William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me are Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette! Men, we have a fantastic main event lined up tonight!"
Mauro Ranallo: "Momma Mia, do we ever! The new incarnation of the famed 'Four Horsemen' led by Ric Flair will do battle with Brock Lesnar, 'The Revival,' and a partner of their choosing!"
Jim Cornette: "My guys are in the main event, right where they belong! And, we get to whip some 'Horsemen' tail to boot!"
Regal: "Indeed, Jim! Can you shed a little light on who your fourth man is?"
Cornette: "We're gonna let you and the rest of them simmer on that for a little while. Everyone will know when they need to know!"
Regal: "Fair enough. Fans, we have plenty of action lined up this week, so let's get to it with a Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship match!"
Match One ~ NWA: Show Time Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship ~ "OI4K" (Madman Fulton & Crimson with Solomon Crowe, "Death Machine" Jessicka Havok, "Killer Queen" Neveah, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Matt Cross, & Jon Moxley) vs. "War Machine" ("WarBeard" Hanson & Raymond "Death" Rowe)
This was the rematch from the original title change weeks ago. Rowe and Hanson finally got their long-awaited return bout. They made the most of it. Hanson and Rowe beat their opponents from pillar to post early on. Fulton and Cromson did benefit from some timely interference by their mates while the referee was distracted.Ultimately, the original referee was knocked out of the ring. While he was down, "OI4K" stormed the ring and laid out "War Machine." As they scooted back out of the ring, another referee came down and made a long two-count, but Rowe kicked out. Hanson and Rowe ended up hitting "Fallout" and got the pin on Crimson.
Winners and NEW NWA: Show Time Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions = "War Machine" by pinfall in 22:36
Regal: "We have new champions!"
Ranallo: "Are you kidding me?! 'War machine' survived all of 'OI4K' to win it!"
Cornette: "What a performance by Hanson and Rowe!"
The original referee came into the ring and began to confer with the substitute. Finally, he took the title belts away from "War Machine" and handed them back to "OI4K" amid a chorus of loud boos. The announcer explained that the original referee had seen the interference by "OI4K" and would have disqualified them before the pinfall occurred.
Winners = "War Machine" by disqualification in 15:36 ("OI4K" retains)
Regal: "What a travesty! 'OI4K' essentially got away with cheating! Fans, we need to take a break. We'll be back with our exciting main event next!"
Regal: "We're back! We have our big eight-man main event next, and we still don;t know who Brock Lesnar and 'The Revival' have chosen as their partner! Let;s hear from the team they'll be facing, 'The Four Horsemen!' Vanessa Craft is backstage with them now!"
Vanessa Craft: "I am here with Ric Flair and the new 'Four Horsemen.'"
Ric Flair: "Let me stop you right there, sweetheart! This is not the new 'Four Horsemen!' This group of superstars is carrying on the same tradition of excellence I did back in the eighties!"
Craft: "Forgive me. Gentlemen, Brock Lesnar and 'The Revival' are refusing to divulge the name of their fourth man. I'm sure that doesn't sit well with you."
CM Punk: "That's putting it mildly! I don't know what they're up to, but I smell a rat! They're trying to pull a fast one on us!"
Chris Jericho: "Hey Punk, it doesn't matter who their partner is. You know why?! Because we're 'The Four Horsemen,' we're les champions, and we're going to beat them no matter who it is!"
Bobby Roode: "And our victory will be absolutely...glorious!"
James Storm: "And, when we do beat 'em, the only thing left to say will be, 'Sorry about your d*** luck!'"
Flair: "Woooo!"
Craft: "Back to you, William."
Regal: "The table has been set. We know who will comprise one team. But, who is Brock Lesnar and 'The Revival's' tag team partner?!"
Ranallo: "We're on pins and needles, William!"
Regal: "Let's go to the ring and find out!"
Match Two ~ "The Four Horsemen" (CM Punk, Chris Jericho, "Glorious" Bobby Roode, & "Outlaw" James Storm) with "Nature Boy" Ric Flair, AJ Lee, & Maryse Ouellet vs. "The Beast" Brock Lesnar, "The Revival" (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson), and a mystery partner with Eve Torres and Jim Cornette
Lesnar, Dash, and Dawson came to the ring with confident smiles on their faces. When this entrance video played on the tron, we all knew why:
NWA: DFW's Samoa Joe came to the ring with a sneer on his face and bumped fists with his NWA: Show Time partners. Once he joined his mates inside the ring, the fight was on. And, what a fight it was! Joe made the most of the global talent exchange with his appearance. He and his makeshift foursome all had the same philosophy--straight ahead brawling and heavy strikes. The "Horsemen," on the other hand, were more of a finesse team in this one. In many instances, they were out of their element. They did, however, take over on Dash for several minutes. Wilder fought hard to stay in it, though. he finally got free long enough to tag in Lesnar, who absolutely cleaned house. "German Suplexes" were eaten by every "Horseman." The match then disintegrated into a melee. In the midst of it, Joe hit a big corner "Uranage" on Jericho. That was followed up with "Shatter Machine" for the win.
Winners = Brock Lesnar, Samoa Joe, & "The Revival" by pinfall in 30:11
Regal: "That's it! 'The Four Horsemen' have been toppled!"
Ranallo: "What a match and what a partner in the SoCal mercenary Samoa Joe!"
Regal: "Indeed! Fans, that's all the time we have this week. Please join us again next Tuesday on TBS for more of the Show Time Power Hour! For Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette, I'm William Regal, Saying ta ta for now!"
