William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me is hall of famer and resident loudmouth, Michael Hayes!"
Michael Hayes: "Hey, I resemble that remark!"
Regal: "Michael, we have a superb episode planned for today."
Just then, Kurt Angle's music hit to bring out the former Olympian.
Kurt Angle: "Ricochet, get your freakin' tail out here!"
Ricochet came to ringside with new valet Carmella by his side.
Ricochet: "What can I do for you, old man? My time is valuable."
Angle: "You have to ask?! I want answers, punk! You left us high and dry a couple of weeks ago and you haven't been seen since then. Now, you're showing up with this broad on your arm?! What's the deal?! You never leave a teammate hanging! You cost us the match!"
Ricochet: "That match meant nothing to me in the first place. The only thing I'm concerned about is this Television Championship."
Angle: "From the looks of things, I'd say you're concerned about your libido. Is that woman worth betraying your partners over?!"
Ricochet: "Number one, look at her. Of course she is. Number two, we were only partners for one match. You and I aren't friends. We never will be. You're too old for me to hang out with. it would be like taking my grandpa to the mall!"
Angle: "I'm too old?! Get your backside in the ring and I'll show you what this 'old man' can do!"
Ricochet: "You're challenging me?! That's laughable. It's your funeral, pops! Whatever!"
Angle: "If this is going to be such an easy match, why don't you put that TV Title on the line, just to make it interesting?!"
Ricochet: "Like I said, whatever. Get a ref out here and ring the bell!"
Regal: "Oh my! An impromptu title match!"
Hayes: "Right here and right now! And, with the hottest kid on the market to boot!"
Match One ~ NWA: Show Time Television Championship ~ "The Future of Flight" Ricochet with Carmella vs. "Olympic Hero" Kurt Angle
Ricochet got over early with his high-flying, innovative offense. Once Angle got his hands on him, he grounded the champion with his grappling acumen. The match went back and forth for several minutes. Angle had the "Ankle Lock" cinched in and Ricochet was close to tapping out. Ricochet finally reversed and rolled through, sending Angle into the ropes. Carmella nailed Angle right in the forehead with what looked like an aerosol can (hair spray?) as he hit the ropes. The referee never saw it. Ricochet rolled him up for an easy "School Boy" pinfall.
Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Television Champion = Ricochet by pinfall in 19:14
Regal: "Well then, Carmella is paying dividends for Ricochet straight away!"
Hayes: "Yes sir! She clocked Angle right in the noggin!"
Regal: "Indeed! Fans, we'll be back for our next match right after this!"
Regal: "We are back! Before we go to the ring, our resident woman on the scene, Laura Cruz, has a word."
Laura Cruz: "I'm 'Locker Room Lovely' Laura Cruz, here with a reminder about the next huge NWA pay-per-view, 'The Great American Bash!' This event will take place on Sunday, July 19. This event will emanate from the Lone Star State of Texas. The historic Cotton Bowl will set the scene for a hot event! Every NWA World Championship will be on the line, along with several promotion-specific matches. Please contact your local cable or satellite provider for this event, which is already sold out! Our own Brock Lesnar will defend the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event! Stay tuned for more info next week! Until then, I'm 'Locker Room Lovely' Laura Cruz, and that's the scoop!"
Regal: "What an event that should be!"
Hayes: "I've been in several 'GAB's!' It's one of the greatest events I've ever been a part of! To have this one in Texas, where I raised quite a bit of heck, will be special as well!"
Regal: "I always enjoyed taking part in the 'Great American Bash!' I look forward to attending this one! Let's go back to the ring!"
Match Two ~ "Priest of Punishment" Mikael Judas vs. Adam Cole with Commissioner Scott Hall, the McMahon family, Maria Kanellis, & Yellow Barbie
Cole spent more time running from his opponent than actually wrestling him, especially at the beginning. Judas dominated the first five-six minutes. Cole finally got the upper hand thanks to some timely interference from Triple H, who tripped Judas behind the referee's back. Cole took over for most of the remainder of the bout. He hit the "Florida Key," but Judas kicked out. Judas made his comeback and hit a "Chokeslam." He went for the cover, but Triple H pulled him out of the ring, causing the immediate disqualification.
Winner = Mikael Judas by disqualification in 14:02
Regal: "What a match, though it was marred by the constant outside interference that seems to accompany every 'Bullet Club' match!"
Hayes: "It kills every finish is what it does! I hate it!"
Judas pointed at Triple H, as the former World Champion backed away and begged off. Just then, Jordan Richards' music hit to bring out the CEO, with Eve Torres en tow.
Jordan Richards: "So, it looks like Triple H is just itching to get back in the ring. He can't keep his hands to himself, huh?! well, I have a proposition. Since Triple H has shown some particular interest in Mikael Judas' match, why don't we have the two of them fight it out?!"
Triple H: "I'm retired, Richards! Besides, I have nothing to prove to this guy! I'm 'The Game!' I'm a fourteen-time World Champion!"
Mikael Judas took the microphone from Jordan Richards.
Mikael Judas: "I guess you are retired after the beating that CM Punk put on you! All I see is a coward, hiding behind his family and his hired hit men. I see a man who is a shell of his former glory. It's just as well. I'd probably break your hip. I choose not to inflict torture on the geriatric population."
Triple H: "What did you say?! Are you calling me old?! I'd beat you half to death if I was in the ring with you!"
Richards: "Why don't you put your money where your mouth is, or are you the old coward that Mikael says you are, hiding behind your wife's skirt?!"
Triple H: "I'm no coward! I'm 'The Game!' You're on!"
Richards: "Well, as I see it, there's no time like the present!"
Triple H: "You mean now?!"
Richards: "Unless you're having second thoughts..."
Triple H: "All right. Give me a minute!" (deliberates with his camp)
Triple H: "I want a 'Street Fight!'"
Judas: "Bring it on!"
Regal: "Triple H is getting back in the ring, with Mikael Judas, no less!"
Hayes: "I never thought I'd see Triple H in another one-on-one match again! Let's get it!"
Match Three ~ "Street Fight" ~ "The Game" Triple H with Commissioner Scott Hall, the McMahon family, Adam Cole, Maria Kanellis, & Yellow Barbie vs. "Priest of Punishment" Mikael Judas
"The Richards Collective" joined Judas at ringside to even the sides. This broke down into a war of mythic proportions. Triple H and Judas fought tooth and nail all over the arena, as Richards' men kept "The Bullet Club" at bay. Judas finally finished the deal after "El Crucifejo" onto the steel ring steps, which he had placed inside the ring.
Winner = Mikael Judas by pinfall in 16:33
Regal: "Oh my! What a fantastically brutal encounter!"
Hayes: "Just like the old 'Badstreet' matches we used to have with the Von Erichs!"
Regal: "And, it's not over yet!"
The action broke down with the locker rooms clearing in a turf war to end the program.
Regal: "Fans, we'll keep the cameras rolling as long as we can! Please join us on TBS next Tuesday for more of the Show Time Power Hour! For Michael Hayes, I'm William Regal, saying, ta ta for now!"
Hayes: "Oh Lord! Did you see that, Billy boy?!"
