"Show Time Power Hour" TV Taping Number 43 (Week 85)

William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. With me is my hall of fame partner, Michael Hayes! Michael, we've got a blockbuster lined up tonight!"

Michael Hayes: "You got it, Billy! CM Punk will defend the Heavyweight Championship against Adam Cole in a 'No DQ' match!"

Regal: "That's right. Jordan Richards has promised to make other matches for tonight when he addresses the crowd next! Let's go to the ring, where Scarlett Bordeaux is standing by!"

Scarlett Bordeaux introduced CEO Jordan Richards. "Ladies and Gentlemen" by Saliva played to bring him out with the entire "Richards Collective" en tow.

Jordan Richards: "Now then. I'm not going to dilly dally around out here tonight. I have three orders of business that must be addressed. Number one, CM Punk, AJ Lee, and 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. Shine that Heavyweight Championship belt up and make it look pretty, because it's coming back home in the main event! Adam Cole will regain his rightful place as champion before the night is over! Number two, 'The Reckoning' cost Ricochet the Television Championship last week. Boys, that's going to cost you! Tonight, you'll face Brock Lesnar, The Rock, Ricochet, and Mikael Judas in an eight-man tag team match! If you survive that, we'll see what other fun matches we can put you in going forward! Number three, Commissioner Scott Hall apparently has overstepped his bounds once again by offering 'The Revival' a spot in 'The Bullet Club!' Well, I am out here to make that little transaction null and void!"

"The Bullet Club" them hit to bring out that group, with "The Revival" included.

Scott Hall: "Hey, yo! Uh, boss, I think you've got this whole thing twisted!"

Richards: "Do I?! Last week, our cameraman caught them walking around with a 'Bullet Club' t-shirt in their hands! What possibly could be going on other than you offering them membership into the group?! I told you that you could not add any new members!"

Hall: "Well, that's the point. Dash and Dawson are not members of 'The Bullet Club.' They're associates."

Richards: "Associates?! What's the difference?!"

Hall: "You said we could not take on new members, then you sold the contracts of my tag team. We needed a replacement team to fill the void. So, I reached out to these two because they fit that mold to a tee!"

Richards: "Again, your contract states that no new members of the group may be added! Just because you call them something different doesn't make it legal!"

Hall: "Well, there is a difference. You see, membership obligates the member to take part in what the group takes part in. With this deal, it's mutually beneficial. In other words, these two help us when we need it, and we'll have their backs when they need it."

Richards: "Frame it however you want, pal. But, understand this: You're skating on very thin ice! Your contract is up for renewal soon, and I can snatch it out from underneath you, just like that!"

Hall: "Hey, I'm looking out for the best interests of 'The Bullet Club' and 'The Revival.' We have agreed to form a partnership. They scratch our backs. We scratch theirs."

Richards: "Well, you'd better be worried about more than whether or not your backs get scratched here tonight! 'The Revival' is going to defend the Tag Team Championship against Hangman Page and Bad Luck Fale! If any member of 'The Bullet Club' interferes for either team, the Tag Team Championship will be held up! Now, see if your little partnership can withstand that! By the way, that match will start right now!"

Match One ~ NWA: Show Time Tag Team Championship ~ "The Revival"--Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson vs. "The Bullet Club"--"Under Boss" Bad Luck Fale & Hangman Page with Commissioner Scott Hall & Yellow Barbie

Both teams were reluctant to lock up, at first. Scott Hall shouted, "Business is business," to which both teams then engaged. This was a surprisingly good tag team match, especially given the fact that neither team was given any prior notice. The end came spectacularly, as Hangman Page leapt off the top rope, only to be caught in a mid-air "Shatter Machine" for the pin.

Regal: Fantastic match! Now, will we see any animosity from the newly formed partnership?"

The four combatants stared one another down after the finish. Commissioner Hall calmed the scene down and convinced the four to shake hands.

Hayes: "There could be a little trouble brewing. Maybe Jordan Richards has a plan to bust up that partnership!"

Regal: "Perhaps. Fans, we'll be back in just a moment!"

Regal: "We're back and it's time for some eight-man tag team action! Let's go back to the ring!"

Match Two ~ "The Richards Collective"--"The Beast" Brock Lesnar, The Rock, & Ricochet, and "Priest of Punishment" Mikael Judas with Maryse Ouellet and Eve Torres vs. "The Reckoning"--"The Dudleyz"--Bully Ray & D-Von, and "Killer Elite Squad"--Davey Boy Smith, Jr. and Lance Hoyt with Taylor Gallagher

This match was a melee from the start. The referee lost control almost immediately and never regained it. He threw the match out within five minutes, but the brawl ensued for another eight minutes throughout the arena and backstage before officials were able to break it up finally.

Winners = no contest in 5:12 (a further brawl commenced for eight more minutes)

Regal: "That one broke down in a hurry! This war is just beginning!"

Hayes: "That was like 'The Fabulous Freebirds' and the Von Erichs!"

Regal: "Indeed! Fans, we'll be back with our colossal main event next!"

Regal: "Fans, this match started in the back and has spilled out to the ring! let's go to the main event!"

Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship ~ "No Disqualification" match ~ CM Punk with AJ Lee & "Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. Adam Cole with Maria Kanellis

what began as a brawl in the locker room quickly became a fight in the ring. Both men threw everything they had at each other. Austin interfered on Punk's behalf several times during the match. He was knocked for a loop by Cole on the last attempt, but that distraction led to the finish, where Punk nailed Cole in the head with the announcer's microphone, then hit "GTS."

Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Champion = CM Punk by pinfall in 29:12

Regal: "It was the 'no disqualification' stipulation that did Adam Cole in! Blatant interference and a foreign object cost him the match!"

Hayes: "Yep! That's the breaks when you deal with a 'no DQ' match! Anything can happen and usually does!"
