– Space Monkey is eliminated by Nese with a pump-handle reverse piledriver.
– LeRae is eliminated by Frightmare with the Friggin’ Sweet Driver.
– Nese is eliminated by Frightmare with Kneecolepsy.

6. King of Trios Quarter-Final Round Match: Team JWP (Hanako Nakamori, Manami Katsu & Command Bolshoi) defeated The United Nations (Juan Francisco de Coronado, The Proletariat Boar of Moldova & Prakash Sabar) when Bolshoi reversed the Coronado Clutch into a prawn hold and pinned Coronado. Coronado told Sabar and Boar that they were finished after the match.

7. Rey de Voladores Semi-Final Round Elimination Match: Aero Star defeats Amasis, Johnny Gargano, and Wani to advance to the Finals.
– Amasis was attacked by Frightmare on the floor and was unable to continue after the fact, eliminating him from the match.
– Gargano is eliminated by Wani with a running neckbreaker.
– Wani is eliminated by Aero Star with a springboard splash.

The Rey de Voladores tomorrow will see Frightmare vs. Aero Star.

– The Taylors were in matching gear (complete with a shirt for DUSTIN).
– A miscue within N_R_G lets DUSTIN clip Hype, causing Race to walk out.
– Hype got his knee worked over, but made the comeback on one leg before Race came back out.
– Hype had to be helped to the back due to the work on his knee.

CHIKARA “National Pro Wrestling Day 2017” 02/04/17 Results

1. Young Lions Cup XIII Opening Round Four-Way Elimination Match: Space Money defeats Delmi Exo, Ashley Vox, and Merlok to advance to the semi-finals.
– Merlok eliminates Delmi Exo with a modified slam.
– Merlok eliminates Ashley Vox with a modified slam.
– Space Monkey eliminates Merlok with a huracanrana.
- This was a good opener. Merlock was dominant through out. I loved the Exo and Vox team. They are sisters and showed amazing team work. If the Knockout Tag Titles were around they would make them interesting. Merlock was a solid destroy taking out the sisters in rapid succession. They Say Modified Slam but it was more of a Snap Emerald Frosion, which till her names it I will call "The Call of the Deep." I didn't like the ending was very anti-climatic. Truly Merlock should have gone on. I understand the Space Monkey gimmick but I don't like it.

2. Young Lions Cup XIII Opening Round Four-Way Elimination Match: Cornelius Crummels defeats Everett Connors, Cajun Crawdad, and Razerhawk to advance to the semi-finals.
– Cajun Crawdad eliminates Everett Connors with a prawn hold.
– Razerhawk pins Cajun Crawdad with a Razor’s Edge.
– Cornelius Crummels pins Razerhawk with a Curb Stomp.
-I loved this match classic Chikara with goofball antics. Connors is a Beliber and brought a Justin Beiber cardboard cut out and had it wrestle with him for a few minutes. It was awesome. I wish Connors had lasted longer looks like a solid talent. Cajun I love this character I want more. Razerhawk was a fun character I look forward to seeing more of him and his fellow Hawks. Crummels was amazing I want this man to go far. His character is simple in concept but is perfect.

3. Young Lions Cup XIII Opening Round Four-Way Elimination Match: Travis Hucakbee defeats Travis “Flip” Gordon, Fly Warrior, and Sonny Defarge to advance to the semi-finals.
– Fly Warrior eliminates Travis “Flip” Gordon with a Falcon Arrow
– Sonny Defarge eliminates Fly Warrior, spiking Warrior’s face into the canvas with his palm.
– Travis Huckabee eliminates Sonny Defarge with a prawn hold.
- Travis "Flip" Gordon is the man. He took out a light during the match which was cool. You want buts in seats Hire this man. Fly Warrior was damn good did Mexico proud. I feel the same for Defarge as I do for his partner Crummels, Love em. They should get a long reign with the Campeonatos de Parejas, and then roll in the Tag scene forever. Like with the first one I hated the ending. Huckabee was a non-factor in the match while Defarge was powerful. I wanted Defarge to win despite him being a heel. Fans were behind Huckabee. I love Sonny beating Huckabee after then getting his Hat and leaving the ring. I would personally would have had Sonny Defarge or Gordon win the match. The Prawn hold did nothing for me.

4. Young Lions Cup XIII Opening Round Four-Way Elimination Match: The Whisper defeats Hermit Crab, Steven Mainz, and Sylverhawk to advance to the semi-finals.
– Steven Mainz eliminates Hermit Crab with a tornado kick.
– Sylverhawk eliminates Steven Mainz with a double jump splash.
– The Whisper eliminates Sylverhawk with a neckbreaker.
-Loved this match. Sylverhawk was fun to watch. Hermit crab was fun to watch. Mainz= Watch this man! The Whisper had an interesting entrance and a great look. The double jump splash is too simplistic. Sylver went to the top rope jumped to the middle of the ring then jumped again to hit Mainz. Also it was not a neckbreaker that ended the match it was a standing Buff Blockbuster! I like the Whisper and agree with the end of the match. The Whisper is a man who needs to be booked frequently everywhere.

5. Race Jaxon pins Missile Assault Man, raking his eyes and holding his tights in a schoolboy.
-Not much to say on this match. Race made no sense saying rules during the match. MAM is interesting my first real look at him. He was interesting. Simple Heel wins ending with the tights but it was a good cool down match.

6. The Legion of Rot (Hallowicked, Frightmare & Kobald) defeat The Colony (Fire Ant, Silver Ant & Worker Ant) when Frightmare makes Worker Ant pass out with a half Japanese stranglehold.
-This match was good. I couldn't predict who was gonna win till the match was over. It was high flying and high impact. The Half Japanese Stranglehold was an odd pick for a finish. It was workers arm around his own neck. and Frightmare is not that big to make it look unbreakable. I honestly was sure Worker would reverse it. Frightmare kept the hold after the match to look more evil which is a good action of a Rudo.

7. Young Lions Cup XIII Semi-Final Match: Space Monkey defeats Cornelius Crummels with a tail whip..
-The Ending was as dumb as it is typed. Monkey literally grabbed his fake tail and spinned around to hit Crummels. I was mad. That match was good upto that point. Again I am not the Space Monkey fan. His use of bananas during a fight was ok but the tail was stupid.

8. Young Lions Cup XIII Semi-Final Match: The Whisper defeats Travis Huckabee with a low blow behind referee Larry Peace’s back.
-Low blow? He hit Huckabee with a freaking YO-YO and it was awesome! Huckabee is a decent talent just needs a real nitch or a tag partner. I like The Whisper his actions through the match interesting and he has a character you can love or hate. He is good with a Yo-Yo.

9. The Force (Officer Warren Barksdale & Officer Bruno Meloni) defeated The CLosers (Sloan Caprice & Rick Roland) with a double leg sweep STO on Roland.
-I wanted The CLosers to win honestly. They are huge strong looking dudes. But Barksdale and Meloni were good in the match. They used cuffs because they are cops. The pat down at the start of the match was fun. The Double Leg Sweep STO was a good ending.

10. Juan Francisco de Coronado submits Dasher Hatfield to the Coronado Clutch, earning his third point and a Grand Championship opportunity.
- Good match. Thats all I really can say.

UltraMantis Black reveals in an in-ring promo that he is in possession of the Grand Championship.
-This made no sense. I get that this means he is coming back to the ring. By Why did he have the title? Hallowicked is still the champ. I was confused.

11. Young Lions Cup XIII Final Round Match: Space Monkey wins the Young Lions Cup, defeating The Whisper with a tail whip.
- Again the ending Sucked. Match was good draws you in then a stupid tail whip. Crummels Vs Whisper would have been better. I do not agree with Monkey as Champ. But I have no say.

Good show even with crappy endings. Solid shows from wrestlers. I still wish Merlock had moved on in the first round. I can get over Huckabee but Space monkey annoys.

Results Via 411 Mania: Turn Left

Xyberhawx2000 (Razerhawk & Sylverhawk) vs The Closers (Rick Roland & Sloan Caprice)

The Closers boss, The Big Deal, is still among the missing. The Hawx try to stay ahead of the Closers power offense. Some near falls after Sylverhawk gets a hot tag and double-DDT on both Closers. Sloan almost gets the tap with a crab on Sylver. A miscue when Roland splashes his own partner leads to Razer catching Sloan for the pin.

Winners: Xyberhawx2000

Oleg the Usurper vs Race Jaxon

The former NRG member gone bad instructs Oleg to not touch his face. After a couple minutes of trying to get the brute to understand, Oleg punches him in the gut. Message received! Eventually, Oleg runs his head into the turnbuckle which sets Race off. Back and forth action until Oleg sets Race up for the Off With His Head. The crazed Kobold hits the ring and demands Oleg hit him instead to “fix” him (Kobold is currently stuck between the land of the living and dead). Race almost rolls up Oleg but he kicks out. Oleg yells “Off With His Face” and hits the seated head strike for the pin!

Winner: Oleg the Usurper

Missile Assault Man & Silver Ant vs Legion of Rot (Hallowicked & Frightmare)

The LoR attack during their opponent’s intro. Silver Ant is laid out but Missile holds his own against both members of the Legion. The numbers game takes its toll and Missile starts to get double teamed while Silver recovers in time to get a tag. They go to work on Silver. Bad moment where Missile gets knocked to the outside, onto an errantly placed chair used by the production crew. Near fall where Silver double stomps Frightmare and Missile puts him in a crab, almost getting the tap. Silver gets isolated and Hallowicked hits Never Wake Up, allowing Frightmare to pin him. They attack after, trying to rip Silver’s mask off (a big no-no in Chikara and a nod to how Frightmare previously retired Amasis from the promotion).

Winners: Legion of Rot

(Intermission)

UltraMantis Black vs Grado (non-title)

Grado tires himself out during his entrance. Chikara Grand Champion UltraMantis hits the ring. The chase each other around for the initial lockup and tire themselves out. Mantis chops Grado’s belly and almost taps out to the pain of the impact. Ref Bryce Remsberg checks Grado’s belly for foreign objects but it’s all legitimate steel ab meat. They get locked up in the corner and roll around the entire ring to avoid the count, locking up Bryce in the middle of it until he drops from the spinning. Grado upends his fanny pack to cover the ring canvas in Doritos. Mantis is then chokeslammed into them for a slow counted near fall. After dodging a shirtless Grado dive from the first rope, Mantis hits Cosmic Doom for the pin. This was fun.

Winner: UltraMantis Black

The Furies (Ophidian, Fire Ant, Icarus, Solo Darling & Travis Huckabee) vs Juan Francisco de Coronado, Wani, Merlok, Hermit Crab & Cajun Crawdad

This is chaos at the start, a 10-person fight all over the arena. Travis and Wani fought in drought of us for a few minutes before the action finally returned to the ring. Solo takes some heat from the crustaceans before Travis hits the ring to fight back. Merlok tags in and the Furies can’t do anything against the powerful sea monster. Wani tags in and the team goes to work on Icarus. Ophidian gets the hot tag and hits running double knees on Crawdad until team captain Juan Francisco breaks it up. The crustaceans get a near fall on Ophidian. The teams lock up for a suplex spot until Merlock hits the ring and suplexes them all in one move. The Furies isolate Merlock and try to pin him all at once but he kicks out. Juan german suplexes Icarus and bridges for a near fall but Ophidian breaks it up with a dive. Wani with a flipping DVD on Ophidian. Fire Ant with a stiff kick to Wani. A Tower of Doom on Hermit Crab and a bunch of outside dives later and Solo Darling hits a corkscrew fisherman’s neckbreaker on Hermit for the 3-count.

Winner: The Furies

2 out of 3 Falls Title Match: Chikara Campeonas de Parejas Cornelius Crummels & Sonny DeFarge vs Chuck Taylor(tm) & DUSTIN

Taylor(tm) & DUSTIN are a team formed through an IP conflict. Crummels & DeFarge are sickly carny “businessmen”.

1st Fall: Chuck & DUSTIN work over each champ. The sickly DeFarge tries to wipes snot on DUSTIN, who demands a disqualification. Ref Bryce only issues a public health warning yellow card. Crummels catches DUSTIN with their tandem flip splash to win the first fall.

2nd Fall: Crummels & DeFarge work over Taylor(tm) for a long time. DUSTIN with the tag who cleans house. He tears off his sweater and hits a dive to the outside on both opponents. He runs them both into the guardrail. Crummels clears DUSTIN from the ring but Taylor(tm) catches him with Sole Food for the second fall.

3rd Fall: DeFarge traps Taylor(tm) in a submission but Crummels fails to keep DUSTIN at bay. They hit their tandem flip on DUSTIN for a near fall. Taylor(tm) gets them to the outside and hits a dive, coming up singing. They hit a double sole food on Crummels for a near fall. Crummels rolls up DUSTIN and DeFarge holds his foot, allowing for a dirty pin. The champs retain.

There’s a brief moment where DUSTIN seems like he’s going to abandon his partner but he puts his ugly sweater back on.

Winners: Crummels and DeFarge

The crowd chants for one more match.

Encore Match: Space Monkey vs Jeremy Leary

Leary with some near falls off suplexes. Hits Monkey with a monkey flip. Monkey comes back with his own. Tries to finish his with a tail shot but Leary dodges. Monkey powers up by eating a banana. Monkeys pins Leary after ruining his perfect hair and hitting a moonsault while he was distracted.

Winner: Space Monkey

Results for the 11th Hour Via Pwponderings

1.Missile Assault Man submits the Proletariat Boar of Moldova to a sharpshooter.

2.Frightmare defeated Silver Ant by disqualification, when behind referee Jon Barber’s back, Frightmare removed his mask and made it look like Silver Ant had unmasked him. Unmasking your opponent is an instant disqualification in CHIKARA.

3. Juan Francisco de Coronado retains the Grand Championship against Oleg the Usurper, making Oleg submit to the Coronado Clutch.

Juan had Oleg blinded with powder. During this time, Kobald entered the ring, and while blinded, Oleg hit Kobald with “Off With His Head”, as Kobald had been wanting to try and set himself straight.

4. The Infinite Gauntlet

The Rules are similar to the Royal Rumble. 33 people come in at 88 second intervals. Eliminations occur when a competitor is pinned, submitted, or thrown over the top rope and to the floor where both feet much touch for the elimination to be official. The winner gets a “Golden Opportunity” to be used at any point.
