Madusa Miceli: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest sixty minutes of wrestling on television, Show Time Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa Miceli. With me are lovely Latina Melissa Santos and our new color analyst, Noel Harlow. We have an action-packed hour lined up tonight."
Melissa Santos: "It's time for the beauties of NWA: Show Time to show why we have the greatest roster of female talent in the world!"
Noel Harlow: "That's right, ladies! Our girls are hot in the ring and outside it too!"
Miceli: "Well, enough talking. Let's get to it! The Women's Television Championship is on the line to start us off!""
Match One ~ NWA: Show Time Women's Television Championship ~ Mika Nagano of "Joshi Mafia" vs. "Dark Angel" Sarah Stock
The MMA background of Nagano provided for a stark contrast with the Luch Libre style of Stock. This was a stiff affair. Nagano went for several submissions, but the cagey Stock was more than able to counter every one of them. Stock actually controlled the tempo and kept Mika off balance with her high-flying ways. Stock looked to have the championship won with "La Reienera," but Nagano kicked the referee and was disqualified.
Winner = Sarah Stock by disqualification in 11:23
Miceli: "Sarah had the match won, but Mika got herself DQ'ed to save the championship."
Santos: "That's the kind of underhanded tactics 'Joshi Mafia' is known for."
Harlow: "Something needs to be done to keep this from happening week after week!"
Miceli: "Maybe our Commissioners will come up with a solution to the problem. The bottom line is that 'Joshi Mafia' cannot be allowed to run rampant. Someone needs to step up and stop them!"
Santos: "Well, we have a roster of nearly 80 women who might be more than happy to make that happen. In fact, there are three of them who spoke to Chanel in the studio earlier today."
Harlow: "Let's take you to that interview with 'Divas of Destruction.'"
The scene cut to an empty WRAL Studios, with Chanel and the "Divas of Destruction" sitting at the interview area.
Chanel: "I'm here with Celeste Bonin, Seleziya Sparx, and Kahmora, the 'Divas of Destruction.' Ladies, you have made your presence felt in a major way over the last couple of weeks. What are your goals here in NWA: Show Time?"
Celeste Bonin: "We plan to dominate, pure and simple."
Seleziya Sparx: "And we plan to look good doing it."
Kahmora: "All the other women in this company want to be what we already are: beautiful and strong. No one can bring to the table exactly what we do."
Chanel: "You seem very confident."
Celeste: "We can back up anything we say here. We already have."
Seleziya: "That's right. Just ask 'The Dollhouse.'"
Chanel: "You teamed with O.D.B. in that match. Will we see you form an ongoing alliance with her?"
Kahmora: "It's obvious that there is strength in numbers. How many factions exist in Show Time already? We're not afraid of anyone or any team. But, we like O.D.B. and she might be the only chick as tough as us. We like her."
Celeste: "It would help if she was sober more often." (group laughs)
Chanel: "So, what's the next order of business for 'Divas of Destruction?'"
Seleziya: "More victories, more domination, and a longer trail of bodies."
Celeste: "Chanel, I think we're done here."
Chanel: "Yes, ma'am."
Miceli: "Those gals are toughness personified."
Harlow: "Yes indeed!"
Santos: "Beauty and brawn. I think we are ready to go back to the ring."
Match Two ~ "Broken Toys"--Allyson Wonderland & "Evil Angel" Shax with Ariel vs. "The Harem"--Jasmin Areebi & Jamilia Craft with Rima Fakih
The managers engaged in a cat fight right off the bat. The crowd ate it up as Ariel and Rima rolled on the floor outside the ring. Inside the ring, the action was just as entertaining. Areebi and Craft functioned well as a team. Shax and Wonderland were discombobulated at first, but got it together by the end. Wonderland hit the "Banna Alli Split" off the top rope for the victory.
Winners = "Broken Toys" by pinfall in 8:12
Miceli: "That was wild and woolly!"
Santos: "'Broken Toys' pulled out the victory, but they struggled doing it."
Harlow: "Yes they did. Those are strange birds. I guess that's why they call themselves 'broken.' That whole motley crew seems to fit together, though."
Miceli: "Ladies, I'm really getting amped up for the 'Queens of the Ring' tournament that will take place this weekend. Bank of America Stadium will be rocking come Friday and Saturday, as thirty-two teams will battle it out for a platinum trophy and $100,000.00. Earlier today, I spoke with the four legends teams that have entered this historic tournament. Here are those interviews."
Miceli: "I'm here with 'Team Bestie,' 'Jumping Bomb Angels,' 'Crush Gals,' and 'LayCool.' Ladies, you have all come out of retirement for 'Queens of the Ring.' Trish, what does this tournament mean to Amy and you?"
Trish Stratus: "For 'Team Bestie,' it's a chance to take part in something we never had the chance to in our heyday. There really were now female tag teams in the WWE, except for us. A thirty-two team tournament was an impossibility fifteen years ago. We had to be a part of this."
Miceli: "Michelle, same question for you and Layla."
Michelle McCool: "Madusa, we were the best team of our era. Sorry, girls, but it's true. Team 'LayCool' was untouchable. We're still just as good as we ever were. We'll prove it and become 'Queens of the Ring.' It will be one more trophy on our mantle."
Miceli: "I want to ask 'Jumping Bomb Angels' to rebut that statement."
(through an interpreter ~ NWA: Show Time Ladies Commissioner Yuzuki Aikawa) Itsuki Yamazaki: "'LayCool' can talk all they want. They never faced any of the other teams sitting here. We were all winning matches before those two ever thought about becoming wrestlers."
Miceli: "How do you think you will do in the tournament?"
Noriyo Tateno: "We plan to bring the magic back for two days. 'Jumping Bomb Angels' were the best team in the world once. Why can't we be for two more days?"
Miceli: "Fair enough. I want to hear from the oldest team in the tournament and arguably the greatest women's team of all time. 'Crush Gals,' what do you have to say about your chances this weekend? Can you turn back the clock?"
Chigusa Nagayo: "We still wrestle from time to time. Winning this question is not our of the question."
Lioness Asuka: "You are correct when you say we are the best team ever. Though we have gotten older, we have also gotten smarter. We have more experience than anyone else in this tournament. Can we turn the clock back? Madusa, we plan to make time stand still at 'Queens of the Ring.'"
Miceli: "Ladies, it has been my pleasure to sit down with all of you. I look forward to seeing what you can do. I'm pulling for everyone of you to show 'em what the old gals can do. Good luck to all of you!"
Santos: "It was surreal to see all of those legends together for the first time and to know that each of them will be competing this weekend."
Harlow: Madusa, I'm sure it was nice to sit down with some of your contemporaries."
Miceli: "It was for sure. To see their competitive fire made me want to dig the tights back out one more time. But, right now, we need to go back to the ring for our main event."
Match Three ~ "Candy Crush"--Kairi Hojo & Chelsea Diamond vs. "Double Inoue"--Takako & Kyoko Inoue
In a preview of a match that happen deep in the "Queens of the Ring" tournament, this one was an instant classic. The Inoues, both in their mid-forties, looked as fluid as they did fifteen years prior. "Candy Crush" is one of the best ladies teams in NWA: Show Time. The fact that they are in "Joshi Mafia," with its gang mentality, only makes them a stronger combination. The Inoues experience gave them an early advantage. Youth and speed took over in the middle. "Candy Crush" was also aided by some timely intereference by "Queen Kongs" (Aja & Awesome Kong), who were at ringside for the match. Their distractions essentially made this one four-on-two. Takako ended up getting the brunt of the beating, as Hojo and Diamond continued to work her over and cut the ring in half. NWA: Show Time Women's Champion Manami Toyota and Meiko Satomura came to ringside to even the odds. With the fans at a fever pitch, the climax came. Hojo scaled the ropes to hit her top rope "Elbow Drop" finisher (the best one in the sport). Takako moved at the last moment, sending Hojo crashing to the canvas. She inched her way to the corner, finally making the tag to Kyoko with one last lunge of desperation. Kyoke was a house of fire, taking Chelsea and Kairi down multiple times. She went for the "Victoria Driver" on Diamond, but was met with a stiff "Yakuza Kick" from Hojo. Takako had recovered by this time and launched herself at Hojo with "Takako Panic." This allowed Kyoko to recover and hit the "Victoria Driver" for the victory.
Winners = "Double Inoue" by pinfall in 23:45
Toyota and Satomura celebrated with the Inoues. "Queen Kongs" then entered the ring for the attack. They were joined by the rest of "Joshi Mafia" (ACT Yasukawa, Mika Nagano, Io Shirai, & Mio Shirai) for the ensuing melee. "Carlos" Amano and Toshiyo Yamada came to the rescue. Then "Muscle Venus" hit the ring. Soon, it looked like a battle royal. The heroes finally ran off "Joshi Mafia" to the fans' delight.
Miceli: "Ladies, that match made me appreciate women's wrestling even more. The fight afterwords made me glad I'm retired!"
Santos: "I never get tired of seeing action like that!"
Harlow: "I defy any ladies division on the planet to put out better matches week after week!"
Miceli: "You said it, babe! Fans, that's all the time we have for this week. Please join us in Charlotte this Frtiday and Saturday for 'Queens of the Ring.' It's going to be spectacular. Also, tune into TBS for the Show Time Power Hour on Tuesday and right here on TNT for more Femme Fatales next Thursday! For Melissa Santos and Noel Harlow, I'm Madusa Miceli, saying, keep on rockin' and rollin'!"
