William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me are hall of famers Michael Hayes and Jim Cornette! Guys, we have a huge main event tonight!"
Michael Hayes: "The rematch from 'Great American Bash' is inside a cage with two refs!"
Jim Cornette: "There's one stable that will close shop for good!"
Regal: "In fact, we've devoted nearly the entire hour to this one match, as we only have one other contest scheduled to begin the program! But, it will be a dandy, as 'Sons of Steel,' Jay White, and Jonathan Gresham take on 'Catch Point!' Let's go to the ring!"
Match One ~ "Catch Point"--Matt Riddle (NWA: HAWK), "No Fly" Drew Gulak, "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams, & "Bonafide" Fred Yehi vs. "Sons of Steel"--Boomer Payne & Brice Anthony, Jay White, and Jonathan Gresham
This was another classic in this struggle between "Sons of Steel" and "Catch Point." Anthony was a bright spot for his team, as well as White. Gresham and Payne were their normal, solid selves. During the match, Solomon Crowe came to ringside and observed the match through the finish, which saw Riddle tap out Gresham with the "Bromission."
Winners = "Catch Point" by submission in 14:54
Regal: "Great match! Matt Riddle ends it with that lethal 'Bromission!'"
Hayes: "'Catch Point' is a quality stable and you're seeing it here!"
Cornette: "'Catch Point' is a modern-day throwback, but no one in that match was more old school than 'Sons of Steel!' They remind me of my old 'Midnight Express' days! I'd like to see them get better than they've gotten."
Regal: "They're one of our NWA: Show Time originals, Jim. They were our first Tag Team Champions, and they've taken offense to the fact that this young group of stars has come in and disrespected them. This feud is far from over."
Hayes: "I wanna know why Solomon Crowe was out here!"
Cornette: "Good question. Was he scouting?"
Regal: "That remains to be seen. Fans, we'll take a break and we'll be back with our steel cage main event! Stay with us!"
Regal: "Fans, we're back and it's time for one of the biggest main events of our history!"
Match Two ~ "Steel Cage" match ~ Losing Team Must Disband (If "The Power Trip" loses, CM Punk must rejoin "The Richards Collective" and AJ Lee becomes Jordan Richards' personal assistant) ~ Two Referees with Special Enforcer Commissioner Ric Flair ~ "The Richards Collective"--"The Beast" Brock Lesnar, The Rock, & Adam Cole with Britt Baker and Eve Torres vs. "The Power Trip"--CM Punk and "The Revival"--Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson with AJ Lee and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
This was one of the most controversial matches in the history of NWA: Show Time. Collusion doesn't even begin to describe what went down. The match itself was a hard-fought battle from bell to bell. The controversy was with the ending specifically. Senior Referee Nick Patrick was assigned, along with Commissioner Ric Flair. Both were calling the fight down the middle. Over forty minutes into the match, NWA: Show Time CEO and front man for "The Richards Collective," Jordan Richards, came to ringside, which he never does during matches. He called Flair over and whispered something into his ear. He and Flair nodded at each other. This coincided with "The Revival" hitting "Shatter Machine" on Cole. Patrick went to count the pinfall, but was dragged off the mat by Flair, who decked Nick and sent him sprawling. CM Punk began to berate Flair, but was attacked from behind by Brock Lesnar. Punk fought him off as "Stone Cold" Steve Austin grabbed the padlock key from the ringside attendant and went into the ring. Austin stalked Flair, who backed up and begged off. Punk encouraged Austin to lay out Flair, as the others looked on. The match seemed to stop dead at that moment. Austin, who looked liked he was about to stomp a mudhole in Flair, quickly turned, hit a boot to the gut of Punk, then planted him with a "Stone Cold Stunner." Punk stumbled backward and right into The Rock, who leveled him with the "Rock Bottom." He went for the pin as Cole and Lesnar thwarted "The Revival." Flair dropped down and fast-counted the pin.
Winners = "The Richards Collective" by pinfall in 43:37
Richards immediately jumped into the ring and celebrated with his charges, then shared a three-way embrace between himself, Flair, and Austin.
Regal: "What in the bloody world are we seeing?!"
Hayes: "Austin switched sides and joined Jordan Richards and Flair was in on it too!"
Cornette: "The fix was in from the get-go! No wonder Austin was so adamant about the stipulations and so confident last week! He knew what the plan was all along!"
Regal: "My mind is blown! I can't believe what I'm seeing here! Neither can CM Punk or 'The Revival,' who must now disband! Worse yet, Punk and AJ have to join 'The Richards Collective' and do their bidding! Fans, we need to get to the bottom of this, but we're out of time for this week. Please join us again next Tuesday on TBS for what promises to be an eventful episode of the Show Time Power Hour! For Michael Hayes and Jim Cornette, I'm William Regal. Goodnight, everyone."
The program went off the air with the entire group posing in the ring as the cage was being lifted.
