William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. Alongside me, as always, is the hall of famer, Michael Hayes! Michael, without the McMahon family in pro wrestling anymore, our episode took a decidedly different tone last week."
Michael Hayes: "You're dang right it did, Billy boy! We got back to good old fashioned pro wrestling! We didn't have to worry about someone hijacking the show or the territory! Now, Scott Hall says 'The Bullet Club' will rebuild from scratch and come back to take over again, but I have my doubts on that. Scott Hall's payroll isn't nearly as big as Vince McMahon's was!"
Regal: "Agreed, and I don't think many people will be willing to test the waters again. Fans, we have another tremendous hour lined up, as we will see a 'Boot Camp' match, which promises to be violent, a Heavyweight Championship match, and an intergender six-person tag team match, which will come up next! We also wanted to announce that the Cruiserweight Championship tournament will take place on October eighth in Sunrise, Florida! That's this coming Saturday! Tickets are still available to fans in that area! Fans, the intergender match will begin right after this commercial break!"
"The Bullet Club" theme blared over the PA system to bring out Commissioner Scott Hall, Bad Luck Fale, "Guerillas of Destiny," Cody Hall, and Yellow Barbie.
Scott Hall: "Hey, yo! 'The Bad Guy' is talking, so everyone needs to shut up and listen! I'm still the Commissioner of this promotion, and I still have the power to make matches! I have four guys who are still under contract to NWA: Show Time, and I demand that they see some action here tonight!"
"Ladies and Gentlemen" by Saliva played to bring out CEO Jordan Richards.
Jordan Richards: "You may have the power to demand matches, but I certainly have the power to veto them, Scottie! Why should I let these guys wrestle on my program?! They were part of a conspiracy to take over this promotion and the NWA! Do you think I would sit idly by why you try to reorganize and do it all over again?!"
Hall: "These guys all are under contract! You still owe them! What are you going to do, pay them to sit at home?!"
Richards: "Why not?! I only owe each of them a downside guarantee. If I pay them to sit at home, it costs less than paying them to show up! Plus, I don't have to deal with them trying to stage another hostile takeover!"
Hall: "Jordan, let's talk about this."
Richards: "Oh, now you want to talk, do you?"
Hall: "Hear me out. I have a very good idea. I have signed an open contract for these four men to wrestle tonight. Let's say you get four guys to take them on in the main event. If your team wins, they go home and collect downside paychecks until their contracts run out. If we win, we're allowed to stay around and compete."
Richards: "I don't have to agree to anything! You don't dictate policy to me! I own this company! If I decide to send them home, that's that!"
Dean Ambrose's music hit to bring out the "Lunatic Fringe."
Dean Ambrose: "Hey boss! Let's do the match! We beat them in Rio, let us beat them again! Come on! I want another piece of them!"
Richards: "Calm down, Deano! You do realize what you're asking for, don't you?! If they win, they get to hang around and reorganize!"
Ambrose: But, they're not going to win! This will be our last chance to get our hands on them! I don't ask for much! Let me help get rid of these guys forever! I've already talked to a few guys in the back! I have a team together!"
Richards: "You've already organized a team?! Who's with you?!"
Ambrose: "I got Justice and 'Sons of Steel!' Come on Jordan! Those are your boys!"
Richards: "Fine! Hall, get your boys ready for the main event, because it's going to be their last!"
Hall: "We were born ready!"
Regal: "Oh my! This could be a monumental outcome! 'The Bullet Club' could be gone from NWA: Show Time for good!"
Hayes: "I hope Dean Ambrose knows what he's doing! That guy is three fries short of a Happy Meal!"
Regal: "Let's hope he does, along with the rest of his team! 'The Bullet Club' has always been dangerous! Fans, we'll be back in a moment!"
Regal: "We're back from the break and it's time for the intergender six-person match!"
Match One ~ Intergender Six-Person Tag Team match ~ "Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team"--Shelton Benjamin, Charlie Haas, & Veda Scott vs. "The Kingdom"--Michael Bennett, Matt Taven, & Taylor Gallagher
This was a fun, albeit short match-up. Benjamin and Haas had the advantage throughout, but Taylor Gallagher manhandled Veda Scott whenever the two of them were in the ring together. The end came as all four men were fighting outside the ring. Gallagher hoisted Scott into the "Human Torture Rack" for the submission.
Winners = "The Kingdom" by submission in 6:23
Regal: "That Taylor Gallagher is quite impressive in the ring!"
Hayes: "And, hot! Don't forget hot!"
Regal: "Indeed. She is lovely as well."
Hayes: "She ain't just lovely. She's hot, Bill!"
Regal: "Fans, we'll take a break..."
Regal: "We're back and it's time for Adam Cole to defend the Heavyweight Championship for the first time since rejoining "The Richards Collective!'"
Match Two ~ NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship ~ Adam Cole with Maria Kanellis vs. Jay Lethal with Truth Martini and the "Hoopla Hotties"--Shotzi Blakkhartt, Zahra, & Dana Adiva
This was a classic encounter. Both men stalked each other at the beginning. Neither took a strong advantage. It was more of a "feeling out" process, along with some one-up gamesmanship. eventually, Lethal took a cheap shot to gain the offensive in the match. He stayed on top of Cole for several minutes. it looked as if Adam would wilt, but he came back strong. Eventually, Lethal missed a Lethal Injection. He was caught by Cole, Who gave him the "Last Shot" for the pin.
Winner and STILL NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Champion = Adam Cole by pinfall in 17:08
Regal: "This episode has been fantastic so far. Flawless match by both men! Cole retains!"
Hayes: "That match is a good example of why we're the best wrestling on planet earth!"
Regal: "Instant classic! fans, the 'House of Truth' will be involved in our next match as well, with Gunner challenging Jon Skyler in the 'Boot Camp' match! That's next!"
Regal: "Fans, we're back on the Show Time Power Hour! For the first time ever on this program, two combatants will wage war in a 'Boot Camp' match! Let's get to it!"
Match Three ~ "Boot Camp" match ~ "Universal Soldier" Gunner with "Olympic Hero" Kurt Angle vs. "Southern Savior" Jon Skyler with Truth Martini and the "Hoopla Hotties"--Shotzi Blakkhartt, Zahra, & Dana Adiva
This was a brutal and bloody affair. These two tore into each other with great wrath and zero regard for their own personal safety. Skyler, at one point, climbed the light tower and dived off onto Gunner. Gunner "Backdropped" Skyler off the stage and through two tables containing production equipment. Ultimately, Gunner brought the steel ring steps into the ring and planted Skyler with a "PSTD" onto them. Skyler was rendered unconscious and could not make the ten-count.
Winner = Gunner by TKO in 12:16
Regal: "That was fantastically violent!"
Hayes: "That was like one of our 'Badstreet' matches, baby! They beat the hide off each other!"
Regal: "Fans, we are beginning to run low on time, but we will be back with the eight-man main event next!"
Regal: "Fans, we're back! Let's go straight to the ring!"
Match Four ~ Eight-Man Tag Team match ~ If 'The Bullet Club' loses, they will be "sent home" ~ "The Bullet Club"--"Under Boss" Bad Luck Fale, "Guerillas of Destiny"--Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, and Cody Hall with Commissioner Scott Hall & Yellow Barbie vs. Dean Ambrose, "Ticking Time Bomb" Jason justice, and "Sons of Steel"--Boomer Payne and Brice Anthony with CEO Jordan Richards
The heroes had the match well in hand, until and inexplicable mistake from Ambrose. He was tagged in and began to clean house of "BC." He was landing hard right hands on every member of the team. In the midst of his flurry, he accidentally clocked the referee. The match continued as the referee recovered in the corner. Ambrose locked in the "Regal Stretch" (a nod to our own William Regal) on Hall, who began to tap out as the referee called for the bell. Instead of awarding the match to Ambrose and company, he raised the hands of 'The Bullet Club,' disqualifying Dean for punching him in the jaw.
Winners and still under full contract to NWA: Show Time = "The Bullet Club" by disqualification in 7:11
Regal: "Dean's temper got the best of him! He inadvertently cost his team a chance to rid our company of 'The Bullet Club' once and for all!"
Hayes: "That stinks! This man is too crazy for his own good!"
Ambrose tried to apologize and explain himself to his teammates, who were understandably dejected. Ambrose then attempted to talk to Jordan Richards, who told him to "Save it" and walked away. Dean was left standing by himself in center ring as the fans booed the outcome of the match.
Regal: "Ambrose and friends had the match won. In fact, Cody Hall was tapping out when the referee rang the bell!"
Hayes: "Yeah, but he had already disqualified Dean in his mind before Cody Hall ever tapped! It's as if that part of the match never happened! It stinks, but you can't fault the ref! Dean made a bonehead move!"
Regal: "They don't call him 'The Lunatic Fringe' for nothing! I do wish he could reign his mind in sometimes! Nevertheless, it looks as if 'The Bullet Club' will be with us for a while longer. Fans, we're absolutely have run out of time. If your in the Sunrise, Florida, area this weekend, catch the Cruiserweight Championship tournament! As always, please join us again next Tuesday on TNT for more of the Show Time Power Hour! For Michael Hayes, I'm William Regal, saying, ta ta for now!"
