Madusa Miceli: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest hour on television, Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa Miceli. With me are Renee Young and Melissa Santos! Girls, it's warming up around here, and I'm not talking about the weather!"
Renee Young: "The action is more and more intense by the week! Between the attempted takeover by 'The Bullet Club,' to the new war that has developed between 'Joshi Mafia,' The Pirate Princess, and Yuki Miyazaki, this place has become a hotbed in short order!"
Melissa Santos: "Not to mention that we boast the greatest roster of female wrestling talent anywhere in the world! That all makes for pure excitement each and every Thursday!"
Miceli: "Yes it does! This week will be no different. We know that the Bantamweight and Television Titles will be on the line this week in a tag tam match! It's quite the unique situation! Who knows what other surprises we may have in store?!"
Just then, Deputy Commissioner Fuka Kakimoto came storming out to the ring with a microphone.
Miceli: "What's going on here?!"
Fuka Kakimoto: "Yuzuki Aikawa, get out here now!"
Commissioner Aikawa came out to ringside with a confused look on her face.
Kakimoto: "Don't play coy! You know what is going on! You are a traitor!"
Yuzuki Aikawa: "What are you talking about?! I have betrayed no one!"
Kakimoto: "Well, what about this?!" Kakimoto pointed to the jumbo-tron, which showed this image:
Kakimoto: "You posted this to your Instagram account last night! You're a traitor! I demand you step down as Commissioner now!"
Aikawa: "I did not post that! My account was hacked!"
Kakimoto: "Yeah, right! You are in 'The Bullet Club!' You will not do what Scott Hall did! I demand you step down!"
Aikawa: "I will not step down! I am not in 'The Bullet Club!'"
Kakimoto got in Aikawa's face and they nearly came to blows. Just then, owner and CEO Jordan Richards' music hit to bring him out for a rare appearance on the all-women's program.
Miceli: "Uh oh! Crap just got real!"
Jordan Richards: "Ladies, calm down! This will not get ugly right now! Yuzuki, Fuka called me last night and directed me to your Instagram page. I have seen this photo. It's a strong accusation that Fuka is making. There is some doubt as to whether or not this is you, but I find it odd that you have not gotten our IT professionals involved in finding out where this supposed hack came from."
Aikawa: "That was my next step. I took the photo down when I saw it this morning. I promise that I am not in 'The Bullet Club!'"
Richards: "Regardless, we have a problem. Because of this, Fuka has no trust in you. I cannot have my Commissioners at odds. So, I am making a decision. I cannot have tumult at the top of this roster. Therefore, I have hired a General Manager to maintain balance around here. This person has experience as a General Manager already, so I am confident that she will run Femme Fatales with no issues."
Kakimoto: "Who said I need a boss?! We ran Femme Fatales just fine until Yuzuki betrayed us! Who is this General Manager anyway?!"
Richards: "Fuka, you clearly need a boss if you can't even trust your fellow Commissioner. As far as the identity of the General Manager, I'm pretty sure you know who this woman is."
Charlotte, NC, blew its lid for the second time this week when AJ Lee appeared alongside Jordan Richards.
Richards: "AJ, it seems your first order of business will be to clean up this little web of lies and deceit we seem to have here. I know you are well versed in webs, considering that you were a bit of a tarantula back in your day."
AJ Lee; "Yes. I suppose I was. Ladies, we are going to settle this right here...tonight...in the ring! Commissioner Yuzuki Aikawa will take on Deputy Commissioner Fuka Kakimoto. The winner is Commissioner. The loser will join the roster as an active wrestler!"
Kakimoto: "What?! We are both retired!"
Aikawa: "Why should I have to defend my job when I have done nothing wrong?!"
Lee: "Yuzuki, there has been a cloud of doubt cast after that photo surfaced. Fuka, I cannot have two high-ranking employees who do not share trust. You have made it crystal clear that you no longer believe in Yuzuki. But, you both are too valuable to the company to be dismissed. I want you both around, but only one will remain as a Commissioner. That is the deal. Take it or leave NWA: Femme Fatales of your own accord. There is no third option."
Kakimoto: "Fine! We'll fight!"
Aikawa: "So be it."
Lee: "Ladies, we'll see you again in the main event."
Richards and Lee left ringside.
Miceli: "Oh my! AJ Lee has come in and established herself as the alpha right off the bat!"
Young: "She is not here to play! She swung for the fences in her first act as General Manager!"
Santos: "AJ Lee was all business! She is going to nip this little problem in the bud!"
Miceli: "Fans, our first match will be a tag team feature that will determine BOTH the Bantamweight Championship and the Television Championship! Let's go to the ring!"
Match One ~ NWA: Femme Fatales Bantamweight Championship and Femme Fatales Television Championship ~ "Seven Star Sisters"--Misaki Ohata (Bantamweight Champion) & "Lady Destroyer" Hiroyo Matsumoto (Television Champion) vs. Makoto & Kaho Kobayashi
The rules for this match were simple: if either of the "Seven Star Sisters" lost a fall (pinfall or submission), she lost her championship to the lady who defeated her. Makoto went at both her opponents with great fury, as she is still seething over losing the Bantamweight Championship to Ohata and sustaining an injury in that match. Kobayashi is a hard-hitting star anyway, so the pace and style played to her strengths. "7SS" did not get where they are by being slouches. They more than held their own and eventually gained the upper hand on Kaho. Ohata and Matsumoto wore her down with precision, using multiple tags and keeping her in their corner. Kaho finally nailed Misaki with an "Enziguiri" that really rung her bell. She crawled over and made the tag to a fired-up Makoto. Makoto charged in and laid out both opponents with a barrage of kicks and punches. Makoto was showing her fighting spirit, landing running "Dropkicks" on "7SS" and taking them both down. She set up for "Arabesque" on Ohata. As she barreled out of the corner, Ohata pulled the referee (Ashley Massaro) in front of her. The referee took the full brunt of the blow, as Ohata escaped. A second referee (Candice Michelle) came down to check on Referee Massaro. Meanwhile, Makoto caught Ohata in a "Small Package." Referee Michelle counted the pinfall.
Winners = Makoto & Kaho Kobayashi by pinfall in 10:13; Makoto wins the Bantamweight Championship
As Referee Michelle was awarding the championship belt to Makoto, Referee Massaro came over and took the belt. She stated that Makoto and Kobayashi did indeed win the match, albeit by disqualification when Ohata pulled Referee Massaro into harm's way. This, of course, kept the Bantamweight Championship with Ohata.
Winners = Makoto & Kaho Kobayashi by disqualification in 10:13 ("Seven Star Sisters" retain their championships)
Makoto was distressed and incensed at the same time. The championship was in her grasp, but it slipped away on a technicality.
Miceli: "So, we have a bit of controversy surrounding the first match. Ohata and Matsumoto escaped with their titles intact, but only by the skin of their teeth!"
Young: "We should be celebrating Makoto becoming the first two-time Bantamweight Champion. Instead, she's left with nothing!"
Santos: "She deserves a one-on-one title match, if you ask me!"
Miceli: "Fans, we have to take a break. We'll be back in just a bit!"
Miceli: "We're back and it's time for a 'Battle Royal' to determine the number one contenders to the Tag team Championship! If one member of a team is thrown over the top rope, both members are eliminated from the match. Let's do it!"
Match Two ~ "Battle Royal" to determine the number one contenders to the NWA: Femme Fatales Tag Team Championship ~ "The Apocalypse"--"Death Machine" Jessicka Havok & "Barbed Wire Beauty" LuFisto vs. "The Glampires"--Paige & Tracy Wayne vs. "Malietoas"--Savelina & Lei'D Tapa vs. "Queen Kongs"--Aja & Awesome Kong vs. "The Dollhouse"--Brooke Adams & Santana Garrett vs. "Oiran"--Yuna Manase & Mizuho vs. "Belleza Escondida"--Shani & La Hiedra vs. "Mala Chicas Culo"--Ayako Hamada & Ivelisse Velez vs. "Kunoichi Blade"--"Chimei-tekina Hana" Black Lotus & "Kirā Kabuki" Sakura vs. "The Jumonji Sisters"--Sachiko & Chisako vs. Starfire & Mystique vs. The Pirate Princess & Yuki Miyazaki vs. Jaycee 1 & 2
There was a log jam at first, as every participants was in the ring to begin the action. Twenty-six ladies in a 20X20 ring is a tight squeeze. The field thinned fairly quickly, as Aja Kong "Clotheslined" Jaycee 1 over the top. Savelina "Gorilla Press Slammed" Mizuho out two minutes later. It took a few minutes before another team was eliminated. it turned out to be Starfire and Mystique, when Starfire was knocked off the top rope and to the floor by Sakura. Tracy Wayne ate a "Yakuza Kick" from Jessicka Havok that sent her flying over the top. Shani and Ivelisse eliminated each other after Ivelisse hit a "Thesz Press" that sent them both toppling over the top rope. The Pirate Princess and Yuki Miyazaki hit a "Double Dropkick" that launched Black Lotus over the top. She hung on and tried to "skin the cat," but Awesome Kong charged and nailed Lotus, sending her to the floor and the elimination. Brooke Adams was tussling with Savelina and had one of her legs over the top rope. She summoned Santana Garrett for help. Garrett came over, but hesitated. At that point, Stephanie McMahon and "Under Boss" Mio Shirai, from "The Bullet Club," came over and threw a "BC" shirt to Garrett. She smiled and choked Adams with the shirt. Then, in a wringing motion, she threw her over the top rope using the shirt as a slingshot. Garrett then began laying the boots to Adams on the floor as McMahon and Shirai applauded. Santana gave Steph and Mio the "too sweet" salute, then put on the shirt and walked away with them.
Miceli: "That's two separate members of 'The Dollhouse' who have defected to 'The Bullet Club!' I can't believe it!"
There was an interesting sequence that saw the three biggest teams: "The Apocalypse," "Queen Kongs," and Malietoas" battling it out in center ring. That went to a stalemate, as "The Jumonji Sisters" and the Pirate Princess/Miyazaki combo got involved. Tapa eventually got dumped by LuFisto and Havok. At the same time, Awesome Kong threw Chisako Jumonji out. Havok charged The Pirate Princess. Princess "lowbridged" the ropes, sending Havok crashing to the floor below. "Queen Kongs" and their newest rivals fought it out for a few minutes more before Aja and Awesome knocked Miyazaki cold with "Double Spinning Backfists." Awesome kept Princess at bay while Aja dumped Yuki over the top.
Winners and NEW number one contenders to the NWA: Femme Fatales Tag Team Championship = "Queen Kongs" in 15:23
Miceli: "The biggest team in our company just came out of the 'Battle Royal' and will look to get a shot at tag team gold. Fans, we've got to take a break. When we return, the Commissioners battle it out for their jobs!"
Miceli: "We're back! Our new General Manager AJ Lee has joined us at ringside and Jessica Rose is standing by with the introductions to our main event!"
Match Three ~ Winner retains her position/Loser joins the roster as a wrestler ~
Commissioner Yuzuki Aikawa
vs.
Deputy Commissioner Fuka Kakimoto
Aikawa was tentative at first. it was clear she was still a little shell-shocked. Fuka was fuming, so she went straight into action. Both women had accomplished in-ring careers in their own right, so this was a solid match-up, from a technical standpoint. The fans were a bit conflicted. Both Commissioners are popular figures. The crowd seemed to favor Commissioner Aikawa slightly, which seemed to agitate Kakimoto. The climax came when we saw the second appearance of Stephanie McMahon and "Under Boss" Mio Shirai. Stephanie gathered the attention of the referee (Nikkon Lee), while Mio attempted to assist Aikawa. The crowd began to moan, thinking there was something to the rumors of Aikawa's association with "The Bullet Club." This was dispelled when Yuzuki kicked Mio in the side of the head. GM AJ Lee then went after McMahon and chased her away from ringside for the second program this week (she also did so on the Show Time Power Hour). During the commotion, Manami Toyota ran to the ring, scooped up Aikawa, and planted her with the "Japanese Queen Been Bomb." Fuka made the cover as Toyota scooted away from ringside.
Winner = Fuka Kakimoto by pinfall in 11:38
Kakimoto celebrated with Toyota, making everyone suspect that she has some sort of alliance with "Joshi Mafia." GM Lee conferred with Referee Lee, telling her of Toyota's interference. Referee Lee restarted the match. Fuka went ballistic, berating Referee Lee in the corner. Aikawa came from behind and executed an "O'Connor Roll" for the pin.
Winner = Yuzuki Aikawa by pinfall in a total match time of 12:01
Miceli: "Aikawa did it! She's still our Commissioner!"
Young: "Justice prevailed after all!"
Santos: "Fuka and Toyota are furious! But, they appear to be leaving together. Has Fuka formed an alliance with 'Joshi Mafia?'"
Miceli: "That's the million-dollar question! Fans, what an hour! I can't believe it's already gone. But, we have to go. Join us next Thursday on TNT for more Femme Fatales! For Renee Young and Melissa Santos, I'm Madusa Miceli! Keep on rockin' and rollin'!"
The episode ended with GM AJ Lee raising Yuzuki Aikawa's hand in victory while Fuka Kakimoto and Manami Toyota lambasted them from the floor.
