Project Underground Vol.1
The Garage, Los Angeles, California
The Garage, Los Angeles, California
As the show opens the camera pans around the grungy and dilapidated warehouse that is The Garage. The ring has no outside ring apron and the mat is a dusty dark off yellow color from years of neglect, blood stains can be seen and screams can still be heard if one looks and listens closely. The ropes are red with black tape spiraled around them. The crowd is separated from the ringside area by rusted guardrails while the fans seating area consists of 3 rows of steel chairs followed by bleachers which surround the chairs, giving the arena a type of cock fighting feel. It's dark and smoky, there are big steel pillars crossing the ceiling, while the entrance way is an old stage with a small 4 step embankment down onto the aisle way. The entrance setup itself consists of chain linked fences strewn with Barbed Wire and an old 1973 Chevrolet Malibu sits rusted and door less on the right side of the stage, waiting, begging for it's moment to inflict more damage upon the world.
The fans are rabid and have been waiting for 3 hours for the carnival to begin, for this is a different sort of show. This is not for the weak of heart, it's not for women and small children. The fans have been promised bloodshed, they have been promised mayhem, they have been promised heart and they have been promised the souls of this impure world. This is the Underground, where the norm and rules do not apply. A place where taboo's are an after thought and where the evil dwell. The only rules: Don't lose! This is Project Underground....
Fight 1: Sekimoto vs Matt "Bulldozer" Tremont
The battle began as Tremont made his entrance, the Japanese Beast Sekimoto attacked Tremont on the stage. Slamming Tremont's head into the guardrail going down the stairs, Sekimoto smiles and watches his victim fall down the steps into the aisle way. Tremont is crawling away from Sekimoto but the Japanese Beast loves the thrill of the chase, he grabs a chair from a fan and then stalks his prey, waiting for the moment...Tremont goes to stand up and is met with a vicious chair shot to the back which sends him screaming in pain and crumbling onto the cold, dirty and desolate concrete floor. Sekimoto has a glaze over his eyes, he is possessed by carnage. Sekimoto grabs the head of Tremont and sinks his over sized teeth into the flesh of Tremont's forehead. The New Jersey native cries out in pain as the blood begins to the flow, Sekimoto then laughs and sprays the mist of blood towards the fans in the front row who seem mortified and enthralled all at once. Slowly crawling away from the beating, Tremont is attempting to get into the ring but Sekimoto just laughs as Matt Tremont can not get in on his own. Sekimoto gives a stiff kick to the ribs of Tremont and then rolls him into the ring. The Japanese Beast does not enter the ring though, he grabs a wrench and a roll of tape from under the ring and then climbs into the ring. Tremont tries to get on his feet in the corner but is met with a slap across the face then a vicious headbutt which sends blood spraying everywhere. Crumbling to the canvas at the feet of the giant Sekimoto, Tremont is now at the mercy of his abuser. Sekimoto stomps not once, not twice, but three times into the back of Tremont's head. He then grabs both of Tremont's arms and twists them behind his back where he proceeds to duct tape the stalky Tremont's hands and arms together. Tremont is screaming "Enough, Enough, Enough" but there is no mercy in The Garage and he knows that. What comes next shocks the crowd and sends shock waves through the Wrestling World as Sekimoto rolls Tremont over and proceeds to stick the wrench into Tremont's mouth so that it is sticking straight up....Sekimoto grabs a chair from outside the ring and then looms over the helpless Tremont, waiting, watching....wanting. Then with one swift swing of the chair Matt Tremont's world went dark and the winner was proclaimed to be the Japanese Beast....Sekimoto!
Winner: Sekimoto via TKO
The carnival is just beginning......
