"Femme Fatales" TV Taping Number 25 (Week 49)

Madusa Miceli: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest hour on television, Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa Miceli. With me are Renee Young and Melissa Santos, the dynamic duo! Ladies, we have a powerful episode lined up this week!"

Renee Young: "That's right! Makoto, who just regained the Bantamweight Championship last week, will challenge for the Television Championship this week!"

Melissa Santos: "Also on the program, Noelle Foley and Ariel Toombs will settle their differences inside the ring!"

Miceli: "That's not all! 'Joshi Mafia' has challenged NWA: HAWK's 'Joshi Princess' for the Bantamweight Tag Team Championship, which has been accepted! We have no time to waste, so let's get it started!"

Match One ~ Noelle Foley vs. Ariel Toombs

Foley came out in her dad's signature flannel shirt:

Toombs was all business and sprinted to the ring. She immediately took Foley down before the bell rang. Toombs showed her father's fiery temper as she went to work on the daughter of Cactus Jack. Foley dumped Toombs out of the ring and took the fight to the floor. Hitting her dad's patented "Diving Elbow" from the apron to the floor. Toombs rallied back and locked in a "Sleeper Hold." Foley was fading fast when this young lady appeared out of nowhere:

and cold-cocked Toombs from behind, causing the disqualification.

Winner = Ariel Toombs by disqualification in 6:44

Alexa Bliss and Noelle Foley double-teamed Toombs mercilessly until her brother Colton came to the rescue. Bliss and Foley backed away from the ring smiling.

Miceli: "Alexa Bliss has made another surprise appearance, which is becoming a regular thing from her! She and Noelle Foley laid the wood to Ariel Toombs. Noelle may have lost the battle, but it looks like she may be winning the war!"

Young: "Colton came to his sister's rescue, but she looks much the worse for wear."

Santos: "They certainly did a number on her!"

Miceli: "We'll be right back!"

Miceli: "Fans, we're back. Amanda Rodriguez is standing by with 'Joshi Mafia's' Awesome Kong."

Amanda Rodriguez: "Awesome Kong is with me as the spokeswoman for 'Joshi Mafia.' Kong, your group is taking on Rabbit Miu and Tsukushi for the Bantamweight tag team Championship tonight, in the hopes of bringing the titles back to NWA: Femme Fatales. Now, your group, especially Io Shirai, is very close to these two and their partner Syuri. Why have you challenged them?"

Awesome Kong: "They owe us one."

Rodriguez: "what do you mean?"

Kong: "We're responsible for them winning the belts in the first place. they came to us looking for training before the tournament. We got them ready. Do you think we did that for free? Now, it's time for us to collect on that debt."

Rodriguez: "Now, we know that 'The Boss' Manami Toyota signed the contract on behalf of the group. Can you tell us which two ladies will be making the challenge?"

Kong: "'Thunder Rock'--Io and Mayu!"

Rodriguez: "Io was a member of 'Joshi Princess' before signing with Femme Fatales! Aren't you putting her in a compromising position, going against her good friends?"

Kong: "Io asked for the match. She knows what's she's doing."

Rodriguez: "There you have it. Back to you, Madusa."

Miceli: "Wow! That's a little shocking that Io would ask for this match against the very team she was a part of before coming to our company! It's time for the Television Championship match!"

Match Two ~ NWA: Femme Fatales Television Championship ~ "Lady Destroyer" Hiroyo Matsumoto vs. Makoto (Bantamweight Champion)

Makoto took the Bantamweight Championship back from Mastumoto's fellow "Seven Star Sister" Misaki Ohata last week. Hiroyo demanded retribution and was goaded into defending the Television Championship on social media by Makoto over the last week. Matsumoto took the fight to Makoto, who was up to the task. The referee (Nikkon Lee) was knocked down during a critical point. Ohata helped Matsumoto double-team Makoto while the referee was down. Several members of the bantamweight division (Miyako Matsumoto, Natsumi Maki, Hiromi Mimura, and Saori Anou) came to the defense of Makoto. They ran Ohata off, while Maki dropped Matsumoto with a "Missile Dropkick." This allowed Makoto to recover and hit the "Arabesque" for the pin as Referee Lee got to her feet in time to see the pin attempt.

Winner and NEW NWA: Femme Fatales Television Champion = Makoto by pinfall in 11:52

Makoto rejoiced with her friends as Matsumoto looked on in shock.

Miceli: "Makoto is on fire! She's a double champion two weeks apart!"

Young: "What an accomplishment and what a wrestler!"

Santos: "Makoto has become a major player in short order!"

Miceli: "Oh my goodness! We've got to take a break. When we return, the main event will go down!"

Miceli: "We're back from the break and it's time to get our main event underway!"

Match Three ~ NWA: Femme Fatales Bantamweight Tag Team Championship ~ "Joshi Princess"--Rabbit Miu and Tsukushi with Syuri vs. "Thunder Rock"--Io Shirai & Mayu Iwatani with "The Boss" Manami Toyota

This was a fantastic tag team match. "Thunder Rock" held the advantage throughout, but Miu and Tsukushi fought valiantly, thwarting every opportunity Shirai and Iwatani seemed to get for victory. The end came controversially. Senior Official Carly Rae was caught in an argument with Mayu, who refused to leave the ring. Toyota grabbed a steel chair and whacked Syuri in the head before knocking Tsukushi off the apron. Miu had the advantage over Shirai inside the ring. She went to bounce off the ropes, when she was struck in the back by Toyota and the chair. Io dropped Miu with a "DDT," then scaled the ropes and hit her vaunted "Moonsault." Mayu disengaged Referee Rae in time for the pin.

Miceli: "I don't like the way they did it, but 'Joshi Mafia' has brought the belts back to our company!"

Young: "I can't believe Io would allow her friends to be cheated like that!"

Santos: "I guess she proved where her allegiance lies."

After the match, Io leaned over Tsukushi and Miu and uttered, "Tafubureiku wa, kodomo-tachi ga! Kore wa ōmakana bijinesudesu (Tough break, kids! This is a rough business)!"

Miceli: "Wow! That was some cold-hearted stuff! Fans, as 'Joshi Mafia' celebrates their title victory, we are running out of time. Join us again next Thursday for more Femme Fatales on TNT! For Renee Young and Melissa Santos, I'm Madusa Miceli! Keep on rockin' and rollin'!"
