Tommaso Ciampa's on the mic goading Johnny Gargano into delivering the explanation he promised. Johnny comes on the big screen in a conference room, bringing up Ciampa's past 3 years, what he did to Gargano and to the fans and how he’s the worst person in NXT. Did he miss an apology? Why has Ciampa been redeemed?

Blackheart doesn’t even listen, rolling out of the ring and heading backstage to the conference room Johnny’s filming in. He says they’re doing this his way as slams a laptop over Gargano's back, as he attacks Gargano.

He boots him down the hall, Johnny grabs a framed WrestleMania poster off the wall, Ciampa blocks, grabs it and slams it into Johnny's back, Johnny slinks to the trainer’s room where he grabs a crutch from a dude being evaluated, Ciampa kicks a rolling cart into Johnny and grabs the crutch & slams it into Gargano's back bending it as Drake Wuertz tries to stop him, a security guy comes in only to get his lights punched out by Ciampa. Ciampa throws a trash can at Gargano & tells him no more games, no more DIY.

They get to the gym, where Johnny is able to get some space by sending Ciampa into a weight machine, Ciampa sends Johnny into a garage door, Gargano gets some more space spraying an aerosol can in Ciampa’s eyes. He throws Ciampa throw a door’s window! More security & Johnny wastes both of them, thanks for coming guys. Gargano says this Ciampa's house huh and throws him over a big tire, he says Ciampa's a liar as he delivers a Running Kick to the ribs, he sends Ciampa into another weight lifting machine, he tells Ciampa to get up & look him in the eyes, then picks up a big weight and goes to brain him with it, Ciampa fights it off and blasts Johnny in the mid-section with it. He throws a pair of smaller weights at him, Johnny evades, the weights shattering a wall-length mirror! They finally fight through the locker area back out to ringside.

Trading punches in the bleachers. Superkick from Johnny! Big boot from Ciampa! he grabs a chair and uses it during a running knee that sends both men through a barricade. Tommaso stands on some seats and declares this is his house. He brings Johnny to the announce desk and goes for Powerbomb, but Gargano fights it off. Johnny heads to the balcony perch and Ciampa follows suit. They brawl there, and Tommaso tries to throw Johnny off. Gargano fights him off and he takes out a part of the railing! He gets him on his shoulders, but Ciampa fights that off by dislodging another part of the railing. More brawling, then Johnny gets Tommaso in the Garga-No Escape. Drake makes him break the hold, but Gargano decks him! He delivers a Superkick then sets for something off the perch, telling the crowd this is a teachable moment. That gives Tommaso time to recover. Air Raid Crash off the balcony perch through the announce desk!

General Manager William Regal arrives with more refs as both men are down. They’re calling for medical help as the show ends.

Just a reminder Smackdown is scheduled to be held at the PC tomorrow, that is if there's anything left of it after this brawl

Austin Theory vs Tyler Breeze:

Theory with a Snap Suplex for a 2 count, Theory with a Barrel Roll Dropkick sends Breeze to the floor, Breeze goes for an Imploding Ace Crusher, but Theory catches him with Three Seconds Around the World for a near fall, he kicks Breeze to the floor & follows then hurls Breeze into the barricade, Theory back in the ring, Breeze back in at 8, Bucklebomb countered into a Hurricanrana for a near fall, Breeze tries another Rana, but Theory hits the Bucklebomb, Barrel Roll, but Breeze counters with the Supermodel Kick for a near fall, Theory with a Knee Drop 2K1 Bomb for a near fall, Theory gets way too cocky and grabs his phone to do a selfie while hitting the ATL with one arm, but Breeze slips out & hits The Beauty Shot for the win

Cameron Grimes vs Tony Nese:

Nese with an Oklahoma Roll for a 2 count, Grimes with a Stungun for a 2 count, Lariat for a 2 count, Orange Crush attempt block, Nese answers with a Spinning Heel Kick, Running Hot Shot, Double Jump Quebrada for a near fall, Omori Driver blocked, Grimes with a Caveman Punch, Nese with a Superkick, he wants the Running Kneese, but Grimes with another Caveman Punch then finishes Nese with The Cave-In for the win

We get a quick teaser for Dexter Lumis (the former Samuel Shaw from Impact). Then the North American champ enters for an interview with Jon Quasto. Keith Lee is asked what happened when he Spirit Bombed Dominik Dijakovic after beating Cameron Grimes and being attacked by Damian Priest. He explains it was a mistake and says he owes Dijak an apology. That brings out Dijak.

He doesn’t care about the apology, he wants a title shot. They’re about to beef a bit when Priest arrives. He asks about Dijak’s knee and Lee’s back, then asks for a title shot. He doesn’t want the belt, but what it brings - more money, more women, more fame. Keith tells them to bring it, and Damian gets out his nightstick and walks to the ring. Dijak shoves Lee out of the way and stomps on Priest. The champ shoves him back, things break down, and the scene ends with Dijak taking out both men with a Somersault Senton

Candice LeRae vs Kayden Carter:

LeRae with a Running Shoulder Block for a 2 count, they trade flash pins, Carter with an O'Connor Roll for a 2 count, Basement Dropkick for a 2 count, LeRae with a Neck Snap then jumps into a Jackknife pin for a 2 count, Carter with a Superkick, Running Curb Kick for a near fall, LeRae starts a Violence Party, Mrs Garga-No-Escape countered into a Crucifix Pin for a 2 count, LeRae with a Senton, Carter avoids the Quebrada, but LeRae grabs her in the Mrs Garga-No-Escape & Carter taps out, LeRae advances to the Ladder Match

Next week Bobby Fish vs Velveteen Dream, a Second Chance Gauntlet Match for the last spot in the Ladder Match (I can almost guarantee that Dakota Kai is winning this) & Keith Lee defends the North American Title against both Dominik Dijakovic & Damian Priest

Triple H is out to address Ciampa & Gargano. He can barely start touting their rivalry when Tommaso’s music hits. He basically says let’s cut to the chase and get Johnny out here. Hunter says there will be no physicality, but he agrees.

Gargano is here to complain about being fined for destroying the PC when it was Tommaso’s fault. Ciampa even dove through a window to try to get away from him! Triple H says if it was up to William Regal, they’d both be fired. But he wanted to give them this opportunity, but he wanted to give them one more chance - but there will be no physicality.

Trips gets it, he & Shawn went through this all of this. There will come a day when they’ll look back on what they had, but now he knows they need to end it. And it should end on the biggest stage of them all. Both men interrupt him, saying they don’t need anything but a ring, a ref, and a cameraman, put us wherever you want. It’s about who is the face of this company, who’s the heart-and-soul of NXT.

He offers them a chance to end it now then, but Johnny says he needs two weeks. Triple H says he’ll find an empty building, he'll put a ring in there, give them a ref, and they’ll end it. And if it continues past then, he’ll fire both of them. Trips is gonna send them the location, and it’ll be over

Just then all 3 men are interrupted by the tron as apocalyptic images play, we see brief images of Killer Kross, no longer a mystery, it is Kross, the Doomsday Clock ticks and is now one minute from midnight, is he coming for Gargano, Ciampa or both of them. Tick Tock time's almost up and everyone has to pay the toll.

The Doomsday Clock has reached midnight & Killer Kross is on his way & he'll apparently be involved in the final confrontation between Ciampa & Gargano as they're billing it for next week: The Black Heart vs The Rebel Heart - One Final Beat

Women's Gauntlet Match

It's going to be Shotzi Blackheart & Deonna Purrazzo to start

Deonna with a rollup for a 2 count, Shotzi with a Step-Up Enzugiri, Cannonball for a 2 count, Acid Drop blocked, Deonna with a Pump Kick, Short-Arm Lariat for a 2 count, Shotzi up top, Deonna meets her, but Shotzi fights her off, wolf claw primed & hits The Senton Bomb for the win

The Ballsy Badass moves on & it looks like Xia Li is up next

Xia with a Spinning Heel Kick, Shotzi ducks the Basement Tornado Kick, she grabs both of Xia's arms in a Double Chickenwing & briges into an Inverted variation on Cattle Mutilation & Xia taps

Aliyah is up next

Aliyah with a Sunset Flip for a 2 count, they trade flash pins, Shotzi with an Omoplata Figure Four Headcissors, but Aliyah turns it into a pin for a 2 count, Running Mat Slam using the green hair for leverage for a 2 count, Pump Kick in the corner for a 2 count, Shotzi with a Knee Strike followed by a Switchblade Kick, Release Tiger Suplex then locks in The Inverted Cattle Mutilation & Aliyah taps out

Shotzi's running the Gauntlet & Kayden Carter is up next

Carter with a Running Dropkick for a 2 count, Shotzi with a Facebreaker, Fatal Answer, up top, but Carter cuts her off, Shotzi with a Step-Up Knee, then a Tornado DDT, up top, wolf claw primed & hits the Senton Bomb for the win

Dakota Kai is the final woman in

Ax Kick for a 2 count, Pump Kick from the floor for a 2 count, Raquel chokes Shotzi behind the ref's bak, Kai into a cover for a 2 count, Pump Kick for a 2 count, Kaio Kick for a 2 count, Shotzi with a Backdrop Driver, Kai rolls to the floor, Raquel drags Kai to safety, Shotzi with a Tope Suicida wipes out them both, wolf howl, Kai distracts the ref, Raquel picks up Shotzi, but Shotzi escapes and sends Raquel into the steps, Kai catches her with a Yakuza Kick then finishes Shotzi with The Go 2 Kick for the win (this was always Kai's match to win, but Shotzi put on a hell of show)
