William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal. Alongside me is the bona fide hall of famer, Michael Hayes! Michael, today will be a monumental episode, no doubt!"
Michael Hayes: "That's right, daddy! CM Punk has challenged Kevin Steen for the NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship! Commissioner Scott Hall tried to block it, but CEO Jordan Richards signed it. It will happen! Of course, Summer Rae will be the referee, but Jordan fixed that as well. He's added Rod Zapata as a second referee to that match. It should be a classic!"
Regal: "Indeed! Also on the program, 'The Freakshow' will be in action, along with a six-man tag team match-up to begin the hour! Let's go to that right now!"
Match One ~ "House of Truth"--Jay Lethal, Xavier Woods, and "Southern Savior" Jon Skyler with Truth Martini and the "Hoopla Hotties"--Shotzi Blakkhartt & Barbi Hayden vs. "Olympic Hero" Kurt Angle, Dean Ambrose, and Ricochet (Television Champion)
This was a frenetically-paced match-up. The heroes had the advantage throughout. The match took a turn when Carmella, former valet for Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady, came to ringside and approached Ricochet. The Television Champion was distracted enough to walk away from the ring with Carmella. Angle shouted at Ricochet to return. That moment of chaos allowed Lethal to hit his vaunted "Lethal Injection" for the pinfall.
Winners = "House of Truth" by pinfall in 8:24
Regal: "What in the world is going on with Ricochet and Carmella?"
Hayes: "I don't know, but I'd leave my team to follow her too, Jack!"
Regal: "Fans, we'll be right back!"
Regal: "We are back. 'SoCal' Val is standing by with Ricochet and Carmella. Valerie, take it away!"
Valerie Wyndham: "I'm here with Carmella and Ricochet. Carmella, can you shed some light on what is going on between you two?"
Carmella: "Well, the Queen of Staten Island needed herself a new king. They do call this one 'King' Ricochet over in Japan. He's the hottest star in this company, inside the ring and out. It made perfect sense."
Wyndham: "What about Amore and Cassady? Are you still with them?"
Carmella: "Those two are nice little boys, but I need a full-grown man. Ricochet is all man!"
Wyndham: "Ricochet, your thoughts?"
Ricochet: "I think you just met NWA: Show Time's newest power couple!"
Wyndham: "Back to you, William."
Regal: "Wow! That was unexpected!"
Hayes: "I can't say I blame Ricochet for joining the beautiful Carmella. I'm interested to see what sort of damage they can do!"
Regal: "Let's go back to the ring!"
Match Two ~ Sinn Bodhi with Karen DeLa Kreep vs. BUSHI with Tetsuya Naito
BUSHI kept Bodhi off balance with his fast-paced lucha/puro hybrid style. Bodhi used psychological warfare to keep himself in the contest. BUSHI was continuously distracted by the presence of DeLa Kreep outside the ring. Bodhi finally gained the upper hand, but that was nixed by the interference of Naito. Soon after, the rest of "Los Ingobernables" hit the ring for the beat down.
Winner = Sinn Bodhi by disqualification in 9:33
Suddenly, evil circus music hit to bring out this group:
The place roared as "Los Psycho Circus" cleaned house. Bodhi laughed hysterically through his pain, while DeLa Kreep squealed with delight. Bodhi could be heard shouting, "I told you 'The Freakshow' would be growing!"
Regal: "Oh my! 'Los Psycho Circus' has made a big impact here tonight! Are they the newest members of 'The Freakshow?!'"
Hayes: "I don't know, but they fit right in!"
Regal: "We'll be back with our huge main event! Stay with us!"
Regal: "Fans, we're back, and it's time for the Heavyweight Championship match!"
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship ~ Kevin Steen with Commissioner Scott Hall, the McMahon family, and "Under Boss" Bad Luck Fale vs. CM Punk with AJ Lee, Eve Torres, and CEO Jordan Richards ~ Referees Summer Rae and Rod Zapata
Punk and Steen bypassed feeling each other out and both went straight for the kill. When neither was successful, the match settled into a master class in holds and counter holds. Steen gained the upper hand after some timely interference by Triple H. Punk fought his way back. Referee Rae was knocked loopy inadvertently. Punk dropped Steen with "GTS" and Zapata counted to three.
Winner and NEW NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Champion = CM Punk by pinfall in 28:28
The crowd went ballistic. Punk and AJ embraced. Jordan Richards screamed in triumph. "The Bullet Club" raged in disgust. The entire group hit the ring and began to beat on Punk and Richards. Brock Lesnar, The Rock, John Cena, and Randy Orton made the save with steel chairs in hand. When the dust settled, "The Richards Collective" stood tall. The McMahons and Scott Hall were wailing for a rematch.
Regal: "Fans, what a celebration we have going right now! CM Punk is the new Heavyweight Champion! "The Bullet Club's" reign of terror is coming to an end! We have taken back all of this company's hardware! Fans, we're out of time. Join us again next Tuesday for more of the Show Time Power Hour on TBS! For Michael Hayes, I'm William Regal, saying, ta ta for now!"
