William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. Alongside me is my co-host, Renee Young. Renee, we are still floored by what transpired last week, when Claudio Castagnoli joined 'The Bullet Club!'"
Renee Young: "William, I still cannot fathom it! It makes no sense! He is a Show Time stalwart, one of the first stars to sign with us after we opened for business. For him to betray us and go with the rogue group 'Bullet Club' is beyond me!"
Regal: "It boggles the mind. We will hear an explanation from Claudio later on in the program. But, we'll get this hour started with the first televised defense of the Mid-Atlantic Championship! Scarlett, let's go!"
Match One ~ NWA: Show Time Mid-Atlantic Championship ~ "Priest of Punishment" Mikael Judas vs. "Southern Savior" Jon Skyler with Truth Martini and the "Hoopla Hotties"--Shotzi Blakkhartt & Barbi Hayden
Judas owned this one. Skylar is tremendously talented and gave his best effort against the champion, but the size and strength of Judas was too much to combat. Skylar actually managed to take Judas off his feet and went for what appeared to be a "Moonsault" attempt. Judas quickly ran up behind Skylar and set him up for "El Crucifejo," tossing him all the way across the ring. Judas made the one-handed cover for the pin.
Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Mid-Atlantic Champion = Mikael Judas in 8:24
Regal: "Mikael Judas never ceases to impress. His sheer power is so intimidating!"
Young: "He has size. He has strength. He has the aura and presence that beats his opponent before the bell rings."
Regal: "That's right. He wins the psychological battle without saying a word. He doesn't talk much because he doesn't need to. Fans, we'll take a break. When we return, we'll have more exciting action!"
Regal: "We're back! It's now time..."
"If ya smellll, what The Rock, is cookin'!" blared to bring out The Rock, who was amped up.
The Rock: "The Rock has a bone to pick with someone here today! Last week, The Rock was electrifying the millions...and millions of his fans and was about to drop the 'People's Elbow' on Kurt Angle for the victory! All the sudden, Goldberg decided to stick his nose in The Rock's business and attack from behind! Well, Goldberg, you, my friend, sealed your fate when you messed with The Rock. Brock Lesnar has already taken you out once. It's time to take you out for good! So, without further adieu, let me introduce the owner, founder, and CEO of NWA: Show Time, 'The Show' Jordan Richards, to announce this company's match for 'SuperBrawl!'"
"Ladies and Gentlemen" by Saliva played to bring out Jordan Richards and the entire 'Richards Collective' to a chorus of boos.
Jordan Richards: "This Saturday, February 13th, the NWA proudly presents, 'SuperBrawl: St. Valentine's Massacre,' in the confines of Detroit, Michigan's Ford Field. NWA: Show Time will be represented by two separate matches. Brock Lesnar will defend the NWA World Heavyweight Championship against Raymond 'Death' Rowe, and the rest of 'The Richards Collective,' The Rock, Adam Cole, and 'The Varsity Boys,' will take on Goldberg, Kurt Angle, Jason Justice, and Mikael Judas in the first ever 'Road to Perdition' match, a 'no holds barred' affair, the likes of which no man has ever seen! The match starts in the backstage area. All eight men will fight for ten minutes. The next stage will begin in the ring, which will be surrounded by a barbed wire cage. After that fifteen-minute stage, the cage will be lifted and the ring will be surrounded by thumbtack-covered boards. The first team to put all four of its opponents through those boards will win the match. It's time for Goldberg and his buddies to meet their doom. 'The Richards Collective' will consider this our crowning achievement, when we take out the has been hero of NWA: Show Time!"
Bill Goldberg's music hit to bring out he and his three partners for the "SuperBrawl" match.
Goldberg: "All four of us were sitting in the back and heard your little announcement and we decided to come on out here. Do you think that, by putting us four together, you have done something to hurt us? We don't need to be friends. We don't need to like each other. We have a common enemy--you and your crew of lackeys!"
The Rock: "Let me tell you something, Bill! The Rock says that, at 'SuperBrawl,' we'll beat you and those other chumps once and for all!"
Goldberg: "Is that so? Well, if we're gonna be taken out for good come Saturday, then we better get some licks in tonight!"
Goldberg and his team mates stormed the ring and a brawl ensued.
Regal: "Oh my! It's a donneybrook out here!"
Young: "As the late, great Gordon Solie would say, 'It's a pier-six brawl!'"
Regal: "I don't know who is brave enough to try and break this one up."
Young: "I don't know if anyone CAN break it up!"
Regal: "We've got to go to commercial. Hopefully, we'll have things settled before we come back."
Regal: "Fans, we're back, but we're just getting things under control. That situation broke down in a hurry!"
Young: "The fans are still buzzing!"
Regal: "'So Cal' Val is backstage with Claudio Castagnoli. Val?"
Valerie Wyndham: "I'm here with Claudio Castagnoli, who shocked the world by joining 'The Bullet Club' last week. Claudio, can you explain your actions?"
Claudio Castagnoli: "Do I really need to explain this decision? It was all business. The financial backer has promised to throw cash at anyone who joins 'The Bullet Club.' It doesn't take a lot of thought to determine what to do."
Wyndham: "But, Claudio, you were a hero, an ambassador, for NWA: Show Time. How can you turn your back on the organization that gave you a job, a fresh start?"
Castagnaoli: "I turned MY back?! Val, you're talking about a company that I poured my blood, sweat, and tears for. Every time I had a match or a championship won, the owner of this company would make sure that I was screwed out of that opportunity! If anyone turned his back on NWA: Show Time, it's the man who founded it! Jordan Richards has stacked the deck against us from day one! I'm sick of it! If he wants a war, he's going to get one. But, this war is one he is not prepared for! 'The Bullet Club' is going to take his company away from him!"
Wyndham: "Can you tell me who this mysterious 'financial backer' is?"
Castagnoli: "You'll know when you need to know!"
The rest of "The Bullet Club" walked up, headed by Bad Luck Fale.
Bad Luck Fale: "You have taken up enough of Claudio's time. In fact, this company has wasted too much of his time. He's rolling with the big guns now! We're done here!"
With that, "The Bullet Club" walked away.
Regal: "I don't like where this is headed."
Young: "I'm wondering how far 'The Bullet Club' is prepared to go to push its agenda."
Regal: "That remains to be seen, sunshine. It's now time to go back to the ring for this special challenge match!"
Match Two ~ "The Bullet Club"--Bad Luck Fale, Tama Tonga, & Claudio Castagnoli with Yellow Barbie vs. "Aces High"--Bully Ray, D-Von, & Knox
This was a war from the beginning. "Aces High" sought retribution for their former friend Black Widow turning on them and becoming the first NWA: Show Time defector to join "The Bullet Club." Widow found herself in harm's way a couple of times, as Bully Ray attempted to corner her outside the ring, but she managed to escape injury. Widow did factor into the match's ending. She tripped D-Von, who turned around to admonish her. When he turned back around, he was met with a boot and a "Neutralizer" from Castagnoli for the win.
Winners = "The Bullet Club" by pinfall in 13:13
After the match, "BC" assaulted "Aces High." Kevin Steen and Dean Ambrose appeared on the entrance ramp.
Kevin Steen: "Claudio, I don't get what's going on with you, pal! You, me, and Dean came to this company at the same time. We became friends and we had each others' backs. So, you're going to walk away from that?! OK then. You've made your bed. Now, you're going to lie in it! Dean and I challenge you and one of your new friends to a tag match next week!"
Castagnoli was seen shouting, "You got it!"
Regal: "Well, it looks like some of our roster is beginning to take exception to the antics of 'The Bullet Club.'"
Young: "With good reason. If they take over, who knows what would happen?"
Regal: "As our broadcast colleague Madusa Miceli has noted, she and I were around when the 'nWo' took over WCW. It is not a pleasant place to work when the inmates run the asylum. We'll be back with more in just a moment."
Regal: "Fans, we now take you to Laura Cruz, with a quick word."
Laura Cruz: "I'm 'Locker Room Lovely' Laura Cruz, here with all the latest news from around the NWA. As 'SuperBrawl' quickly approaches, the last remaining tickets have been sold at Ford Field, creating and official sellout! The only other way to view this extravaganza is on pay-per-view. As you may not from the announcement by our CEO, violence is the word of the day at the big event. Every match will carry some sort of gruesome stipulation with, guaranteeing that we will see some barbaric action. I can tell you that the 'Road to Perdition' match is not the only innovation. I have it on good authority that NWA: DFW will unveil a new match type at "SuperBrawl" as well. Stay tuned for more details on the entire 'SuperBrawl' card in the next couple of days! Well folks, I'm all out of time. I'm Locker Room Lovely' Laura Cruz, and that's the scoop!"
Regal: "Thanks, Laura! Renee, I hope you like carnage, because it will be in plenteous supply this Saturday at 'SuperBrawl: St. Valentine's Massacre!'"
Young: "I'm ready! It's going to be an epic night of blood and broken bones!"
Regal: "Indeed. Let's go to the ring for our main event, as Adam Cole puts the Heavyweight Championship on the line!"
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship ~ Adam Cole with Maria Kanellis vs. "Ticking Time Bomb" Jason Justice (NWA: Show Time Television Champion)
This was a preview of some of the principles involved in 'SuperBrawl,' as Cole defended against the reigning TV Champ Justice. Justice controlled the action at first. Cole took over about ten minutes in and began to wear down the big man. Justice came roaring back to hit a "Psycho Slam" out of nowhere, but was too exhausted to make a cover. When he finally did, Cole kicked out at two. Cole hit the "Florida Key," but only gained a two-count himself. Cole then went for the high impact maneuver. He placed Justice on the top rope. Justice fought his way out of the predicament, knocking Cole off the ropes and to the canvas. Justice uncorked a "Flying Knee Drop" that flattened the champion. Before he could cover, 'The Richards Collective' hit the ring for the disqualification.
Winner = Jason Justice by disqualification (Cole retains the championship) in 15:38
Mikael Judas, Kurt Angle, and Goldberg hit the ring for the save. Judas hit "Clotheslines," Angle hit "Olympic Slams," and Goldberg hit "Spears" to send Richards' group packing. The heroes stood tall as the broadcast was going off the air.
Regal: "Fans, what a finish! I can't wait for Saturday! Please order 'SuperBrawl' on PPV! Call your cable or satellite provider right now! It will be 'must see!' Also, tune into Show Time Femme Fatales on TNT this Thursday! And, don't forget to join us right back here on TBS next Tuesday for the Show Time Power Hour! For Renee Young, I'm William Regal, saying, ta ta for now!"
