absence is Jordan Richards. I have not seen any member of 'The Richards Collective' in the building today wither."
Hayes: "I was thinking the same thing. Today, at catering, they were nowhere to be found."
Regal: "Very odd. I'm wondering if McMahon and company have something to do with it. Let's go to the ring."
Match Three ~ "The Bullet Club"--"Guerillas of Destiny"--Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa, and Adam Cole with the McMahon family, Commissioner Scott Hall, "Under Boss" Bad Luck Fale, Maria Kanellis, & Yellow Barbie vs. "Priest of Punishment" Mikael Judas, "Ticking Time Bomb" Jason Justice, & Dean Ambrose ~ Referee Summer Rae
With no check in place for Referee Summer Rae, this match was laughable at best. She performed her typical slow count/fast count, depending upon who was going for a pin. It got to a point where Judas, Justice, and Ambrose quit going for pinfalls and instead opted simply to inflict more punishment on their foes. Ultimately, Referee Rae's bias earned "The Bullet Club" a victory, as she fast-counted Ambrose while Cole had a wad of his blue jeans in hand right in front of Rae's eyes.
Winners = "The Bullet Club" by pinfall in 13:54
After the match, "BC" cleared their locker room and commenced to beating on the heroes.
Regal: "This is unbearable!"
Hayes: "It's ridiculous!"
As "The Bullet Club" stood triumphant in the midst of their carnage, Vince McMahon demanded that "SoCal" Val come to the ring and interview him.
Valerie Wyndham: "Mr. McMahon, you called me in here. What do you have to say?"
McMahon: "I just wanted to bask in the glory of this scene, and I needed someone to hold the microphone for me."
Wyndham: "Seriously?! I'm out of here!"
McMahon: "Aw, come on now! All right. All right. You can ask me one question."
Wyndham: "Okay then. Did you have anything to do with the disappearance of Jordan Richards and 'The Richards Collective?!'"
McMahon: "Well, it's interesting that you chose to ask that question. A little birdy told me that they all met with an untimely accident after the 'Great American Bash.' I was also informed that they all are at a secure location."
Wyndham: "So, did 'The Bullet Club' take them out?!"
McMahon: "I said one question, my dear! Now, get out of MY ring!"
Regal: "I knew something wasn't right about this whole thing!"
Hayes: "Yeah, and that smug son of a...you know what...Vince McMahon all but admitted that they have 'The Richards Collective' held captive somewhere! We gotta call the cops or something!"
Regal: "Fans, we certainly must get to the bottom of this, and even involve the proper authorities, if need be. We're out of time on the broadcast. Please join us next Tuesday on TBS for more of the Show Time Power Hour and a hopeful resolution to this issue. For Michael Hayes, I'm William Regal. Good night, everyone."
Hayes: "It's like a Liam Neeson movie around here!"
