William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour!"
Just then, "Ladies and Gentlemen" by Saliva played to bring out owner Jordan Richards.
Jordan Richards: "William (Regal), I apologize for interrupting your customary intro, but I have something important to say and I need to say it right at the top of the hour. As the world saw this past Sunday at Halloween Havoc, 'The Fiend' ruined the finish of the 'Winner Takes All' match. With no decisive conclusion, we still do not have a satisfactory resolution to the 'Richards Collective'-'Magnificent Seven' conflict. I'll get to that in a moment. But first, I have conferred with Brock Lesnar and WALTER separately. They both want 'The Fiend' in a match. I also spoke with Maria Kanellis on behalf of 'The Fiend.' While she did not give me a clear answer as to why he interfered in the Halloween Havoc match, she did indicate that he is interested in 'tearing down the establishment' and that Brock and WALTER both represent it. So, it seems like all three of these men want a piece of each other. With that in mind, this is what we're going to do. The three of them are going to fight it out tonight in an 'Elimination' match. That will give each of them the chance to rip the other apart all at once! Plus, all seconds are banned from ringside. This truly will be one-on-one-on-one. But, to make it interesting, and since I like to up the ante, I'm making this a match for the NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship! Speaking of upping the ante, I want CM Punk out here right now!"
"Cult of Personality" hit to bring out the CEO.
CM Punk: "Jordan, I see what you're trying to do. You couldn't beat us at Havoc, so you're trying to take our titles from us one by one!"
Richards: "Punk, this isn't about titles. It isn't about Brock or WALTER or Bray Wyatt! Those three will settle their differences here in just a few minutes! Phil, I wanted you out here for one reason: to settle it once and for all between you and I!"
Punk: "Settle things between you and I?! Don't you mean settle things between 'The Magnificent Seven' and 'The Richards Collective?!' You've been trying to break us apart since we formed!"
Richards: "Not so fast, Punk! Hear me out. When I signed you way back when, I thought it was best for business and that you and I could get along and even become a team of sorts. I appreciate your mind for the business side of pro wrestling. I saw some of me in you. But clearly, we do not share the same philosophy on life or business. As such, we've never really gotten along. In fact, it has caused us both to betray the other and become consumed with the idea of revenge and retribution. This has cost us both a lot of grief and anguish. It has cost us both time and money. It nearly has cost us our sanity. But, enough is enough. This has to end and it has to end forever. So, here is what I am doing as of this very moment. I agree to dissolve 'The Richards Collective.'"
Regal: "What?!"
Mauro Ranallo: "Momma Mia!"
Jim Cornette: "Holy crap!"
Punk: "Did I just hear you correctly?! You said you're dissolving 'The Richards Collective' as of right now?! So, you're admitting defeat! 'The Magnificent Seven' has won the war!"
Richards: "Slow down, Phil. That's not exactly what I'm saying. I am dissolving 'The Richards Collective," but I'm asking for something in return."
Punk: "There's always a gimmick, isn't there?! What's this one condition?"
Richards: "Well, the biggest night of the year is coming up in less than a month. Starrcade 2K19 is upon us on November 28th, which just so happens to be my beautiful wife's birthday. So, I thought that I could give her the present of a lifetime this year. Since Starrcade has become known as the platform to end long-standing wars, I figured it would be fitting to add the end of our war to the storied list of matches at that great event. So, here is what I propose...a one-on-one match between you and I."
Punk: "Don't tell me you want a piece of me, old man?! Is that what I'm hearing?!"
Richards: "I know what you're thinking. I haven't been an active wrestler in almost a decade, while you still are at the top of your game. What chance do I possibly have against you, right? I get it. On the surface, it doesn't make sense. But, I've thought about it all long and hard since Halloween Havoc. This is the only way to end it for good. It started with you and I. It has to end with you and I. But, this isn't just a grudge match. I demand a few stipulations be added."
Punk: "Of course you do! So what, do I have to wrestle with my good hand tied behind my back?! Or, are you going to blindfold me?! Either way, I know you're going to stack the deck against me!"
Richards: "No, no, nothing like that, Phil. No, I want this to be one-on-one and a fair fight. My stipulations go much deeper that the physical side of things. My demands are as such. If I win, 'The Magnificent Seven' also goes its separate ways and the CEO job comes back to me."
Punk: "You've already broken up your group! Why would I ever agree to that?! What do I get out of that deal?!"
Richards: "Well Phil, you didn't let me finish. If I win, 'The Magnificent Seven' breaks up and I return to my position as CEO. But, if you win, I'll sign fifty-five percent of my company over to you, so you will become the majority owner."
Punk: "If I win, I become the majority owner of NWA: Show Time?! Done!"
Richards: "But, to ensure everything is on an equal playing field, I want no interference from either side or the match is thrown out. You versus me, period, Punk! And, let's make it a match befitting the way this thing needs to end, a 'No Holds Barred Street Fight!'"
Punk: "Okay, I'll agree to that! I wouldn't any help to beat you anyway, old timer! In a 'Street Fight,' no less?! It's your funeral, Jordan! It's going to be a pleasure to be your boss."
Richards: "We'll see about that. As the old saying goes, I may not be as good as I once was, but I can be as good once as I ever was! On Thanksgiving night, it's 'Show' time!"
Regal: "Oh my! The landscape has just changed drastically! 'The Richards Collective' is dissolved and CM Punk could be the majority owner of this company in less that a month! Fans, we're going to take a commercial break. When we return, we're going straight to the Heavyweight Championship 'Elimination' match! Don't go anywhere!"
Regal: "We're back! JoJo (Offerman) is standing by in the ring ready for the call!"
Match One ~ NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship ~ "Elimination" match ~ "Ring General" WALTER vs. "The Beast" Brock Lesnar vs. "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt
The fans were on the edges of their seats before this one even began. And, it did not disappoint. This one was a fight for the ages. The referee gave much latitude due to the high stakes, as well as the three-way nature, which carries an implied no disqualification element. Three behemoths fought all over the arena. When it became apparent that one man alone could not stop "The Fiend," Brock and WALTER actually teamed up against him. They ultimately buried him underneath a pile of chairs, steel steps, and other ringside equipment. Bray looked done for. Rather than cover him though, the combined hostilities between Brock and WALTER became too much to ignore and they began blasting one another. When they came to their senses and realized that they should have attempted elimination on the prone "Fiend," they rushed to where he had been put down. The rubble was there, but Bray was not. Suddenly, both men turned around to "The Fiend's" hands shoved down their throats. Wyatt used the mandible claw to subdue both of his opponents simultaneously. As Brock and WALTER faded, "The Fiend" laughed maniacally. Both men went limp and the referee counted their collective shoulders down at the same time.
Winner and NEW NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Champion = "The Fiend" by double pinfall in 48:12
Regal: "Bray Wyatt has put down arguably the two most dangerous men on this roster at once!"
Ranallo: "I've never seen anything like the brutality this man has endured and he's not only still walking, but he just beat 'The Beast' and the 'Ring General' at the same time!"
Cornette: "We call Bray Wyatt a man, but this 'Fiend' is no mere man! He's other worldly! And, more importantly, he's now the Heavyweight Champion! Is there anyone in this company--or let me correct myself--is there anyone on this planet who can stop him?!"
Regal: "That's the million-dollar question! This mysterious, mystical personality of destruction, 'The Fiend,' seems impervious to pain! He cannot be stopped and he may be unbeatable! Fans, things are changing very rapidly around here as we ramp up for Starrcade 2K19! We've run out of time for this episode. Please join us again next Tuesday for more of the Show Time Power Hour on TBS! For Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette, I'm William Regal, saying ta ta for now!"
The episode ended with "The Fiend" holding the Heavyweight Championship belt in the air as "The New Face of Fear" joined him in the ring. An eerie red light shone down on them all.
