~ Roster size may vary, but must feature a minimum of 20 workers (18 Wrestlers + 2 Non-Wrestlers).
~ Each promoter will book his own shows & using his own creative ideas. How shows are put together is the promoter's choice. Some will prefer descriptive narratives while others prefer quick results and concise write-ups. Either is fine, so long as they represent the overall theme of the event.
~ Promotions must hold a minimum of 1 show per month and a maximum of 4 shows + 1 PPV.
~ Throughout the year, there will be Super Cards involving every promotion and promoters will be competing against one another for featured matches. Promoter booking will determine the promotion's prominence on any given Super Card.
~ There will be only 1 World Champion sanctioned by the governing body, whoever has that champion is thus allocated more shows, ppv's, etc as well as other perks.
~ One promotion may not use another promotion's talent without the promoter's consent. Promoters may trade talent (on loan or permanently) upon mutual agreement of promoters and BoG approval.
~ Each promotion is allowed and encouraged to create its own "regional" titles, but they may not be called a "World Title."
~ The NWA will sanction the following inter-promotional titles: NWA World Heavyweight Championship, NWA World Cruiserweight Championship, NWA World Tag Team Championship, & the NWA World Women's Championship.
~ World champions are available to be loaned out upon advance request and approval from the Board of Governors. However, title's cannot change hands unless it is a pre-approved player battle.
When matches occur on Super Cards more than one promotion, the following format shall be used:
~ Each promoter will write out a match description with the result that has been predetermined by the BoG.
~ The match descriptions will be PMed to the Board of Governors.
~ The match descriptions should follow the match gimmick.
~ If there is a controversial decision (DQ, countout, Screwjob, etc.), there may be a promoter appeal for a rematch.
~ Inter-Promotional matches may be requested from one promoter to another, but it is at the BoG's discretion as to whether or not the match occurs.
~ Inter-Promotional matches typically involve World Titles, but may be non-title matches as well.
~ There is a predetermined time limit for match write-up submissions. Should one promter fail to send in a match write-up, the BoG will post the result sent in by the opposing promoter. If no match write-ups are turned in by either promoter, the BoG will post its own match description.
~ "The Show" Jordan Richards & metfan51 are currently sitting on the BoG.
~ The BoG is responsible for match making of Super Cards and World Title matches based on the rankings.
~ The BoG decides the outcome of all Inter-Promotional and World Title matches.
~ The BoG will rank the top 5 challengers for each World Title weekly, and will rank each promotion monthly.
~If a member of the BoG becomes a territory owner, he must ensure that he maintains professional and ethical conduct in the function of both positions. He must not show any preferential treatment to his promotion above any other.
~Furthermore, a member of the BoG who also owns a territory will not book any of his talent as World Champions, unless the other territory owners petition for a particular talent to hold a World Championship. His talent may contend for and pursue World Championships, but he/she/they would be booked to lose World Championship matches (unless the previous petition has been set in motion).
~ The BoG will read all shows posted by the promoters. These show postings will factor heavily into the BoG's rankings.
~ Weekly, the BoG will rank the top 5 contenders for each World Title.
~ Monthly, a promotional ranking will be released. The number one ranked promotion will be granted at least one match from its current storyline, as well as a World Title match, on the following Super Card.
~ Wrestlers ranked in the top 5 for a World Title may issue a challenge to the champion, which may be accepted or rejected by the BoG. The BoG has final say on all World Title matches.
