Kevin Owens makes his entrance once again.
Enter Mr. McMahon. Owens greets him and asks if he minds being called Vince, saying this is a first for him, standing in the ring with the chairman and CEO of WWE. He feels what every WWE superstar before him has felt, and that's intimited. Vince counters saying he feels less intimidated and more nauseated, recounting the "heinous, derogatory" comments KO made and the beatdown that followed.
McMahon takes issue with Kev's description of not fighting back because he respects authority, saying he didn't fight back because Shane was beating his ass. Big bad courageous Kevin Owens, he's not going to fight back, he's going to sue every McMahon, WWE, the board of directors, and if he could, he'd sue everyone in the WWE Universe, right?
All because he thinks he has the upper hand and he wants that power. Vince says if he files the lawsuit, he'll immediately call his lawyer and he'll hopefully be there to hear the words "Kevin Owens, YOU'RE FIRED!" So go ahead and file your lawsuit! He asks Owens if he has any idea how many lawsuits he's been in, and how many has he lost? Not one.
For better or worse, the laws of this land are written for people like him, because there's a b next to his name for billionaire, and by the time the lawsuit gets to court, there's gonna be a b next to KO's name as well, bankrupt. So go ahead and see what happens.
Owens retorts that Shane put his hands on him, and Vince gets that, saying he suspended him. Well, not so much for putting his hands on KO, but because he didn't finish the job. He suspended Shane for not hitting him so hard his liver came out, didn't kick his ass so hard his bowels popped out, didn't pummel his face so badly you can't tell the front from the back.
So he's going to reinstate Shane and give him the opportunity to do everything he just said and more, because there will be no lawsuit, there will be a match. Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon, inside Hell in a Cell! Owens says that's fine, but he needs a promise that he's not gonna get fired for beating his son senseless. He wants Vince's word that if provoked, he can beat a McMahon senseless, and he gets it.
Vince offers a handshake and Kev takes it. They hold onto it and jaw at each other... KEVIN OWENS HEADBUTTS VINCE MCMAHON SO HARD HE DRAWS BLOOD! KO GETS ON THE MIC AND REMINDS HIM THAT HE JUST GAVE HIS WORD THAT HE CAN BEAT A MCMAHON SENSELESS! VINCE STUMBLES TO HIS FEET DEFIANT AND THROWS A PUNCH BUT OWENS BLOCKS AND KNOCKS HIM DOWN!
Referee Danilo Anfibio hits the ring to check on McMahon but KO punts him in the ribs! More referees come down, Jason Ayers and Mike Chioda, but Kev waits for Vince to get to his feet and superkicks him! He throws Chioda out of the ring and climbs the turnbuckles but 5-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion Adam Pearce tells him to back off. Owens refuses... FROG SPLASH! VINCE IS OUT COLD!
A medic comes to check on Vince at last, and Owens finally leaves the ring, running into Stephanie McMahon on the ramp. She has words for him as she goes to check on her dad, who refuses the stretcher present.
