The episode had a cold open on an empty arena. Jim Cornette was standing in the ring with a microphone and a huge scaffold towered above the ring.
Jim Cornette: "Hello, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Jim Cornette. I'm a color commentator on the Show Time Power Hour. But, I'm also the manager of the greatest tag team in the sport, the reigning NWA World Tag Team Champions, 'The Revival.' Tonight, they will face members of the dirty, nasty group of thugs known as 'OI4K,' 'Ohio is 4 Killers.' We've gone back and forth for weeks. They attacked us out of nowhere. then, we cost them the Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship. Then, they cost us the Show Time Tag Team Championship. Well, enough's enough! We're not even, not by a long shot! We still have our pound of flesh to extract and it will happen right here in the main event! Suspended above me is one of the most dangerous structures ever used to house a match in pro wrestling. This is a steel scaffold. It hangs over twenty feet above the floor and about twelve to fifteen feet above the ring mat. Four men will climb this evil structure and fight until both members of a team have been hurled to the ring below. This is a match that shortened careers. I, in fact, ripped my knee to shreds as a result of falling from that scaffold. I still have the scars and the aches as a painful reminder of the destruction this match can cause. Tonight, this war ends, one way or another."
The traditional program opening then aired.
"William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me are Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette! Jim, thank you for that intense introduction to tonight's 'Sky Walker' main event!"
Cornette: "My pleasure, William! Tonight, 'OI4K' will get a very bitter taste of gravity in action!"
Mauro Ranallo: "Someone will fly for sure, but it will be against their will, as they come crashing to the canvas from almost fifteen feet above it!"
Regal: "Indeed. 'The Revival' and members of 'OI4K' will battle in that ever so dangerous 'Sacffold' match! But, that's not all! Earlier this week, both Kurt Angle and Shelton Benjamin took to Twitter to voice their displeasure at perceived lack of opportunities for someone who's been a multi-time titleholder in NWA: Show Time. Shelton's been with the company since day one and is a multi-time Television, Mid-Atlantic, and Tag Team Champion. Well, Commissioner Sting saw the tweets and offered Angle and Benjamin a tag team opportunity tonight if Shelton had a suitable partner. Angle indicated that he would take care of that. So, we'll see who Shelton Benjamin's tag team partner is a little later. First, we have a match a couple of weeks in the making. Kota Ibushi has successfully defended the Cruiserweight Championship for over one year now. A couple of weeks ago, he was attacked by the debuting Johnny Gargano! Gargano brutalized the champion and claimed the only reason Ibushi's held the title so long is because he hasnt faced him. Well tonight, that will change. Kota has demanded the match for tonight and we will see it here first up! Let's go to the ring!"
Match One ~ Kota Ibushi vs. Johnny Gargano
Gargano refused to come to the ring unless Ibushi would put the title on the line in the match. Kota came out and held up the title. He jumped into the ring and nodded his head to the referee, handing him the belt. The referee then alerted JoJo Offerman (Ring Announcer) that this was now a title match. Gargano smiled in satisfaction.

After the match, Johnny's wife Candice LeRae (who had provided a distraction) jumped up into the ring with the title in hand and celebrated with her man.
Regal: "What a shame, that a year-long title reign had to end due to outside interference!"
Ranallo: "The longest reign of any title in this company's history is over! Johnny Gargano has come in and taken the Cruiserweight division by storm!"
Cornette: "Before Candice LeRae came out to help her husband, this match had lived up to the hype! It was a classic!"
Regal: "We need to take a commercial break. When we return, we'll find out who Shelton Benjamin's tag team partner will be!"
Regal: "We're back! Correspondent Cathy Kelley is backstage with the new Cruiserweight Champion and his wife!"
Cathy Kelley: "Johnny, you just ended Kota Ibushi's year-long run as Cruiserweight Champion in your first match in NWA: Show Time, and you did it with help from your wife Candice LeRae..."
Johnny Gargano: "Call it what you want! I'm the new NWA: Show Time Cruiserweight Champion! And, I have my wife by my side! No longer will either of us be overlooked ever again! It's our time!"
Regal: "Johnny Gargano says, 'It's our time,' apparently referring to his wife Candice LeRae, who's currently signed to NWA: DFW. With the global talent exchange, she's free to work anywhere in the NWA. So, it looks like she has decided to form a duo with Johnny in an effort to run roughshod. Fans, let's shift gears. Shelton benjamin has complained of no opportunities for him recently. So, Commissioner Sting has chosen to give him a tag team match on the condition that he and manager Kurt Angle can find a suitable partner. Let's see who they've come up with!"
Match Two ~ "Gold Standard" Shelton Benjamin with "Olympic Hero" Kurt Angle & ?? vs. Marshall & Ross Von Erich
Benjamin and Angle came to the ring. Kurt grabbed a microphone.
Kurt Angle: "Commissioner Sting said that we could have a tag team match on tonight's program if we could find a partner! Shelty B, have I got a tag team partner for you! And trust me when I tell you, it;s balst from your past!"
Regal: "Who can it be?!"
Ranallo: "Is it Charlie Haas returning to form 'Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team?!'"
Cornette: "A blast from his past?! It's got to be Haas!"

Brock Lesnar and Eve Torres came intently down to the ring. Lesnar jumped in and stared at Benjamin. A sly smile then washed over his face as the two hugged. Then, it was down to business. They dominated the Von Erich boys from bell to bell. Lesnar hit many "German Suplexes." Benjamin seemed giddy at his old friend's destruction. In the end, Brock hit an "F-5" on Ross, then tagged Benjamin in. Shelton went to the top and hit a huge "Frogsplash" for the pin.
Winners = "Minnesota Stretching Crew" by pinfall in 7:13
Regal: "Wow! That was quick!"
Ranallo: "Brock and Shelton made mincemeat out of the Von Erich brothers!"
Cornette: "And, that's not small feat! The Von Erichs have been in the sport for several years now!"
Regal: "Fans, we need to take another break. When we return, it's the 'Skywalker' main event!"
Regal: "We're back! Jim Cornette has taken his leave and it's time for our main event grudge match atop the scaffold!"
Match Three ~ "Scaffold" match ~ "The Revival" (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) with Jim Cornette vs. "OI4K" (Jake & Dave Crist with Solomon Crowe, Jon Moxley, Matt Cross, Madman Fulton, Crimson, "Death Machine" Jessicka Havok, "Killer Queen" Neveah, & Max the Impaler)
This match was vicious. All four men were bloody messes within minutes. Their heads had been bounced of the cruel steel ladders that created the scaffold floor. All four men also took turns teetering off the side of the scaffolding. There were several dangerous moments. Eventually, the action spilled to the under side of the scaffolding. All four weary warriors were hanging precariously by the rungs on the ladder. Dash and Dawson began to swing and kick at the Crists, who held on for dear life. Finally, Jake fell to the ring below. Then, Dash and Dawson kicked at Dave from both sides. He didn't last much longer, eventually losing his grip and crashing to the canvas below.
Winners = "The Revival" by double elimination in 15:44
Regal: "Dash and Dawson have done it! They've vanquished 'OI4K!'"
Ranallo: "What a brutal battle!"
After the match, all of "OI4K" attacked. "Samoan Dynasty" ran out and made it more of a fair fight. Crowe and company were run off in the end, with "The Revival" and "Samoan Dynasty" standing tall in the ring.
Regal: "What an hour we've seen here tonight! Fans, we're all out of time. Please join us again next Tuesday on TBS for more of the Show Time Power Hour! For Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette, I'm William Regal, saying ta ta for now!"
Ranallo: "It's 'The Beast!' It's Brock Lesnar!"
Cornette: "It's the return of the 'Minnesota Stretching Crew!' I can't believe it! I haven't seen these two together since I booked them in Ohio Valley!"
