Madusa: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the hottest hour of television on the planet, Femme Fatales World! That's right, fans! The name has changed, but the action will not! In fact, it's only going to get better from here! Today marks our first broadcast of the worldwide expansion of NWA: Femme Fatales! I'm your hostess, Madusa! With me in our Charlotte, North Carolina arena is Renee Young and Melissa Santos! Tonight, our television main event from Charlotte is the tournament final for the Heavyweight Tag Team Championship! It'll be Utami and Himeka representing 'Donna del Mondo' and NWA: Femme Fatales Asia versus 'Killer Death Machines,' representing NWA: Femme Fatales Americas! Also on the program, we'll see our first ever NWA: Femme Fatales Europa match from Liverpool, England. It'll be for the Bantamweight Tag Team Championship! Longtime Champions 'Oedo Tai,' from the Asia branch, will travel to the UK to defend against 'British Invasion!' But, we'll start the night off from Osaka, Japan, in an NWA: Femme Fatales Asia match! New signees 'Daydream' will take on 'Dasu Vaders'! Let's go to our Japanese commentary team of Chiharu and Ai Hara!"
Match One ~ "Daydream" (Rika Tatsumi & Miu Watanabe) vs. "Dasu Vaders" (Octopus Suda & "Hollywood" Jurina)
Chiharu, who doubles as a part-time referee for Femme Fatales, has joined Japanese voice actress Ai Hara to commentate for the Asian branch (there are English subtitles for the TV broadcast). Commissioner Bull Nakano was seen seated in the front row. Commentary hyped the new signees, who are the reigning TJPW Princess Tag Team Champions, and raved as they overwhelmed the former Bantamweight dominatrixes. Their blend of youth, speed, and athleticism, took Suda and Jurina by surprise. Octopus has some minutes of brilliance along with "Hollywood," but it was not to be. Miu ended the match with a "Tear Drop" on Jurina for the pin.
Winners = "Daydream" by pinfall in 14:39
Madusa: "What a match! I love the Japanese commentary! They are so excited to host matches for our company in the Orient!"
Renee Young: "I absolutely love Chiharu! I have since day one! Ai is awesome too! But, the matched slayed! 'Daydream' is the real deal!"
Melissa Santos: "Miu and Rika might be young, but they're talented beyond their years!"
Madusa: "You got it! Fans, we need to take a break. When we return, GM Karlee Perez will make a huge announcement! Stay with us!"
Madusa: "We're back! As promised, our General Manager is here with a big announcement! Let's go to Samantha Smart in the ring!"
Samantha Smart: "Ladies and gentlemen, General Manager Karlee Perez."
Perez came out to a cheer.
Karlee Perez: "Now that we have embarked on the worldwide expansion of NWA: Femme Fatales, our championship structure must change. As you already know, our current list of championships will remain intact and will be defended across all three branches of the company. Due to the fact that all of our titles will travel the globe, the NWA Board of Governors has agreed to give them official World Title status. That means that every title down the line in this company is hereby a World Championship as of today! So, the winner of tonight's Femme Fatales World main event will be crowned the first ever World Heavyweight Tag Team Champions!"
Madusa: "What major news! Our championships have been given World Title designation! Therefore, our next match will be for the World Bantamweight Tag Team Championship! And, it's the first televised NWA: Femme Fatales Europa match! Let's go to our Europa commentary team of Nigel McGuinness & Katarina Waters!"
Match Two ~ NWA: Femme Fatales World Bantamweight Tag Team Championship ~ "Oedo Tai" (Sumire Natsu & Saki Kashima) vs. "British Invasion" (Xia Brookside & Candy Floss)
Nigel barely could contain himself when he talked about Karlee Perez' blockbuster announcement that all current Femme Fatales Championships are now World Titles. He also pointed out Commissioner Saraya Knight, who was seated by the commentary booth. Then, the focus shifted to the ring. The rest of "Oedo Tai" was conspicuous by its absence, but were not flown in because they represent the Asian branch and were deemed unnecessary for the title match. With a true two-on-two environment, the odds became much more even. As good as the reigning champions are, they found it a tough road a hoe against "British Invasion," who've been on fire since officially joining the company. Saki and Sumire tried their best to double-team and take shortcuts, but the upstart Brits were able to thwart every attempt. The end came in a wild sequence where Xia and Floss hit an "Assisted Candy Snap" for the win and the titles.
Winners and NEW NWA: Femme Fatales World Bantamweight Tag Team Champions = "British Invasion" by pinfall in 16:45
Madusa: "We've got new champs! This night just keeps getting more and more historic!"
Young: "Xia and Candy Floss have dethroned 'Oedo Tai!' What a match!"
Santos: "This marks the second Tag Title reign for them in Femme Fatales! What a dynamite young team!"
Madusa: "You got it! Fans, we need to take another break! The World Heavyweight Tag Team Titles are on the line in our main event next!"
Madusa: "We're back! The tournament has gone on for weeks! Now, the first ever World Heavyweight Tag Team Champions will be crowned! Let's do it!"
Match Three ~ NWA: Femme Fatales World Heavyweight Tag Team Championship ~ "Donna del Mondo"(Himeka & Utami) vs. "Killer Death Machines" ("Death Machine" Jessicka Havok & "Killer Queen" Nevaeh)
This was every bit the hard-hitting match you'd expect from these four, vying to make history as the first World Tag Team Champions in their division. "DDM" has gotten used to dominating the competition in the tournament, but that was not the case of this night. Havok and Nevaeh, for all their talking, certainly back it up. But, they've had some unsolicited help to win as well. Still, this was an evenly fought battle. It looked like "DDM" would steamroll to the finish once again, though, as they hoisted Nevaeh up for their "Running Argentine Backbreaker Bomb." But, before they could execute it, this entrance video played:

But, before they could execute it, this entrance video played:
Toni Storm came stomping out of the entrance way. She wasn't even supposed to be in the building, as she is part of the Europa branch. But, her appearance had the desired effect. Utami and Himeka dropped Nevaeh and began to shout at Storm. Havok and Nevaeh recovered and dumped Himeka out of the ring. With Utami isolated, they hit a "Double Harlot Slayer" for the pin.
Winners and NEW NWA: Femme Fatales World Heavyweight Tag Team Champions = "Killer Death Machines" by pinfall in 22:18
Madusa: "Toni Storm got 'DDM' back for last week! She cost them the titles!"
Young: "And, 'Killer Death Machines' got another assist from someone they're not aligned with! They road the gravy train all the way to the belts!"
Santos: "Sometimes, it's better to be lucky than good! Havok and Nevaeh are good all right, but they've been lucky the entire tournament!"
Madusa: "Luck or not, their the new World Heavyweight Tag Team Champions! Fans, we're out of time! We gotta go! Please join us again next Thursday on TNT for Femme Fatales World! For Renee Young, Melissa Santos, Nigel McGuinness, Katarina Waters, Chiharu, and Ai Hara, I'm Madusa! Keep on rockin' and rollin'!"
The episode ended with the new champions celebrating in the ring. The disheartened and angry runners-up languished at ringside as the screen faded to black.
