The episode began with William Regal, Mauro Ranallo, and Jim Cornette welcomed the crowd and the television audience to the program. It was then thrown over to Cathy Kelley, who has taken on Women’s Division Hostess duty on top of the same job with the Legends Division.
Match One ~ “Fatal Four-Way” match ~ Maya Yukihi vs. Rok-C vs. Ava White vs. Dr. Britt Baker, DMD
This was a fun and frenetic match. Several different styles were pitted against one another. In the end, Maya was knocked out of the ring. Britt was sliding back into the ring as Rok-C nailed Ava with her finisher. Baker threw Rok-C over the top rope and swooped in for the pin.
Winner = Dr. Britt Baker, DMD by pinfall in 14:06
Match Two ~ “Inferno” match~ “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt vs. Aleister Black with Alexa Bliss
The rules were simple and gruesome: the first man to be set on fire loses. And, what a loss it would be. “Fiend” manhandled Black early on. Aleister came back, but was squelched at every turn. “Fiend” caught Black in his “Mandible Claw.” Black was fading as “Fiend” dragged him to the torch stand. Before he could light Aleister up, Alexa ran over and shot a fireball from her hand onto “Fiend’s” clothing. He immediately went up in flames and the bell was rung.
Winner = Aleister Black by referee stoppage in 21:32
Ringside officials ran in and began spraying “Fiend” with fire extinguishers. Once the cloud cleared, “Fiend” had disappeared.
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Legends Championship ~ “Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels with “The KliQ” (“The Bad Guy” Scott Hall, “Big Sexy” Kevin Nash, “Road Dogg” Brian James, & Billy Gunn) vs. “Rated R Superstar” Edge with Christian Cage
“The KliQ” attempted interference in the early stages of the match. Commissioner Sting came out and tossed them from ringside. The one-on-one match was fabulous. Then, the referee got knocked down. “The KliQ” returned to ringside, but were thwarted by Cage, Security, and Kurt Angle, who came out to assist. In the ring, Edge hit a vicious “Spear” and the title won. But, the referee was still down. Edge went over to revive him. A masked man jumped into the ring and nailed Edge in the head with the title belt. He dragged Michaels on top of a lifeless Edge and shook the referee. A three-count later and the champion retained.
Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Legends Champion = Shawn Michaels by pinfall in 19:22
After the match, the masked man revealed himself as “KliQ” pal Sean Waltman.
