William Regal: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the finest sixty minutes of pro wrestling in the world, the Show Time Power Hour! I'm your host, William Regal, alongside my co-host, Renee Young! We are four days out from a huge Clash of the Champions in New Orleans, Louisiana!"
Renee Young: "That's right, William. This 'go home' edition of the Power Hour promises to be epic heading into the big event this Saturday!"
Regal: "Also of note is the fact that tonight is Renee's last on the Show Time commentary team. This Thursday, she will debut as the new co-hostess of the Femme Fatales weekly broadcast. As much as it saddens me that my lovely partner will be switching programs, I'm equally as excited for her new venture!"
Young: "This is a bittersweet day for me, William. I'll miss you and the rest of the Show Time crew, but I look forward to calling the best women's wrestling on planet earth! But, you'll be just fine, William. You have a more than competent replacement for me!"
Regal: "Indeed, sunshine! Next Tuesday, I will be joined by my new co-host, the incomparable hall of famer himself, Michael 'P.S' Hayes! Well, we have some big matches once again this week. Let's get right to it!"
"The Bullet Club" theme hit to bring out the entire group. Kevin Steen had a microphone.
Kevin Steen: "So, last week was a complete farce! Idol Stevens was robbed of the Television Title. Meanwhile, the top draw in this organization, us, was not featured as prominently as we should have been! We own the Tag Titles and the Mid-Atlantic Title. We should be in every segment, without fail! We demand what's coming to us!"
"Ladies and Gentlemen" by Saliva hit to bring out CEO "The Show" Jordan Richards, who was flanked by Eve Torres and Maria Kanellis. "The Richards Collective" were conspicuous by their absences.
Jordan Richards: "Last time I checked, I run this promotion, not you! Steen, I signed you after you lost the World Championship because I could see something in you. I saw the talent and the fire that brought you to the top, and I knew you had what it took to become a huge star in this promotion. Now, you've sold yourself to whatever devil has opened up his checkbook to you all. But, make no mistake about it. You have not earned the right to make demands of anyone in NWA: Show Time, least of all me!"
Steen: "That's big talk, especially coming from someone so outnumbered! Where's your back-up, Richards?! Looks like they're running scared from where I'm standing!"
Richards: "Oh, don't worry! My people are lurking in the shadows. Just because the fans are cheering us now does not mean that we started wearing white hats. We're are the one gang you don't want to mess with!"
Steen: "Care to put your money where your mouth is?"
Richards: "What are you proposing?"
Steen: "First of all, I want Adam Cole for the Heavyweight Championship here tonight! Second, Idol Stevens deserves a rematch with Jason Justice for that TV Title since he was cheated last week!"
Richards: "Those are awfully big request from someone who doesn't have quite enough gold to back his play. You think I'm going to hand you a couple of title matches?! Keep dreaming! Those don't get passed out like Halloween candy! They are earned!"
Steen: "I have more than earned a title shot in my time here! Adam Cole has ducked me since day one! Every time I got an opportunity, you made sure the rug was pulled out from underneath me! Cole is afraid of me and you're afraid to have me as champion!"
Richards: "Like it or not Steen, you can't beat Adam Cole. You never have and you never will. There's a reason he's the longest reigning champion, of any kind, in Show Time history. He's the best technical wrestler in the world! But, you don't deserve to be in the same ring with him. Just like Idol Stevens does not deserve another shot at Jason Justice!"
Just then, the original "nWo" music hit to bring out Commissioner Scott Hall and Deputy Commissioner Jake "The Snake" Roberts, both of whom have been conspicuous by their absences of late.
Scott Hall: "Hey, yo! You 'Bullet Club' guys are killing me! You have stolen my gimmick! You took our colors. You took our hand gesture. You took our catchphrase. You took our attitude. I'm surprised you haven't taken our music! You have hijacked the 'nWo!' Since I'm am the original 'nWo' outlaw, the one who started it all, I had to come out here and see this for myself!"
Richards: "Scott, you and Jake have been missing in action for weeks. What gives?!"
Jake Roberts: "We decided to sit back and observe this whole thing play out."
Hall: "That's right! We knew the writing was on the wall when you signed 'The Bullet Club.' We just wanted to see how long it would take for them to bring the company to its knees. Well, enough is enough! We are back here tonight to make sure this thing goes the right direction!"
Richards: "Exactly what direction is that? You two have worked against me for months now!"
Hall: "I get it. We haven't exactly seen eye to eye. But, trust me, we're on the same team here. I know how quickly this company can deteriorate in the wrong hands. You and I both want the same thing, Jordan. We want to ensure that NWA: Show Time is being run by the right person."
Steen: "This is all well and good. Blah, blah, blah. You both want the same things! You're now going to kiss and make up! Whatever! That still doesn't solve our problem! We want title matches tonight! Period!"
Richards: "Hey, hey, hey! I told you! You don't dictate orders to me!"
Hall: "Yo, Boss, let me handle this. This is a big week. The Clash is on Saturday and we have the main event. We'll be getting rid of 'Los Hell Brothers' then. Let's get rid of these guys right now. You said it yourself, that the only reason you didn't terminate their contracts when you had the chance is because your guys wanted the satisfaction of beating them into submission. Why not make it happen here tonight? Why not let Justice defend the TV Championship against Idol Stevens? He beat him once. Why can't he do it again? Adam Cole has successfully defended the Heavyweight Championship against Steen before. Why can't he do it one more time?"
Richards: "It's too risky. If they take all my titles, they'll have all the power!"
Steen: "That's what makes you piss your pants, isn't it Richards?! 'The Bullet Club' in charge!"
Hall: "Jordan, you know good and well that I am not going to wager my position over 'good TV.' I've spoken with Jason Justice. He wants to beat up Idol Stevens some more. His only request is that we make it 'No Disqualification.' As far as Adam Cole goes, he might be the best wrestler in the world. Kevin Steen will be no problem. But, if you're worried, why don't I serve as Special Referee for the match? I finally went and got my ref's license. I'm legal. We'll add the following stipulations to both matches. Once Stevens and Steen lose these matches, 'The Bullet Club' will never be allowed to fight for either of these Championships again!"
Steen: "What?! You gotta be kidding me!"
Richards: "I'm going against my better judgment, but if I have the assurance that they don't get to wrestle for these championships ever again, I'll agree to it. Take it or leave it, Steen!"
Steen: "Whatever. You have yourself a deal!"
Hall: "It's settled then. Jake, I better go find my striped shirt!"
Regal: "What a way to start off the program! We had several matches signed this week, but they've been scrapped in favor of two gigantic title matches!"
Young: "This is going to be good! Once our guys defeat those 'Bullet Club' rogues, they'll never vie for the TV or Heavyweight Championships again!"
Regal: "Fans, lets' go to the ring for our first match-up!"
Match One ~ Mixed Six-Person Tag Team match ~ "The Realest Guys in the Room"--Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady with Carmella vs. "Aces High"--Bully Ray & D-Von with Zahra
Zahra is a former friend of Carmella and the two served as valets for the "NeXT Gen" faction that also included Baron Corbin. However, roster cuts split them up and Zahra went back to her biker roots in joining "Aces High." Zahra also has developed a new attitude and has called Carmella out on social media recently, which prompted this match. "Aces High" controlled the action, as their vast experience difference over the young Staten Island upstarts proved to be the difference maker. Amore felt the sting of "3-D."
Winners = "Aces High" and Zahra by pinfall in 7:27
Carmella chased Zahra to the backstage area after the match.
Regal: "This has become a pretty personal rivalry in short order!"
Young: "It looks like those two alpha females are looking to establish their territory!"
Regal: "Fans, we'll be back with the Television Championship rematch! Stay with us!"
Regal: "We're back! Let's go to the ring with our second match of the night, and first title bout!"
Match Two ~ NWA: Show Time Television Championship ~ "No Disqualification" ~ "Ticking Time Bomb" Jason Justice vs. Idol Stevens with Yellow Barbie
This match went mostly the way last week's did. Justice bounced Stevens around the ring like a ragdoll. This time, however, he was even more vicious, since he could not get disqualified. Justice had the match won with a "Psycho Slam," but was distracted by Yellow Barbie, who hopped up onto the ring apron and began dancing. As the referee attempted to get her to drop back to the floor, Claudio Castagnoli snuck into the ring and nailed Justice with a steel chair to the back of the head. Stevens then landed "You're Welcome" for the pin and the title.
Winner and NEW NWA: Show Time Television Champion = Idol Stevens by pinfall in 17:21
Regal: "Highway robbery once again!"
Young: "It never seems to end with this group!"
The scene cut to the back stage area, where Jordan Richards and Scott Hall were seen arguing in the hallway.
Richards: "What happened out there?!"
Hall: "Don't worry. We'll get it back! I have a plan!"
Richards: "You better! I'm trusting you, Hall!"
Hall: "I got this!"
Regal: "If Adam Cole loses the Heavyweight Championship in our next match, it could spell disaster for us! 'Bullet Club' would then own every Show Time title! We'll be back with that contest in just a moment."
Regal: "We're back from the break and it's main event time!"
Match Three ~ NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Championship ~ Special Referee Commissioner Scott Hall ~ Adam Cole with Maria Kanellis, Jordan Richards, and Deputy Commissioner Jake "The Snake" Roberts vs. Kevin Steen with Yellow Barbie and Bad Luck Fale
This turned out to be a classic encounter. These two superstars have known each other for years and are familiar with one another's offense. They had counters for everything. Each man even broke out the other's signature maneuvers, but no one could execute the pinfall. Scott Hall kept the action even and seemed to call everything right down the middle. Just past the twenty-minute mark, Black Widow strolled out to ringside with a cell phone in her hand. She walked up to the commentary booth.
Regal: "Black Widow, what are you doing over here with us?! You shouldn't even be out here, Lisa!"
Black Widow: "I had to show you the newest selfies I took with my phone earlier today."
Regal: "Why would we care about your cell phone pictures?! We're in the middle of a broadcast involving your group!"
Widow: "Trust me. I'm well aware of the situation. But, I promise, you'll want to see these pics."
Black Widow apparently showed a couple of photos to Regal and Young.
Regal: "Oh, my Lord!"
Young: "No, no, no!"
Widow: "Oh, yes! It's time, baby!"
Widow performed the "too sweet" hand gesture toward the ring. Scott Hall smiled and nodded. He then uncorked a "Discus Punch" on Adam Cole. Steen then dropped Cole with a "Package Piledriver" as Hall made a lightning fast three-count.
Winner and NEW NWA: Show Time Heavyweight Champion = Kevin Steen by pinfall in 22:40
Regal: "You have got to be kidding me!"
Young: "I cannot believe that they got to Commissioner Hall!"
Jordan Richards was livid. He berated Hall outside the ring. Hall punched Richards in the mouth and began to celebrate with "The Bullet Club." "The Richards Collective" and Mikael Judas stormed the ring, but were decimated by the sheer numbers of "The Bullet Club."
Black Widow then planted a sloppy kiss on Hall's lips. He turned to the camera and uttered, "I guess I'm a sucker for a well-built brunette."
Widow then scrolled through her cell phone picks to reveal the two photos in question to the camera:
Regal: "Scott Hall has joined 'The Bullet Club' and just handed them the Heavyweight Championship on a silver platter!"
Jake Roberts spun Hall around and got in his face. Hall dropped him with a punch, just as he had Jordan Richards. He then grabbed a microphone.
Hall: "Jakey, you are hereby relieved of your duties as Deputy Commissioner. I'm the only sheriff around here now!"
Young: "What?! This is getting ridiculous! Can he even do that?!"
Regal: "That remains to be seen. All I know is that I don't like where this is headed at all. Fans, we are out of time for this week's episode. Please join us this Thursday on TNT for Renee Young's commentary debut on Femme Fatales. This Saturday, please tune into TBS for Clash of the Champions, live at eight o'clock PM. You can catch me and my new co-host, Michael Hayes, back on TBS next Tuesday for more of the Show Time Power Hour, where we hope to make some sense of what's going on around here. For Renee Young, I'm William Regal, saying, ta ta for now."
The episode went off the air with the entire "Bullet Club" posing in the ring, proudly and defiantly displaying every NWA: Show Time championship belt.
