William Regal, Mauro Ranallo, and Jim Cornette introduced the episode. Cornette in particular was amped about the Legends Division offering, as it would be dedicated to his longtime friend and former client "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton. Cornette began to get emotional, so William Regal sent it over to Legends Division Hostess Cathy Kelley. Kelly was wiping tears from her eyes at the comments by Cornette. She then confirmed that match one would be a tribute to the recently deceased Bobby Eaton. Kelly then introduced the Legends Commentary Team of Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, and Tony Schiavone. The team gushed over Eaton's body of work and went on to give poignant tributes for the master of the "Alabama Jam."
Match One ~ "Triple Threat" match dedicated to the memory of "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton ~ "The Heavenly Bodies" ("Sweet" Stan Lane & Dr. Tom Prichard) with Jim Cornette vs. Tully Blanchard & Arn Anderson with James J. Dillion vs. "The Rock-n-Roll Express" (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson)
This match almost seemed to turn back the hands of time. All six of Bobby Eaton's contemporaries pulled out all the stops in this one. Morton hit a "Tennessee Destroyer" on Prichard, while Blanchard nailed Gibson with a "Slingshot Suplex." Arn hit "Spinebusters" on both Morton and Lane. In the end, no one could get a pinfall, as each team kept breaking them up. Tully got hit with a "Double Dropkick" as time was expiring.
Winners = time limit draw in 15:00
The crowd gave everyone a standing ovation after the bell. All six came together in center ring for handshakes and raised each other's hand to another raucous reaction. Morton got a, "Thank you, Bobby!" chant going, to which Cornette began crying again as he encouraged fans as well.
Match Two ~ NWA: Show Time Cruiserweight Championship ~ Johnny "Wrestling" Gargano with "Poison Pixie" Candice LeRae vs. "The Villain" Marty Scurll with "The Man Gravity Forgot" Adrian Neville
What a phenomenal match-up. What it lacked in overall time it more than made up for in substance. After a nail-biting back and forth encounter, Scurll put Gargano out with his "Crossface Chicken Wing." Went Johnny went unresponsive, the referee rang the bell.
Winner and NEW NWA: Show Time Cruiserweight Champion = Marty Scurll by referee stoppage in 16:29
Match Three ~ "Number One Contender's" match ~ Adam Cole with Dr. Britt Baker, DMD vs. Killer Kross with Scarlett
This was the match of the night, for sure. Both men went at it with great fury. Seth Rollins attempted to usher "Doomsday" to ringside for potential interference, but they were thwarted by "Undisputed Era" members, causing a scrum that went into the crowd. Kross had the "Kross Jacket Sleeper" locked in and Cole was fading. The referee was calling for Security to break up the fight in the crowd and had his back turned. Baker snuck in and nailed Kross in the side of the head with a "Super Kick." Britt was then taken out by Scarlett and the two went rolling out of the ring. But, the damage was done. Cole nailed "Panama City Sunrise," followed by "Last Shot" to get the pin.
Winner = Adam Cole by pinfall in 20:11
Regal closed out the episode with his traditional, "ta ta for now" tagline.
