The episode began with William Regal, Mauro Ranallo, and Jim Cornette hyping the episode and the upcoming Starrcade 2K21 event, which will be the biggest in NWA history. Then, Commissioner Sting was introduced to name the matches that would represent NWA: Show Time at Starrcade.
Sting announced that Britt Baker would defend the NWA: Show Time Women's Championship against Rok-C and Maya Yukihi in a "Triple Threat" match. Also announced officially was "The KliQ" (Shawn Michaels, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Brian James, Billy Gunn, and Sean Waltman (not signed to a contract) versus "The Horsemen" (Chris Jericho, CM Punk, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Arn Anderson, and Tully Blanchard). Finally, Sting announced that "The Fiend" would take on Aleister Black in a "No Holds Barred" match, with Alexa Bliss suspended above the ring in a shark cage.
Sting then surprised the crowd by announcing that a tournament would commence on the program to crown new Women's Tag Team Champions.
Cathy Kelley then took over and introduced the Legends commentary team for match one.
Match One ~ "Heavenly Bodies" ("Sweet" Stan Lane & Dr. Tom Prichard) with Jim Cornette vs. "Harlem Heat" (Booker T & Stevie Ray {not signed to a contract})
After a technical, back-and-forth encounter, T nailed his "Harlem Hangover" on Prichard and had the pin. The referee was distracted by Cornette. Lane had Cornette's infamous tennis racket. He caught Stevie with a shot to the throat. Booker had gotten Cornette by the lapels and the referee was stuck sandwiched in between them (facing Cornette). Lane nailed a racket shot to T's head, collapsing him, and tossed the racket before the referee turned around. Lane made the cover and got the count, as Prichard had rolled himself out of the ring.
Winners = "Heavenly Bodies" by pinfall in 10:26
Match Two ~ "Bad & Boujee" (Kenzie Paige & Ella Envy) vs. Robyn & Charlotte Renegade
"B & B" controlled most of this match. They hammered away on Charlotte for several minutes, keeping her isolated in their corner. In the end, though, a little bit of "twin magic" made the difference. The referee began to admonish Kenzie and Ella for constant double-teaming. An argument began and the snobby duo were berating the referee. Meanwhile, Charlotte snuck in, rolled her sister out of the ring, and took her place. After the argument calmed, Envy went to pick up who she thought was Charlotte, but instead got rolled into a "Small Package" for the win.
Winners = Renegade sisters by pinfall in 14:33
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Television Championship ~ Time Limit Expanded to 30 Minutes ~ Jacob Fatu vs. Killer Kross with Scarlett
This was a war of epic proportions. These two had gone the traditional twenty-minute time limit on a couple of occasions during the live event tour, so this necessitated the limit being expanded. Neither man wanted to lose. They fought relentlessly until the bell rang once again, this time because the referee had lost control.
Winner = double disqualification in 13:18
The episode ended with Regal claiming that these two will meet once again.
