William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me are Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette. Men, we had a very eventful episode last week, to say the least!"
Mauro Ranallo: "Did we ever! And, the man to my right knows more about that than anyone else. Jim, how are you and 'The Revival' today?"
Jim Cornette: "Dash and Dawson are licking their wounds, but they'll be fine physically. Meanwhile, I'm verklempt. I'm hurt, I'm confused, and I'm disgusted. I don't know why Steen and Claudio did what they did last week, but I do know one thing. They'll answer for it."
Regal: "I would imagine so. It shocked us all. 'Camp Cornette' is in disarray. But, 'The Revival' will live to fight another day. Fans, we have a great hour lined up for you! Matt Riddle will get his Television Championship rematch against Killer Kross, and he's promised someone in his corner to neutralize the vixen Scarlett Bordeaux! We'll also see 'OI4K' in action tonight for the first time since they burst on the scene weeks ago! Solomon Crowe and Crimson will do battle with Adrian Neville and Hangman Page! And, our main event will WALTER will defend the Heavyweight Championship against Ricochet! Plus, we've seen on social media this week that CM Punk will be here to confront Jordan Richards after the events of Spring Stampede! Let's go to the ring!"
Match One ~ "OI4K (Ohio is 4 Killers)" (Solomon Crowe & Crimson with "Death Machine" Jessicka Havok and Neveah) vs. "The Man Gravity Forgot" Adrian Neville & Hangman Page
The former members of the now defunct "Crowe's Nest" faction may not necessarily like one another, but they share a mutual hatred for Solomon Crowe and his new band of henchmen. They took them apart in the early going. Neville flew around the ring while Page used his vicious "Lariat" to throttle the opponents. Eventually, Havok and Neveah on the outside paid dividends. Their distraction caused an opening that Crowe and Crimson exploited. They punished Neville until he finally got a tag to Page. Hangman came in like a house of fire, but quickly got cut off after another timely distraction from the ladies. This led to a "Pendulum Backbreaker," followed by a "Code Red" from Crimson for the win.
Winners = "OI4K" by pinfall in 10:12
Regal: "Impressive victory for 'OI4K!' They look formidable against a credible tag team!"
Ranallo: "Crimson has all the physical tools in the world and Solomon Crowe is the mastermind!"
Cornette: "They're dangerous, that's for sure!"
After the match, all four hammered away on their fallen opponents.
Regal: "Solomon Crowe has promised more friends and more carnage. We'll all brace for that. Fans, we need to take a break. We'll be back with the Television Championship rematch in just a moment!"
As the episode came back to air, we saw CM Punk walking intently backstage. He stopped at Jordan Richards' office and banged loudly. Without hesitating, Punk kicked the door open to find Richards at his desk.
Jordan Richards: "Who do you think you are?! You can't just burst through my door like you own the place! I own this place!"
CM Punk: "Listen here Jordan, I'm not going to mince words! I've been looking for you since the pay-per-view! You screwed me out of my match against a trainee! I'm sick and tired of being singled out by you and this ridiculous vendetta!"
Richards: "My vendetta?! You're the one who put on that hood and paraded around here with no regard to the suspension! Then, you put it back on at the pay-per-view and cost Brock Lesnar the Heavyweight Title! If you ask me, you are getting what you deserve!"
Punk: "You cannot prove I am the man under the mask! He's Straight Edge Superstar! I'm CM Punk, bottom line! And, I've earned my contract, fair and square! Now, stay out of my business or else this could get awfully physical between you and I!"
Richards: "Is that supposed to be a threat?! I'm retired! I'm no longer an active competitor and haven't been for years! If you lay one hand on me, I will have you arrested!"
Punk: "Enough's enough! This crap between us needs to be over and done with! I want to move on from you and from your group of goons! I want to wrestle in a company where I'm not public enemy number one! You are a tyrant and a dictator and everyone is in your back pocket! Well, I'm not going to be a yes man for you or Flair or anyone else!"
Richards: "I am the owner, founder, and CEO of this company. I don't have to answer to anyone and I can run this company as I see fit. And, you are under contract to me! There's nothing you can say about it!"
Punk: "No, but you have a Board of Directors. And, they do have the authority to step in and do something. Hmm. It's time I start to take matters into my own hands. You've screwed with me for years. Well, it's about time I start to screw with you!"
Punk left abruptly.
Richards: "Wait! What are you talking about?! What do you mean 'taking matters into your own hands?!' You can't just go to the Board! That's not how it works! Punk!"
Richards quickly got on his office phone.
Regal: "Well, CM Punk promised a confrontation and he certainly gave Jordan Richards a piece of his mind. Fans, let's go to the ring for the Television Championship rematch!"
Match Two ~ NWA: Show Time Television Championship ~ Killer Kross with "Smokeshow" Scarlett Bordeaux vs. "King of Bros" Matt Riddle & a mystery valet
Matt Riddle came strutting out confidently. As he entered the ring and kicked off his sandals, he pointed to the entrance way. As his music played, out walked his wife Lisa, a trainee with the "Show Time Dojo" developmental program. The fans cheered and began to chant "Bro! Bro! Bro!" as Lisa walked down to ringside. She jumped into the ring and got nose-to-nose with Scarlett Bordeaux as the official stepped in. The match itself was another MMA-style strike fest. Both men are lethal with their hands and feet and proved it, nearly knocking each other out as they both landed head kicks at the same time. This gave Scarlett an opening, or so she thought. She attempted a distraction on the referee as she slipped her shoe into the ring for Kross to use as a weapon. Kross grabbed the shoe and swung at Riddle, who ducked, then hit a "Pump Knee" to Kross' jaw. The Shoe flew into the air and Riddle caught it just as his wife took out Bordeaux. The referee turned around to see Riddle holding the shoe with Kross down on the mat. He rang the bell, though Riddle had never done anything with the shoe.
Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Television Champion = Killer Kross by disqualification in 16:14
Matt and Lisa were beside themselves as they tried to explain to the referee that Bordeaux introduced the shoe into the match and that Matt had never used it. The protest was all for naught, as the referee stood by his decision.
Regal: "What a travesty!"
Ranallo: "A miscarriage of justice!"
Cornette: "That was a bad break for the bro and his bro-ette."
Regal: "Bro-ette?"
Cornette: "I'm not myself tonight."
Regal: "Indeed. Let's take a break. Our big main event is up next! Stay with us!"
As the episode came back to air, Jordan Richards was shown backstage on his cell phone.
Richards: "I'm telling you, CM Punk is coming to the headquarters and he's going to try and get in to see the Board! Don't let him past the lobby or you're fired!"
Regal: "We're back! WALTER is set to make his first televised defense of the Heavyweight Championship since winning it from Brock Lesnar! And, he'll have a top-tier opponent in 'Richards Collective' member Ricochet! Let's go to the ring!"
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship ~ "Ring General" WALTER vs. "The One & Only" Ricochet with AJ Lee
Winner = double countout in 17:58 (WALTER retains)
Regal: "The match is over, but they're still fighting in the ring!"
Suddenly, Brock Lesnar, The Rock, and "Glorious Outlaws" ran down to the ring. Before they could get to WALTER, they were headed off by CM Punk, Kota Ibushi, Braun Strowman, and Alexa Bliss. An all-out brawl commenced that had to be broken up by Security and local law enforcement.
Regal: "What a melee out here! Ringside looks like a riot! Fans, we're running out of time! Please join us again next Tuesday on TBS for more of the Show Time Power Hour! And, log onto to www.nwashowtime.com to catch After Buzz with Cathy Kelley immediately following our broadcast! For Mauro Ranallo and Jim Cornette, I'm William Regal, saying ta ta for now!"
NWA: Show Time After Buzz with Cathy Kelley aired as normal.
Kelley hardly contained her excitement at the ending sequence of the program. She made the comment concerning the group of men who fought off Lesnar and company, "It looks like 'The Richards Collective' finally has met its match!" Kelley wondered, along with the rest of us, if we're seeing a temporary alliance or a partnership forming. With that, Cathy signed off.
